Very Good Proximity to the beach was fantastic - just a short walk away. The location in town is also great - right in the middle of it all. The house is perfect for a small family (or two). The kitchen could definitely use a few more items for food prep but it’s manageable as is. The pool is larger than most in town.
Great house for small family! We really enjoyed our stay at the Grateful Duck. It was perfect for our family of 4. The location is great. The pool was awesome and huge compared to some of the much larger houses we saw. The beds were comfortable and the inside decor is very pretty. I would suggest a few additional kitchen items(potholders, measuring cups/spoons, sharp knives). The only thing we really felt the house was missing is a gas grill.
OBX 2021 I have been going to the OBX for 8 years and this is a great house for the price. Only suggestion would be to put a king bed in the master upstairs. By far my favorite house though. Has everything a family needs.
