Very satisfying place

Great host and stay, a lot to do at the house itself

House was great and hosts responded quickly

Kylie was not aware that I previously owned a cleaning company in Sarasota, Florida and vacation properties were 90% of my business. I found this property to be above my expectations of cleanliness. My business motto was… we will exceed your expectations beyond mere acceptance and this property did just that for me. I’m a clean freak and never found anything that was not to my expectations. Kylie and her team was consistent at answering any questions I had during my booking which made this vacation the most simplest one I’ve ever taken. We rented for a birthday for my son who is 46 and his siblings who are also older and they were also very entertained by the amenities this property offered. Kylie, kudos to you and your team for a job well done. My children said if my OCD Mom was pleased with this place then they must have done everything right. Thank you again for everything and I hope you share this with your cleaning crew because they are top notch and deserve to be recognized.

I really enjoyed staying at this Airbnb! It was perfect for our family beach vacation. As stated in the house description, there are many beautiful beaches within 30 mins from the house. The house was equipped with everything we needed….they even had beach chairs. The location of the house was closed to a few shopping centers filled with supermarket, restaurants, and clothing stores. I will be booking this house again and I recommend it for other families.

Beautiful home in a cul-de-sac. Beautiful neighborhood, quiet neighbors so much to do for the kids. Had almost everything we needed as far as thanks for the House. 10 minutes from the beach. Close grocery store and for the most part very clean home. We had a very cozy stay! Host was very responsive and we would definitely return on our next trip.

We had a great stay overall and would rate this home 4 out of 5 stars. The backyard was definitely the highlight, with a nice pool, hot tub, ping pong table, a small putt-putt golf area, and a fire pit that gave everyone plenty to do and made it easy to relax and spend time together. Inside, the home has been beautifully renovated with a modern beach theme. The decor was tasteful, the appliances were new and spotless, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. All of the beds were comfortable, and the clean, newer comforters made for a cozy night's sleep. The hosts were also very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Overall, the house was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and a great place for our group to stay. We would definitely recommend it to others looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

We had such an amazing stay in this property! Lots of room, amazing pool/hot tub, and lots of onsite games & activities! Great care was definitely taken to provide the perfect Florida vacation house. All the appliances worked great, the beach was a very short car ride away, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Ultimately, we loved our time spent at the house & we would definitely stay here again! 🩶🏝️🏡☀️⛱️

This place was perfect for large group trips. All of the beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen had everything you needed. The outdoor area was amazing. A bit buggy so make sure you have bug spray. Everyone on the trip would absolutely stay here again!

Great stay for our large group of 12 people (3 families) who were vacationing together. Lots of space in the home for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. Bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfy! House was decorated very cute and beachy. Each room had its own cool vibe with pretty wallpaper and hand painted wall art. Outside had lots of great amenities that the adults and kids enjoyed. Pool and hot tub were great. Fire pit area was nice and the shed had plenty of beach chairs, rafts and beach toys for a perfect beach day. Pool table, ping ping and arcade games were great as well. We were given lots of info about the home prior to staying which made it easy to plan before we got there. Overall great stay with lots to do. Kylie and her team were very responsive and answered all of our questions before the trip and throughout as needed.

The property was so much fun. Between shuffle board, a pool/ping pong table, the pool, hot tub, putting greet, fire pit, etc., there were too many fun activities. The rooms were spacious and the host was fantastic and very responsive with any questions I had.

Great house

Kylie was very responsive and proactive with our stay. The home was a perfect size for our family and we were able to enjoy our spring break here. We went in March and wished the pool would have been heated as it was too cold to swim in, but enjoyed the hot tub and spent a majority of our time at the beach. A bonus we didn’t expect was taking a day trip to Disney World, which was only a 1 hr 45 min drive away!

We had a great stay here. There is a lot of space, everything was clean, and the host was very responsive.

We felt at home during the 4 days we spent there, it is exactly as described, the property has a cozy environment, well equipped, specially if you have kids, we loved and we’ll return for sure! Definitely recommend!!

The hosts were awesome and always in communication. Location is not far from beach, shops, and things to do. However, we spent most of our time at the house because of the great onsite amenities. Our group typically tries new cities, but if we ever end up back in this town we would 100% stay here again.

I stayed here during a work trip to Tampa and couldn’t have asked for a better place. The house was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for unwinding after long days. The backyard was absolutely amazing and a great bonus that really set this place apart. Everything was as described, and the space worked well for both work and relaxation. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Kylie was a great host. Very responsive and easy to work with. The only issue I had was that the dryer was not working upon check in and there were no real strides to fix it, so we had to air dry anything wet. Repairman came to look at it but never actually fixed it in the week we were there. Other than that, it was an awesome place. Very clean, and a great gathering spot for a large group. 8.5/10!

The house was immaculate, beautifully decorated, full of amenities, and equipped with a wonderful kitchen. It’s a lovely place just minutes from the beach. We enjoyed our stay so much and I highly recommend it for a relaxing beach retreat. The hosts were kind, attentive, and quick to respond to my questions. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

This is the perfect house to spend a extended weekend with your family and friends. The backyard is very accommodating to host. The hot tub was already warm, there was firewood in the fire pit, and extra propane tanks on the side in case one was empty. The beds were very comfortable and each room had towels and stocked with toiletries. As being a local, we might not be back, but we will definitely recommend it to our friends. There are a lot of great places nearby to grab a drink or have dinner.

We had a wonderful stay at Elliott and Kylie’s home. They were very responsive to all of our questions and the home was exactly as advertised. We would highly recommend their home to anyone visiting Florida!

We had a great stay in Clearwater. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was easy, the host was responsive and the house was perfect for hanging out and grilling. Would definitely stay here again.

We travel a lot and this was a great place 4/5, but very very close to 5/5. Would absolutely stay here again with a large group of adults and kids. Good: - Location. Short drive to the beach, plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby - lots to do on the property! Pool, golf, games, books!!! - comfortable beds - fairly clean - good communication from the hosts - Good supplies Average: - It was clean, but could have been cleaner - some ants in the house - broken furniture - only one en-suite, but this is being picky If you have a large group 6-10, would highly recommend

We had a great stay with Elliot and Kylie! The place was as-described, clean, and the hosts communicated well. We had an issue getting a door to lock and they responded to help us right away. Overall a wonderful stay!

This is a lovely oasis. Loved the backyard, and the easy drive to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and all the furnishings and new and in excellent working order. We loved the pool and the hot tub and winter and spring is the best time in St Pete for the back deck. The bedding and bed sizes were excellent. Very happy with our stay.

We really enjoyed the house and it fit our needs well. It was clean and it was a safe and quiet neighborhood. Only a few minor issues..... 1. Pool was full of leaves and debris when we arrived (kids actually cleaned it out themselves). 2. The doors to the bathrooms didn't lock and the upstairs bathroom door was very hard to open or close and was not quiet if you needed to use the restroom in the middle of the night.

The hostess were very responsive! Anything that we had trouble with they immediately sent supplies! The house was well supplied, and beach wasn’t too far away. The area is beautiful! We will be back!

Positive: Great pool, and kids loved the kids room. Negative: Nest of bees nearby. Also some things were broken e.g. a chair.

Great place for large families.

Our stay at the home was great. Unfortunately we got rained out at the beach but were able to use the pool some. The backyard space was very fun. The hosts were very responsive to messages and very accommodating.

The house is huge, beautiful, pristine and with everything you need to spend a perfect weekend by the beach. All appliances, linens, furniture, accommodations and everything else is spot on. It has everything kids need to play whether indoor or outdoor; has a beautiful backyard with pool, jacuzzi, grill, fire pit, even a space for mini golf, that was just perfect after spending the day in the beach. The beds are super comfortable and the kids room is perfectly stocked for making them happy. There’s also pool and ping pong tables, a couple of arcade machines and more games, so there’s always something fun to do. It was the perfect place for spending a long weekend with friends. Elliott and Kyle are amazing hosts: friendly, crazy fast responsive and always willing to help out with anything you need. We are so looking forward to come back.

House was beautiful and the amenities were great. Location was very close to the beach. We had a great stay. We did get a noise complaint supposedly from one of the neighbors, at 6pm on a Sunday. The whole group was inside at the time as it was drizzling but we did leave a speaker outside playing music pretty quietly. The neighbors probably aren’t happy with having an Airbnb in the neighborhood and were looking for any reason to complain. We had no other issues and would recommend this house to stay in.

We have stayed at many places over the years. This home was one of the cleanest and well stocked with all the items you needed for your stay. We did have a few questions and the response time was quick and effortless. We would definitely book there again or any of their other properties if the need arises.

Hosts were very responsive and proactive. House was clean and comfortable and we felt like we had plenty of elbow room even with a full house!

Went with a large group of 16 and everyone in the group loved the house. There is plenty of games and activities to do at the house. Beds were all very comfortable as well. The host was extremely helpful and quick to respond. Overall we all had a great stay.
