This house was perfect for six adults to sneak away and have fun! We loved the pool and hot tub right on site and the outdoor tv and seating area were perfect to catch some sports while enjoying the Florida weather. Kylie was super accommodating about early check in and her communication couldnt have been any quicker. The large supply of beach towels available right at the house were very convenient. Overall the house had everything we needed and was very very clean, and well furnished! We all agree that the beds are extremely comfortable! We would recommend to anyone looking for a place in this area!

We truly could not have asked for a better stay! The property was absolutely immaculate—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. Access and entry into the property were incredibly easy, and all of the house rules and property details were clearly explained and simple to follow. The hosts were fantastic-extremely communicative, attentive, and consistently checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and that our stay was going perfectly. Every person in our group could not stop raving about this property. The layout was perfect, the attention to detail throughout the home was incredible, and we were especially impressed by how comfortable everything was. We all agreed the mattresses were some of the coziest and most comfortable we have ever slept on! Even the checkout process was effortless and well organized, which made the entire experience enjoyable from beginning to end.

Absolutely loved this place! It feels bigger in person, looked exactly like the photos and was so cute for my bachelorette party, and the backyard was the perfect social space! The beds are extremely comfortable, and the kitchen and outdoor garage has a lot of extra appliances and beach gear! I also greatly appreciate how quick I was always able to get a response, wonderful communication and I greatly appreciated their ability to accommodate during check-in. Definitely recommend!

We had 3 families stay here for an extended weekend. Check-in and parking was easy. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor area.

Me and 13 friends drove 21 hours from Oklahoma to Seminole Florida to a home described as a bachelor party paradise outside pool , bar , and hot tub . We had one working shower most of our stay . We had roaches , and were expected to play the quite game do to elderly neighbors . Quiet time is 10pm which we respected , we got multiple noise complaints due to the fact that the neighbor has a 8 foot tall Great Dane and would look over the fence when we were utilizing the pool/hot tub and would bark the entire time we were outside . If you have anywhere near 14 people and plan on having drinks and utilizing their pool or anything outdoors do not book with these people it was a terrible experience.

We had a wonderful stay in Tampa! The Airbnb had absolutely everything we needed for our beach days. When we returned to the house, it was the perfect place for our large family of 14 to relax. We all thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool and all the great amenities provided. We will definitely be back for our future vacations! Highly recommend!

Kylie was very responsive to ALL my questions. She even ordered blower to help us remove those tiny leaves that were everywhere. The inside was decorated really cute and clean. The kitchen was very nice. The outside needs a little TLC perhaps a groundskeeper once a week would help. The trees need trimmed to use the side walkway better and the weeds in the rocks need attention. I moved a large branch from a tree in the front yard to the curb that looked like it was there for a while. Personally, I would remove all the seashells and replace with stones. Although a nice tropical vibe, these tiny shells ended up all over the artificial turf and not pleasant to step on. The cushions on the outside furniture around the pool area were very worn/rips and faded and need to be replaced. The patio pictures on the site looked so much better than in person. Minor suggestions, but my family of 11 made lots of memories in/around the pool and drive to the beach, restaurants, and shopping areas.

We had a wonderful stay. The home was beautiful and had the most amenities I’d ever seen in an Airbnb. Can’t wait to book again sometime.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay here again! The home was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone in our group. One of the highlights was the variety of amenities available, especially for the teenagers—they stayed entertained throughout our trip. The pool was a great feature and very refreshing during our stay. We did experience an issue with the ice maker not working. While the resolution took a few days, the hosts were consistently responsive, professional, and communicative throughout the process, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, this is a beautiful property with great amenities and attentive hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love the opportunity to return in the future!

This air bnb was a great place to vacation for a bachelorette weekend! The place was clean and spacious and the hosts always made sure to answer questions as quickly and efficiently as possible. Couldn’t thank them enough and our party had a wonderful time!

Everything we needed and more! The host was extremely helpful, responsive and friendly. The house had everything we needed and then some for our vacation with kids of various ages. Both the house and back yard are exactly as pictured and even more beautiful in person. We would love to go back to this location :)

We stayed here to celebrate our son’s engagement. We had our kids and grandkids with us. It was perfect for all of us. Plenty of room. The bedrooms were very comfortable ! Plenty to do at the house. Our grandkids loved the pool! Kylie was extremely helpful n responded immediately if you needed something! Would definitely recommend this place!

Host was VERY responsive and timely with any questions or concerns. We felt very safe during our stay; nice neighborhood, clean home, close drive to the beach and other major attractions. Would definitely return! Pool and outdoor area is beyond beautiful, perfect for a girls trip! 💕

Had a great time here with buddies for a golf trip. Plenty of room for 11 guys. The outdoor space is great. Had an issue with the outdoor TV that Kylie resolved very quickly which we greatly appreciated. Would come back!

We cannot say enough great things about this property! It has everything you could possibly need for your stay. It truly felt like home away from home! The backyard is absolutely perfect with the pool, hot tub, and lounge chairs. The game shed was the best added bonus! The home is very clean and cozy with plenty of space. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We even met a few of the neighbors! It's a short, easy drive to the beach where there is plenty of parking. The host was very friendly and replied quickly to any questions we had. We will definitely be back!!

The house was absolutely beautiful. We had a large group with many small children and there was plenty of room and things to do! Kylie was always very quick to respond and accommodate. We are very excited to stay here again!

The space was great for a large family or multiple families. The kitchen had everything you needed and there were plenty of linens available. Beds were comfortable and rooms well set up. The location was a 10-15 minute ride to the beach. We had several issues, we paid for pool heat and it was not turned on upon arrival which was a big bummer as we missed two days of a heated pool, the ice maker was not working, the door to the pool area needs to be replaced and came off of the track or got stuck making it very hard to come in and out, we were never able to use the main tv, and the dishwasher was glitchy. The host communicated and attempted to address the issues but many were not addressed by checkout which was disappointing

The space was perfect and beautiful for my girls weekend! The whole weekend we couldn’t stop talking about how cute the place was decorated and stocked up. We especially LOVED how the beds and comforters felt like we were sleeping on clouds! Couldn’t have a picked a better place to stay!

This home is just like the photos and the hosts are incredible with their communication and hospitality. We really enjoyed the open layout of the kitchen and living room, the comfortable beds, and of course the backyard of endless fun. Beach hopping was a delight. Michelin star restaurants are right in Tampa. And Walmart will deliver groceries to your front door. Our family had a great time here!

We had a wonderful staycation with Kelly, we stayed at 2 different properties with Kelly and her team this Trip and each place felt at home, was super clean and both were perfect private getaways!! This airbnb was more than I could imagine!! Pictures dont do its justice, our stay was phenomenal. I cant express how amazing Elliot and Kylie are as host's, super responsive and very accommodating. I appreciated that so much!! There is so much to do just at the airbnb which we loved, and the beds are so comfortable!! It is about a 30 minute drive to downtown St.Pete but we didn't mind that all. I would definitely book here again, 10 plus stars!! Amazing, amazing, amazing!!

Perfect house for your family. There were 13 of us, 8 adults and 5 kids ranging from 5 months to 12 years and we felt like we all had more than enough space. The house was perfect for us. Kitchen was great for cooking family meals and the pool was great to come back to after spending the day at the beach. I would highly recommend staying here as it is very close to all the popular beaches with only a quick drive. Thank you for letting us use your house for our family vacation!

We usually will stay on the beach when we come to Florida and this time we decided to try a house with a pool and other amenities and I’m so glad we did! The teens always had something to do, the pool area is amazing along with the pink ping table and the gaming room! We all had our own space and didn’t feel like we were on top of each other! We were close enough to multiple beaches to try a new one each day! We were close enough to even drive to Anna Marie Island for the day! The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood and Elliott and Kylie were more than accommodating during our stay! We will be checking out more of their Airbnb’s in the future for sure!

We had a wonderful 4th of July weekend here. The house was clean and spacious. We loved how the open floor plan allowed our whole group to hang out together but the bedrooms were very private when we needed to relax. The backyard is truly an oasis. Excellent for kids and adults. We grilled, played ping pong, and swam. We would absolutely recommended this house to anyone looking in the area. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating as well!

We enjoyed our week at Elliott and Kylie's place in Seminole. The layout of the house was perfect for our group and having amenities for our little one really helped. The kids loved the bunk room, the pool and we all upped our ping pong game. We loved that we had our own space all week but everything, beaches included, were just a quick drive.

My family and I had a wonderful week here! We loved the pool and ping pong table! There were fun games and plenty of places to chill out. The area was very nice and not too far from beaches (15-20 min away). We would definitely recommend this place to our friends and family!

Our weekend at Elliott and Kylie’s was absolutely fantastic! The house was perfect for our girls bachelorette trip, all the thoughtful details from the peaceful and clean pool stocked with outdoor games to the kitchen space with tons of cookware and glassware really made it extra special. We all slept like babies in the comfy beds and when there was a small problem with the hot tub they immediately responded and helped get some one out to us immediately so we could enjoy the rest of the weekend. I’ve already passed on this listing to 3 people I know, it was a huge hit! We would definitely come back. Thanks again for hosting us!

Fantastic, fun, and comfortable accommodations for our family group! Positive: The entire house was great - comfortable bedrooms, well-appointed kitchen, large dining area, wonderful patio, pool, and games. We had no trouble accommodating our group of 8 adults.

our family had a wonderful time. this airbnb was the best equipped. there was not one thing we needed. I have stayed in many airbnbs and this one topped them all. they really took time to think of what we may need. the pool area was perfect, the outside TV and tiki bar was a great way to spend superbowl Sunday. the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. the shower head was amazing im going home to buy the same one. the beds were very comfortable. they provided plenty of pool towels, games, beach chairs. we will be back definitely. thank you you did a fantastic job making us at home.
