We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! The resort was dated, though the garden was well-groomed. On our first night, woke up in the middle of the night to get a glass of water, we found bugs on the kitchen ceiling. Terrified of an infestation, we scrambled to remove them from the ceiling and move our suitcases into the bedroom, and hid all food in the refrigerator. Management responded quickly the next morning and installed beetle traps. However, these plug-ins should have been in place before we arrived. The amenities were also disappointing. The bath towels were worn out with holes, and the sofa was discolored and sticky with old sunscreen, forcing us to cover it with a throw blanket just to sit down

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Overall, we had a good stay. The place was clean, spacious, and the rooms and bathrooms were nice. The location was convenient—close to town, shops, restaurants, and grocery stores, which made getting around easy. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Communication was easy, and there were also automatic text messages with useful local recommendations, ideas for things to do around Hawaii, and even discounts for excursions and trips, which was a nice touch. A few small things stood out. The towels felt a bit cheap, and the AC system was too loud to keep on at night. The front door had a visible crack, but it was only noticeable from the outside and didn’t affect our stay since we were out exploring most of the time. The main shower was a little awkward because the glass panel didn’t extend fully, so some water would end up on the bathroom floor. Nothing major overall—just a few small improvements would make the place even better.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Everything was great, great location, great apartment, great super responsive host. However furniture (sofa bed and chair in living room) are old and worn out. Couch in living room couldn't be used for sleeping at all at first, as it was broken if you make it into sofa bed. But Joshua was very responsive and sent a handyman who fixed it. Everything else was perfect, washer and dryer in the apartment, beach chairs, all the required kitchen stuff. Overall all was good, 9 out of 10.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! We enjoyed our stay at Joshua’s place. It had ample space for our family of 4 with the pullout couches and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen and island were great. The complex is close to the beach and has a great pool, 2 hot tubs, gym and more.

Only thoughts are it was little sparce on items in the condo. But overall a great stay and would consider staying again.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! This listing is exactly as described! The view from this unit was a big bonus as it has a side view of the ocean from the balcony. It was a perfect stay for just me and my husband. The unit is very clean and was a great value.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! I was pleasantly surprised with the condo. The kitchen was beautiful and the twin and queen pull out were great for traveling with 2 kids and having 2 full bathrooms for getting ready was a huge plus. My kids were excited about the boogie boards and beach chairs that were available for use and beach towels. The patio was nice and you could see the mountain and some ocean to which was a nice surprise. We would definitely stay again when in town. We loved the walkability to the beach and to get coffee and breakfast in the morning.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! This condo is absolutely lovely—beautifully remodeled and so comfortable! The community itself is peaceful and welcoming, with plenty of green space, BBQs, and shaded ramadas that make it easy to relax and enjoy your time. The location couldn’t be better—it’s right across the street from Kamaole Beach III, which quickly became one of our favorite spots. It’s clear this condo is a popular one, as there were guests staying just before us. A few small things needed a little attention, and while the unit was clean, the housekeeping wasn’t quite perfect. Even so, we truly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! spent a week in this nice, clean, somewhat modern place! furniture (especially the pull out couch) definitely needed an update as it's practically unusable with a large divit in it. It was nice to have two full bathrooms especially with kids and sand everywhere. overall it was a great stay, just needs a little revamp with new knives (some are rusted), new furniture ect. the host was easy to communicate with while there. would return in the future

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! We had a fantastic stay at VacaMaui’s condo. The apartment was emasculate, we had plenty of room for a family of 4, and was even provided with with beach chairs, Umbrella, sand toys and beach towels. Everything was brand new, worked perfectly, especially the a/c. It worked so well, we only needed the fan in the bedroom and slept very comfortably and cool. The pools/hot tub are was beautiful and a great way to end each night. Beach is right across the street for morning walks, spending the day at or watching the sunset. There was plenty of parking and helpful staff. Host response time was within minutes as well. Had an amazing first time in Maui and would happily stay in this apartment again and again. Mahalo!

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! The location is good, it was clean on arrival and the photos matched well to what was shown. The host is also very responsive and was quick to answer all my queries. There is AC in both the living and bedroom which is nice for Maui in a condo. However, some furnishings were worn out, with a missing drawer upon arrival and rusted / dented cooking knives that were deemed unusable. The beach gear was also quite used and fairly dirty. Additionally, there was unannounced pest control entry, which I only learned from signage and no accommodations or compensation was provided by the host. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.

The condo pool was really fun and lively, beautiful grounds and helpful front desk. The unit itself was great, the washer and dryer was so helpful to have inside and 2 ac’s was incredibly nice! Communication with the host was succinct, friendly, helpful and they were very responsive. It was nice to have a fresh dish sponge, dish soap, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner/body wash. There are 2 hair dryers in the unit- on the listing it says there are none so that was a nice surprise. All in all it was super quiet, cozy, and perfect for our needs. There are none scissors, paper/pen, or other basics which would have been nice but honestly no real complaints! Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! The apartment had a great kitchen and was close to great beaches and restaurants. We only had issues with the apartment's entry keypad; the "3" button was not working properly and required a hard press which made it difficult to enter the apartment at times. Overall, it was a great stay at a great price.

The condo was clean and nice!!, definitely would stay here again, the check in at the guest registration building was the only part that took any time to get checked in, due to not having our reservation. The location is great (straight across the street from a lovely beach with fantastic snorkeling, where we saw lots of sea turtles). The apartment itself is really well equipped (kitchenware, tv, even some beach chairs and umbrella). We enjoyed the tennis courts at the condo, though didn't use the pool as it was always quite busy. Relatively walkable to some nearby cafes and restaurants, but the choice is limited - you'd certainly get more benefit from your stay if you had a car. Overall would recommend this apartment - clean, comfortable and in a good location.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Beautiful condo with partial ocean view. There is on going construction and it wasn't really an issue other than trying to find a parking spot. Part of the parking lot was closed off so we had to park closer to the lobby. Easy check in and check out.
