the house was very cozy and lovely. the back deck and firepit were perfect for a warm fall day/night. we loved being close to the lake. thanks for a great stay!

Kelly was an excellent and responsive host and the house in Tobyhanna was peaceful and comfortable as advertised.

The house itself is beautiful and cozy, and we enjoyed the space. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was a major issue. When we arrived, there were spider webs around the property and the outside looked neglected. As soon as we entered the house, there was also a strong cat odor throughout the home. The biggest issue was the bedding. The sheets and linens were visibly dirty and stained. We have photos showing multiple stains on the bedding. After the first night, we experienced allergy symptoms and ended up having to wash the sheets ourselves before we felt comfortable sleeping in them again. The house is very nice and has a lot of potential, but the cleaning standards definitely need to improve, especially when it comes to the bedding and linens. Guests should be able to arrive to a clean home with freshly washed sheets.

Just completed our weekend stay at the Cardinal’s Nest and had a great time! The home was particularly clean and cozy. The neighborhood was very comforting and everyone was friendly. Our host was accomodating throughout our stay, responding quickly to messages and providing a great experience for us. We would definitely stay here again!

Kelly’s place was very homey and comfortable. Perfect distance to all the stores and camelback resort. Also a good place if you’re looking for a peaceful place to relax and unwind.

Kelly had great communication and the place was beautiful. We did have minor inconveniences of their being very little hot water and the trouble with the heat that took away from the experience. However, I would say we were accommodated greatly. It’s worth the price and I enjoyed myself.

I came here for a fun relaxing weekend with my friends and we had just that. It was a perfect space for the four of us. The house was very clean and cozy. There were beautiful touches to the house that added to the aesthetic. The host was very responsive and friendly. There are a lot of things to do in the Poconos and we had a great time staying in this house. Highly recommend.

Great location especially for a couples getaway weekend.

This was the cleanest place that I have ever rented!! The host gave me very detailed info well in advance of our arrival. The home was well appointed. Just had a few minor issues (light bulbs out, wonky microwave ), but Kelly responded immediately to my messages. Beautiful short drive to Tobyhanna state park where we went on a scenic hike. The deer are everywhere in the neighborhood & came right up to us by the deck looking for food (we did NOT feed them). We enjoyed hanging out on both decks & using the firepit. Perfect size house for 2 couples for the weekend. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was beautiful. My family and I really enjoyed ourselves there. A lot of things to do near by. I will definitely go back.

Loved this place! It was very comfortable and relaxing, even with a 3 year old! There was even a small kids nook which was a thoughtful touch. Each room also has a sound machine for your little ones. The full kitchen was so nice and allows for you to make your own food in peace. I didn’t realize the ad said no AC but thankfully it was cool on the days we were there and there were also ceiling fans. Within a 10 minute drive there was a pool and lake area which was nice as well just crowded since it was a holiday weekend. I messaged Kelly a lot and she always responded right away which was so helpful as well. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Kelly's place is so amazing and beautiful. Very much needed from the city life. It was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the bon fire and the surrounding Kelly checked in with us and also responded to my messages very quickly. Definitely a beautiful place if you wnat to enjoy nature and downtime.

Beautiful home the only issue we had was that the cleaning crew never cleaned up the outside garbage that was left from prior and bottles were left outside. Besides that me and my family had an amazing time we would definitely look to stay at this home again
