Kelly was great, she had excellent customer service!! Highly recommend any of her properties!

I stayed at Kelly's place with my family, and there was tons of room for everyone to spread out. The decor was so beautiful, and we couldn't believe how big the outdoor pool /hot tub space was. It seems like around every corner we turned there were more fun things to play! We would definitely come back.

Check in and out was easy. Only stayed at location for about an hour Host was responsive. The place could use some TLC.

Even though we enjoyed our visit with our family despite problems listed above, we have decided to change locations in t Positive: Some of the beds were great; some needed replacing. Pool was nice. The kitchen was good. Plenty of seating. Nice hot water. Cooking area was nice. Both refrigerators was great. We liked the number of baths. Easy to accommodate larger groups. Negative: Air conditioner insufficient. Air conditioner in pool house didn’t work. Dryer was broken Hot tub had no water Ants Ceiling fan outside needs remote and ability to switch directions/speed Kitchen cabinet door was broken and lying on the floor Dishwasher needs proper mounting Lock on front door is a fire hazard Paint could be improved

We loved the backyard space, especially the pool.The location was great, close to lots of activities.Host was very responsive to our needs, although a few things weren’t working properly and needed more attention, hard to get maintenance out.Enjoyed use of all of the amenities, including the pool table, hot tub, fire pit and outdoor seating.We especially like the charm of an older home with the big front porch.

We really felt at home. The swings on porch were a necessity for us. That’s our wind down space. The bushes behind one makes it difficult to use and they were built with seat upside down (hurts your legs) but we still did our swinging. We didn’t have salt which we kinda thought would be there but thank you for the dash seasoning. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub greatly. Appreciated having towels and soap available in the bathrooms. A lock in all of bathrooms would have been nice. The toilet in the master bathroom would not flush. Great for a family weekend!

Beautiful historic home with a wonderful pool and patio area. Perfect for our group to relax in while in town for a BBQ event.

We rented this vrbo to host a family dinner in the yard. My fiancee and i eloped in front of our family. I cleared this with the property owner ahead of time. The property manager was amazing. The house was mostly clean when we arrived, there was trash in the trash cans and the dryer had the extra blankets in it, the yard was not as well maintained as in the photos but we cleaned things up and managed to have a great afternoon. While the property and the managers were great, the neighbors make you feel like you’re committing a crime. We had an older gentleman filming us as we unloaded belongings into the home. The night of the event at 9pm we were notified that there were complaints from neighbors even though there were only a few of us outside with music playing at a volume that could not be heard at the fence line much less over the fence, while they had a german shepherd bark its head off all day. Again the host and the house were great, the house property could have been better maintained but that aside i was very happy with the rental. The neighbors are a bunch of karens.

This beautiful historic home was such a great experience for our event. We hosted a women's retreat and this place was perfect. Plenty of seating inside and out. The porches out front and pool area outback were wonderful. Plenty of storage in the kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.

Kelly’s place is a beautiful historic home, in a serene neighborhood. We were a large group of 13 family members, and her home had plenty of space for us all to spread out comfortably. We loved sitting on both the front porch on the swings, and in the back patio area in the evening, barbecuing and making good use of the outdoor kitchen. We had a couple issues with some of the amenities (hot tub was not cleaned prior to our arrival and the indoor fridge was broken upon arrival). Kelly and team were very responsive, but unfortunately we weren’t able to fix either during our stay. Had those been functioning it would’ve been a perfect stay. Definitely recommend the place for a large group with close proximity to Memphis!

Great place to stay. Cozy and spacious. Great outdoor patio with sitting area, pool, hot tub, barbecue and outside bathroom. Cool kitchen! Communication with Kelly was great! Close to Graceland and other things Memphis has to offer. Would definitely recommend it.

Good Stay. Jacuzzi and Back door need maintenance. BBQ needs a deep clean, we spend 1hour cleaning it. lovely neighbour and great hosts.

This place had lots of room for our family reunion with 11 people, two of whom were young children. Everyone had a bed to sleep in with plenty of bathrooms, which was great for us! The location was also convenient to the sights we wanted to see.

Only have good things to say about our stay. It was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway with family and friends. The outdoor patio of the house is set up perfectly with a hot tub, pool and outdoor grill under a large gazebo with a very nice bathroom. We were able to host some of the Memphis Tigers football team for a cook out after a big win and we weren’t cramped at all. If this space can hold those guys it can hold anyone! Super happy about our stay!

Historic home with modern kitchen and bathrooms! Beds were comfortable. Off street parking only but we had no issues. Host was very responsive and attentive.

The place is great for large groups, plenty of room. Neighborhood was peaceful and close to everything. Kitchen is big and great for cooking. Lots do in the home the games, pool, hot tub, grill and fire pit made us not want to leave, Would definitely recommend.

The house was nice, but a little more expensive than other air bnbs. The reason we chose it was because it had more bathrooms than some of the other air bnb’s that could hold ten people. The only thing is 1 bathroom was just a tub, the other two bathrooms had showers that would not drain. We were up there for work and all 10 of us had too use the same shower for two days straight because the plumbing issues in the other bathrooms were not fixed. Asked the host for some kind of discount for our troubles and she discounted by 100 dollars which panned out too be 10 dollars a person. Just felt like nothing compared too the trouble we had to go through with 10 people using one shower trying to get ready to work every morning.

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay this property was everything everyone needed very spacious and accommodating we have already discuss when we will be returning so we are able to stay at this location. Kelly was very prompt even had the pool cleaned twice during the stay my family and I appreciate all the help and kindness during our stay.

Came for a family vacation. Was so close to everything. Neighborhood was great and felt very safe. Outdoor area was really nice.

I live in Memphis but we stayed in Kelly’s place when I had grandchildren visit. Memphis Summers are brutal and the pool was the big attraction. The location is perfect, close to the zoo, restaurants, museums and Overton Park. Kelly was extremely responsive and this place worked great for us.

The outdoor area is why this property receives a 5 star rating! Truly spectacular with multiple outdoor areas to enjoy. Other positives that I appreciated: historic neighborhoods, charming house, multiple king size beds, large space. We didn’t have any issues street parking with breakins and enjoyed restaurants near the neighborhood.

Kelly was an amazing host. She was prompt in all her correspondence and was quick to fix an issue with the dryer. The property served us well for 10 days. There were ample bedrooms and bathrooms. The surprise was the full bath out by the pool.The grill area was a bit dirty when we arrived but it was an easy clean prior to our use. The kitchen was amazing, lots of space and countertops. Outside was spacious and the pool was always warm. There is a vacuum that must stay in the pool, it was very annoying, we would get wrapped in it, we called it Gropper. We did struggle with comfortable seating in the living room. It was pretty but there was not enough and was not comfortable aside from 1 couch. Also the kitchen island only had 1 stool Recommendations for renters: Bring towels (there were not enough and they were tiny) and bug spray. The flies and mosquitos were everywhere. Lastly, I would recommend this historic home for a vacation,we made many memories.

Large Family Trip This was a perfect place for our large family of 12 to stay while we played tourists in Memphis! The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed the space outside to relax after being on our feet all day. The old charm of the house was also so fun!

Wonderful location in a historic neighborhood. Large, comfortable house with terrific outdoor entertainment area. Great for families with kids. Large dog next door did bark a lot (but host can’t control that). There were several issues that needed to be addressed and host was exceptionally responsive in resolving them.

The house was amazing, especially the outside. We will definitely book again and our host Kelly was amazing at helping with any concerns.

We rented this hone to enjoy time with family and it was perfect! The patio area with its pool and hot tub allowed us to enjoy family time, play games and make memories. The kitchen is beautiful and a joy to cook in. There is plenty of living space with spacious bedrooms and nice bathrooms. The neighborhood is full of historic homes which were fun to view as we walked our dog. Highly recommend. We would rent this home again!

We brought our family of 8 adults (30s-20s) and 3 grandchildren (infant/toddlers) to visit Memphis here. It was wonderful for us! Great, older home with lots of character and space to move around. We originally stayed mainly for the pics of the outside pools area and game room. It did not disappoint! It was just a great place to enjoy each other’s company. We had such a good time that we didn’t even go out to dinner. We chose just to order in and stay here. The neighborhood is in a well kept, older, and quiet part of town . It’s near everything drive wise. We felt completely safe. Lots of thoughtful things available for traveling family- fully stocked kitchen. The bathrooms had towels, blow dryers, shampoos, ect. The linens and towels throughout the house were good quality. The beds were nice but very firm. We like that but it’s not for everyone. Have the pack and play, high chair, and toddler gate was a great bonus. Would definitely want to stay here again.

Our Memphis Trip Our stay at the Memphis Manor was ideal for the occasion. It was conveniently located for all that we did while in town. It was a great place for our family to gather during the loss of our grandfather. The Memphis Manor was very spacious, had an amazing kitchen, and plenty of outdoor space and activities. We highly recommend this location for large families.

Absolutely loved the house, it's very roomy and we had a lot of fun with the hot tub and the games room. Easy to use the pin pad on the front door and a short uber to Beale Street and a local Krogers. Comfortable beds and a beautiful kitchen. Very pleased with our stay, thanks.

Stunning Holiday Family Stay - super clean and fun!! It's truly a grand old house in a beautiful neighborhood. I saw lots of families walking and if it was warmer, we would have walked to a coffee house I saw nearby. I wish it was closer to summer so we could have spent more time outside, but the hot tub and fire pit were nice and that outside bathroom was gorgeous! We even found a friendly cat that needed pets! The kitchen actually had everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving dinner! And the dining room had all the space for it. We spent our nights playing games and doing puzzles on the table in there. Our kids loved the game room. They played so much air hockey and pool and ping pong. That really was a life saver for the kids to have something to do inside. Most of them were teens, so this was perfect. The amount of beds, rooms and bathrooms was perfect for our large group. Also, everything was amazingly clean. I have zero complaints at all about dust or evidence of anyone who had stayed before. I would stay here again and would also 100% recommend it to friends needing a big place to gather for the holidays.

This is a nice old house near downtown Memphis. Lots of charm and a great pool and outdoor space in the backyard. It's an old house so has lots of creaky floors etc but that's the point of an old house - it's authentic and has old world charm. There were five of us guys who came out for a football game and we fit great. The one big issue is that there is a big loud dog next door that stars barking at 7:30 AM when the neighbor lets it outside. That was so frustrating to be awakened by the dog that won't stop barking all day. I asked the host if they could contact the neighbor. Her response was that the situation was out of her control. She said that a couple of times. That was frustrating because of course she can't control the dog but she could at least attempt to communicate with the neighbor about it, and wouldn't respond to my specific request to contact the neighbor. It was strange. So we just dealt with it. If you can deal with a barking dog, this place works well.

This house is beautiful and has so much charm. The bedrooms are very spacious and all have lots of closets for hanging clothes. The backyard is huge with lots of entertainment areas. The outdoor kitchen has a beautiful bar. And there's a very nice spacious outdoor bathroom with a big stand up shower.

The work crew and I had plenty of room. Definitely enjoyed all the extra household fun with pool and hot tub. Was good to after a long work day out of town. Kelly was very helpful and fast to respond to any questions We had.

Worst

Kelly & co. were great hosts as a central location for my family during my wedding weekend in Memphis. I’m a local, and central gardens is one of my favorite neighborhoods with historical significance and beautiful homes. Kelly’s is no exception! She was responsive with any issues we had, and we were able to communicate quickly while also getting our needs met. Fantastic facilities and the pool was super clean. Thank you for helping me host effortlessly for the best weekend of my life.

This home was fabulous! Everyone in our group was pleased with all the amenities. It was clean and comfortable. The hosts were truly Superhosts. I would absolutely recommend this home for anyone staying in the area. I can’t wait to come back!

I’m sorry but I have to be honest. This place need a lot of inside work as far as… The loud squeaky floors were aggravating! Several doors didn’t close, bad electrical system in two rooms where the lights and ceiling fans did not work at all… annoying! The bathroom toilet pressure was terrible ( did not flush well at all), the front door was extremely hard to open! SOOOO FRUSTRATING! It smelled old and musty. The only good thing about the stay was the pool and the jacuzzi.

Vacation ruined. 6 friends from 3 states decided to pay this price because of the beautiful pictures of the backyard and spend a long weekend in the pool catching up. Immediately upon our arrival I sent pictures of the algae filled pool to Kelly and asked that it be cleaned. I spent the next 3 days messaging Kelly, sending more pictures of it getting worst and explaining its unusable and unsafe; asking that she CALL ME because I was tired of all the messaging back and forth. She said "she'd have someone call me", a help desk person called that had no idea why she was calling me. She then said "a team manager would call me". No one ever called again. Honestly, the majority of the messages felt like a bot or AI responding, hence the request for a phone call. We were give a 30% refund for a 'missing amenity'. A house in the same area without a pool at more than 50% cheaper. Side note - next door neighbors leave their dogs out 24/7 ... any noise made triggers barking.

Excellent - didn’t want to leave! Stay was excellent! It was everything advertised and communication with host was great. Tons to do in the house. We have littles and it was great to keep us entertained during nap and early bedtimes. I’d love to go back around the holidays and bake in the kitchen. Our kids loved it. Our 3 year old is still sad we had to leave our “bay-cation” home.Highly recommend!

The house was just as described and perfect. Every room was spacious and comfortable! Loved the kitchen, both indoor and outdoor. The outdoor bathroom was beautiful. The pool was absolutely great and the outdoor area was perfect! It’s close enough to everything, and the neighborhood was quiet. As we return for some of our 2 year old granddaughters checkups at St. Jude’s, we will surely be checking to see if the house is available! From booking to checking out, communication was quick and amazing. We truly loved everything about this house/booking!

It was a great place!! Sooo much room, beautiful upgrades, super comfortable beds and bedding, plenty of kitchen space. The natural light throughout the house is amazing. The exterior is so great, we cooked and spent a lot of time in the pool & jacuzzi. The bathroom outside is amazing, unfortunately we discovered it too late. Great location and the host super quick to respond and help. We didn’t have enough time to enjoy everything that the house offered. We were a group of 10 and honestly none of us wanted to leave. If we decide to go back to Memphis next year, we will definitely stay there again.

Great place for a family of 5-7. Everything was fantastic! Period. Also, very convenient to food, grocery stores, shopping, and entertainment. It took 5 to 10 min to get any where.

Beautiful house and property! We just finished an amazing weekend stay at this house with my husbands family for Fathers Day. It was perfect for all age ranges with a shaded/ceiling fan area outside for the grandparents to sit and watch their children and grandchildren play in the pool. The outside area is a dream! Outdoor grill/kitchen/fridge and a bathroom/shower so you don't have to go inside wet, comfy seating, amazing pool and hot tub, fire pit all surrounded by trees, bushes and flowers. We spent most of our time outside but inside is just as beautiful! Chefs dream kitchen with dual ovens, warming drawer and gas range. Game room with a pool table that easily converts into air hockey and ping pong. Large dining room table perfect for board games and meals. Plenty of space in the bedrooms with everyone commenting on how comfortable the beds were. This was a perfect spot for our family to gather and we have already said we will be making this an annual getaway! The hosts were very responsive with the few questions we had and the place was very clean and is kept in wonderful condition. We had zero issues with our cars parked on the street in front of the house. Can’t wait to plan our next gathering here!

Overall we had a great stay in the end. There were definitely some disappointments at first and lots of little small frustrations but we figured everything out and our questions were answered very quickly. It seems to be a newer listing and some directions would have been helpful with a few things but in the end they sent someone to clean the hot tub, had a microwave delivered when it was clear there was not one as the listing said, and worked to make sure that we did have everything we were supposed to. The outside area was very lovely and exactly as the pictures showed it to be. The inside was clean and roomy and had all the needed items in the kitchen and bathrooms. It's 5 minutes to Cooper Young area and Overton Square, both have great places to eat.

It has so many things to do at this property. The kids were occupied all weekend! Positive: It’s a gorgeous property! We only stayed there for a weekend. My nephew had a swim meet at the University. It was about 10 minutes from there. It was perfect. The kids loved the pool and the adults loved the hot tub. Negative: Nothing!

My family and I stayed at the Memphis, TN, house for seven days. The house itself is rather beautiful with all the amenities needed. Additionally, the outside pool with a hot tub, BBQ grill and fire-pit made the stay even more fun. Our host Kelly was super responsive and tended to most questions rather quickly. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet, accessible to local shops, children’s museum, zoo etc. Few things that can be improved on are: The house was dusty, especially the stairs and anything wood covered. The front door lock gets jammed. The downstairs only has one bathroom with only a bathtub and no standing shower. The neighborhood itself is clean, it is a stone throw’s away from the dangerous part of Memphis. The house does not come with a driveway so have to rely on ample street parking. We parked our cars right in front of the house and both of our cars were broken into the last day of our stay which terrified everyone in the house. Overall the house is recommended.
