Very clean, spacious, and close to Broadway

This place was so amazing and had such great amenities! The host responded within minutes when I would reach out to her which made for such an easy stay. The check-in was easy and the place was very clean!

Perfect place for a girls weekend.

This was the best place we could have found. Be proactive on learning about how to get in and find the place and it’s beautiful. I wish I could live there full time.

Right near ole Smokey which is a must do for visitors. easy 20 min walk or 5 min Uber downtown, Ubers were cheap and quick. Perfect for what we needed. The check in instructions were provided ahead of time and Melissa answered my questions very promptly and clearly. Thanks!

Great location, hosts are very responsive and care about their clients. Nice building, felt very safe and its been hot so the pool was a plus. You can park in the garage around the block with a discount voucher for 20 a day or if you are feeling lucky there are some guest spots at the two onsite garages, but its first come first serve with no guaranteed parking for your unit. Oh and the balcony was so nice to sit out each morning before starting our day. I would recommend.

This is a hidden gem! Condo was beautiful and well stocked - great location and great communication. Beds were so comfortable and the pool was perfect for us.

For anyone having a bachelorette in Nashville, I highly recommend this place! It was absolutely beautiful and so clean! Lots of great spots for photos. There were a lot of other AirBnBs in the building too, so you are surrounded by lots of other bachelor or bachelorette groups which kept the vibes high. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Garage paying was confusing but other than that, great place to stay for the weekend!

Melissa was very quick to reply and respond. The place was beautiful/clean/and def accommodated 7-guest. It was about 15-18 min walk to broadway depending how fast/slow walker you are aha. The building had a person at front desk 24/7, really nice and helpful. Easy to access uber/lyft and affordable. There is a brewery and some brunch places walking distance, and very close to the gulch as well. We loved it, and would def come back!

We were very pleased and had a great time. Located within 15-20 min walk to broadway which was convenient. The third bedroom has two queen beds rather than a bunk which was a nice surprise. Very clean and great communication. Very spacious living area and we loved the patio space.

Overall a great stay. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, and the host was responsive and easy to work with. The only downsides were some nearby construction that could get pretty loud at times and a noticeable presence of homeless individuals in the surrounding area. Aside from that, everything else was solid.

Great Airbnb for Nashville weekend! Melissa was very professional and easy to communicate with. The unit is walking distance to the Gulch and Broadway which was a huge plus for our group. We enjoyed the pool deck with multiple cabanas, lounge chairs, and gas fire pit. The building does have close proximity to active train tracks and also overlooks a noticeable homeless population, although they did not impact our stay at all. This Airbnb is a great value for a Nashville getaway, don't hesitate to book!

We loved our stay at the Hyve condo. Our girls loved the bunk beds and they supplied us everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
