Good location, nice clean apartment. Perfect for what we needed

Property was immaculate. However, the building although very new and secure does have a homeless problem right across the street. We were woken up 2 nights to sirens.

Lovely, comfortable condo. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy, but four of us (women) walked to places at night and were never bothered by anyone. I would not advise any woman to walk by herself, however.

Place was great. Very clean. Lots of great amenities. Host was prompt with instructions throughout stay. Our group had no reason to reach out to the host because everything was perfect.

This was a great stay for our 40th birthday celebration in Nashville! It was walkable to The Gulch and downtown, and included great amenities! It was clean and as described.

Beautiful place. Conveniently located to all the activities we wanted to do. Most of which was walkable. Melissa was super and every message or question I had was answered quickly and comprehensively. I highly recommend this place. Melissa will take care of you!

Everything was better than our group could have imagined!

The property was clean, well appointed and well provisioned. It is situated nicely with a 15 minute walk to the Gulch, and a 20 minute walk to Broadway. The Door app was a little cumbersome at first, but convenient once you get the hang of it. The condo had all the basics (i.e. dishwasher and laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) as well as towels.My only criticism is the lack of some sort of storage for clothes like a dresser. Only 1 room has a closet attached, and one had no closet available. This made unpacking for more than an overnight stay somewhat awkward.In spite of that, I would still recommend staying at this property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the 3 bedroom condo. It was exactly as advertised. Super clean and great location to get to Broadway. Despite the shelter nearby we never felt unsafe. I would recommend and stay here again !!! Thank You!

Looks just like the pictures, short ride of about 5 mins to Broadway. The pool and gym were clean and nice. Would stay there again

We spent 6 days at this location for a family vacation, traveling with adult children. It was a convenient location that allowed us to walk to Broadway and other attractions easily and without the hassle of having to find and pay for parking. The condo was clean with basic necessities. The beds were large and comfortable. The add-ons of grocery delivery prior to our arrival were a bonus. Also, one of my daughters had just gotten engaged and there was a lovely bridal boutique on the first floor where we found her wedding dress and got a nice discount for staying at The Hyve. We would definitely stay here again and our friend who travelled with us would like to return with her family as well.

The loft/apartment was in a great location. The space was equipped with everything needed for your stay. It was a five to me n my roomies

This place was a very nice stay. Clean. Comfy beds. It had everything you could need. Was close enough to walk everywhere, about a 10/15 minute walk to Broadway. Patio was nice and big. Would definitely stay here again.
