Love this House!
House is on a quiet street except from 6:30 til 9:30 pm where you can hear music from bands over at the Craven. So nice to either sit on the deck or go one street down and listen.<br />

The house is in the middle of everything. The boardwalk is right across the street and there are plenty of good food places within walking distance.<br />

The house has an elevator-definite plus!! It has a really nice yard with a pool and hot tub. The beds are heavenly and the kitchen has all you need for cooking inside and has both gas and charcoal grill for cooking outside.<br />

The sound view is spectacular! Sunsets are beautiful—to be seen from your deck. The church across the street has chimes on the hour and a song every morning and in the afternoon. Nice touch.<br />

Did I mention the wildlife? The man next door feeds deer. They come and eat and play. If you look over the fence, sometimes you come eye to eye with them. So cool.<br />

Resort staff is responsive and helpful. A good team to work with.<br />

Lovely Rental Home
Beautiful views of the sound and sunset. Easy walking to lots of shopping and dinning in Duck. Great house for a multigenerational family. Tons of room, kitchen well supplied and two dishwashers. The Rental Company was gracious to remind us of the trash rules in Duck. I was sad to leave, but leave early morning to beat the traffic going home.

House was nice with plenty of room for my family. Quiet street but there is music from Coastal Cravins each night which was fun. We could sit up on the deck or in the yard and listen each night or go one street over and sit at the bar. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all. Yard was really comfy. House is in the middle of all kinds of shopping and eating places. You can walk just about everywhere. Caution—beach is 5.8 miles away so you will have to drive there.
Had a fantastic visit with the family. Awesome location and duck never disappoints.
Location, Location, location...
The property is conveniently situated within walking distance of most shops and activities in Duck, making it an ideal location for our family of 13 during our week-long stay. The spacious house comfortably accommodated everyone, and the well-equipped kitchen, featuring two dishwashers and a large refrigerator, was perfect for our needs. We appreciated the clean and well-maintained pool and hot tub, and the elevator was particularly beneficial for my elderly parents, allowing them to participate in family activities without the strain of climbing stairs. While every rental may have its minor imperfections, they were far outweighed by the wonderful memories we created together. Resort Realty was prompt and helpful in addressing all my inquiries before check-in, and the check-out process was straightforward. I wholeheartedly recommend Leg-o-duck as a vacation destination.
