Excellent This house was everything we thought it would be and more. No bugs, close walk or bike ride into town and to the beach. The kids loved the pool. We loved it!

Very Good The house was very nice, but the layout seemed different than the pictures. The game room was much smaller than expected. Overall though the house and location were great for our group.

Fall break vacation 2025 We had a great time,plenty of room,very spacious.the heated pool and hot tub were a great hit with the kids and adults, it was a wonderful family vacation thank you so much for letting us stay in this amazing home The Halls

Great House with beautiful view This was a great house with a beautiful view especially from the special room off the living room and the deck. This house sits high up so you get an ocean view and a great sunset as well. There were plenty of kitchen utensils to use so we only needed a few of what we brought. Resort Realty was wonderful to work with. We had a couple of issues but the response time was great. You can tell the owners love their house because it was evident in the updates (decking and railings) as well as the rooms. I only have a couple of suggestions that would help renters in the future. This house did not have a hair dryer. It would be great to have known this ahead of time. While I didn’t really need one some others did. Lucky to have relatives in the area so I didn’t have to buy one. The other I find more important….have an instruction or quick reference on where to turn on the gas for the grill. This would have reduced a call to RR for help. Also on the quick reference on how the TV remotes work. Each were different. Finally, In the rental info give the hours for the community center where we have to check in. We could have checked in early gotten beach tags and used the beach while waiting for the house to be ready. These are only minor things…but help both for reducing calls and making the stay easier. We loved this house enough to reserve two weeks next year! Thank you owners for a great house and thank you Resort Realty for great Customer service.

Great! Great location. We walked to beach and the boardwalk with my grandchildren with no problem! The layout of the house worked great for our family. We loved the observation tower too!

Excellent This property was perfect for our party of 12, lots of space both inside and on the decks. Kitchen had all of the necessary cookware, plates, glassware, and utensils needed for meal preparation. Great location between the beach and the town of Duck, short walk to each. House and pool were clean and well kept. We had no issues that needed to be addressed throughout the week. Excellent!

Good Nice home with lots of space.

Wonderful Vacation Had a wonderful vacation with a group of adult friends. House was clean and met all our needs. Easy dealing with management company. We all fell in love with the town of Duck. By day 2 we were already discussing returning again next year.

Outstanding stay as always. The house was amazing for any family. The ocean views from the tower where incredible. Would highly recommends.
