Very nice home with great bedrooms This house is unique in that 6 bedrooms all have their own bathroom with either a queen or kind bed. That was tough for our family to find so we were very excited about this home. The pool is also great. I do feel that the home needs a little upkeep, but overall a great newer home. The cleaning services were not at the level we expected both upon check in and the mid stay service we requested. Floors remained dirty. The walk to the beach was only two minutes and super easy, but there’re just something special about being ocean front that we missed. Overall this is a great vacation house!

Perfect House We had a great time there with our family of 18. There was plenty of space and the house was fully stocked! We were worried there wouldn’t be enough kitchen supplies but boy oh boy there was everything! So don’t worry about packing or purchasing extra items. The only thing that didn’t work was the ice maker in the third floor refrigerator. We experienced difficulty with that. The house even came with games for kids and offered plenty of activities. The pool was great! We didn’t use it much since we came in October but all I kept thinking was wow perfect summer house for sure. Overall, this house was great! You do not want to pass this up.

Excellent Loved the house. Kitchen was absolutely beautiful. Plenty of room for everybody. Thank you very much for the use of your house. Caught a lot of bluefish, surf fishing in the ocean.

Great Stay! Let It Beach was an amazing place to stay. We love Duck and the Schooner Ridge community and this one didn't disappoint. The extras like two dishwashers, washer and dryer and ovens was a plus for such a large party staying there. The elevator, 5 stars for my elderly parents where stairs are an issue. A plus too for bags upon bags of groceries or even heavy luggage! Super close short walk to the beach. Only thing I can let anyone know - even management, is that the breaker does kick several times in the master bedroom upstairs ( I think when the washer/dryer on the 2nd floor is being ran) but the breaker box is accessible in the bedroom to the left of the washer dryer. Great stay, great house - highly recommend!

Excellent Beach House What a great week at this beach house! We had family from three states come in to stay. There was plenty of room for all, inside and out. This home is very well maintained, clean, and stocked with everything you need. We spent a good deal of time around the pool as there is plenty of outdoor furniture to enjoy. Short stroll to the beach, very nice community. From the grill, outdoor seating (on every deck), pool area, well stocked kitchen, bedrooms with great on suite bathrooms, I cannot say enough good things about this home. Will definitely book again.

Loved It!! Great house, great location. Home was very clean and just beautifully decorated!! Beds were comfy and room sizes were great! The pool and hot tub were wonderful. This was our first time staying in Duck, the house is in a great location to all that Duck has to offer. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Great Week at the Beach Our family had a fantastic time at the house. Everything was in great condition. All bedrooms were as advertised. The bunkroom was especially a great bonus. The elevator was a great benefit when shopping, arriving and departing. The pool and grounds were well kept and the kids made a lot of use of the hot tub. With being just foot steps from the beach, the home's location could not be better. We will be back.

April 22-29, 2023 The house was excellent! It was clean, well lit, and a great location to the beach and the shops! The only problem I experienced was the washing machine on the 2nd floor would not spin at the end of the cycle. It would trip the breaker to the 3rd floor bedroom. Your maintenance team was prompt and was very friendly. I would love to rent this house again next year! The pool and hot tub were absolutely awesome! Thank you for your hospitality! I had three seniors in my family and they loved their time there. The elevator was a huge help with loading in their luggage and maneuvering around the house between floors. They actually got to enjoy the pool with us! We made some memories and they definitely want to come back next year! Kindest regards,, Carmela

The home is beautiful! This is a beautiful HGTV level features! The owners were very smart in their choice of features and amenities, namely plenty of bathrooms/bedrooms a large dining table, a well appointed kitchen (loved the 2 dishwashers),and decks on every level. The pool is large and the heating was well worth it (with small children), with an extra bonus of colored lights for evening swimming. Imagine a child playing in a pool with "rainbow" lights!

Awesome vacation This was our 1st trip to OBX. Let it Beach was beautifully decorated and conveniently located to beach and shops. The pool was a hit for grandkids and grownups! Would definitely stay there again!🏖

Great House! Loved this house for our group of 14. Plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen had all the tools and necessities. We enjoyed the grill as well. Pool was awesome and just a short walk to the beach! The only thing I’d suggest is a few Umbrellas in the pool area as the afternoon/evening sun is full force out there. Thanks again for a great trip!

Week at Beach house The house was awesome. being brand new helped, but the quality of the furnishings and the beautiful kitchen made it excellent. The pool was very nice and we loved that it was salt water. The only suggestion I will make is that there is no shade around the pool in the afternoon and evening. It will be very hot in mid-summer.

Beautiful house and great location!! Our family loved our stay at Let it Beach. The house was absolutely beautiful. Every inch of this new home was thoughtfully designed and decorated. The kitchen is well stocked with everything a chef could want to prepare a meal. Our kids loved the arcade game and the family games that were shared. The location was perfect too; a short walk to the beach and the town! We look forward to returning to this house next Spring/Summer!
