House is great for a small family. The property mgmt service was very responsive and helpful. It was very clean on check in. Beds were comfortable and the living room has a nice big tv with comfy couch and armchair. Very nice screened in porch. Laundry facilities were good and there's a wash line with clips for wet towels to dry outside but not get rained on. Plenty of room for bikes, beach cart below. 2 cars fit easily in driveway. Only complaint is the dishwasher is very small and very noisy. Plan to run it when you're going to be out. Great location with easy walk to beach and "downtown" Duck and the boardwalk. Overall, a nice place to stay.
Perfect Stay!
This house was perfect! So close to the beach and it has everything you need such as umbrella, beach chairs, boogie board, beach toys, and thankfully a Keurig!! Very close to the beach and everything you want to get to in Duck is a pleasant walk or short drive. Very clean upon arrival. Would stay there again for sure!

The place is great, the pictures underestimate the quality of the house overall and the location is so close to the beach that we loved everything.
Excellent
Great Location!
For our first visit to the outer banks this location was perfect! It was a .15 mile walk to the beach and also an easy walk to town. This was the perfect size home for us. Although a little dated it was in great condition and well kept. All appliances worked well. We had no issues.
OBX Magic
We really enjoyed our stay at OBX magic. The property was spotless and in great condition, and the proximity to the beach is excellent. We had a wonderful time having dinners in the screened in porch, and loved the outdoor shower for rinsing off after a long day at the beach! We brought our own wagon to bring things to the beach; that was the only thing really missing from our stay. We would love to stay at this property again! Really well maintained and lovely.
OBX Magic
This was our 17th stay in OBX Magic. We love the place. Much of the reason why we love it so much is the response the owners have made to suggestions we have offered over the years. The owners are clearly special people. They take the time to make us feel very welcome every year. For our family, the cottage offers lots of room and we are so close to the beach!! Much of our family lives at the New Jersey shore and we visit the often. However, when we want to relax on the beach, we head to OBX Magic and the Saltaire community. It's the best!
Excellent
Very nice house excellent location, very close to the beach entrance and also enough close to Duck Town that we walked to get coffee and breakfast and see the sunset.
Love the privacy of the house with tree line around it but not too high to allow sunlight coming into the house.
Maybe the only downside is not having blackout shades and that we had to bring all essentials.
Would stay again
