We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! The place was perfect for our 2 families, right across the street from the beach, and overlooking one of the pools of the property where the kids could hang out after a day at the beach. The kitchen and common area were perfect to accommodate us all for breakfast and relaxation and the bedrooms very comfortable. Extra linens were provided for the sleeper sofa. We also appreciated the beach chairs and boogie boards that were available for use. Joshua was also extremely responsive. We would definitely stay here again

Traveling with 7 kids and 2 parents isn’t always easy, but Josh’s home was absolutely perfect for our large family. It was spotless, beautifully maintained, spacious, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The home was welcoming, well-equipped, and made our vacation even more enjoyable. Josh was an excellent host—friendly, responsive, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. We created unforgettable family memories here and truly appreciated the care that went into making this home such a wonderful place to stay. We highly recommend Josh’s Airbnb to anyone visiting Hawaii and would gladly stay here again. Thank you, Josh, for helping make our family vacation so special!

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! My family just got back from a great week in Maui. The condo was very comfortable for our family of 6, including 3 teenagers. Everything was exactly as described. Very clean, kitchen was great, beds were comfortable. We loved being able to walk across the street to Kam III. The condo comes with lots of beach chairs and boogie boards which is awesome. Joshua was very responsive when we had questions. Overall we would highly recommend this condo.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! It’s a great place that looks exactly like the pictures. Lots of great beach equipment comes with the place (e.g. boogie boards, beach chairs, sun umbrellas). Kitchen is large and spotless. Lots of space for a family. We loved it.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Nice stay. Didn’t realize it was on the top floor- made it difficult with our luggage and small children. Had issues with the WiFi, but we were able to troubleshoot them on our own. Home was clean. Overall, good for the one night we stayed!

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! This condo has been recently remodeled and decorated. It's in a lovely facility surrounding green space and a great location across the street from the beach and a park. The unit's basic amenities have not been updated to match the remodel, so we devoted more time to dealing with small inconveniences (chipped kitchen knives, not enough kitchen or hand towels, re-tucking bottom sheets that aren't fitted) than we expected for the price point. There's a fairly bright light that shines into the downstairs bedroom, so bring a sleep mask. Heads up for families with kids that the pool has extensive restrictions including no balls, toys, floats, or games. Overall the facility caters to snowbirds/retirees and is very peaceful. The pickleball court is a plus, but no equipment is provided, so bring your own or plan on renting/buying once there.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! We loved this unit , it was close to the beach and fit our family or 9 well. Our only recommendation would be to provide more pans for cooking and other things for the kitchen. We also had to wash towels daily to have enough for our stay. Beds were comfortable and we did enjoy the complex. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Highly recommend VacaMaui for their responsiveness, quality of the clean and this unit in particular was a tremendous value. The owners invested in a beautiful remodel and the layout was perfect for my family of four (kids are 9 and 12) and my mother. The lanai was a nice place to hang out and enjoy the warm night air before going to bed. This was our first stay at Hale Kamaole beach and it won’t be our last.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Very nice and clean place! Great location as well. AC worked beautifully. That also goes for all other appliances. We had 8 people total and the space was just the right amount. The only thing was that the upstairs shower in the master bathroom only had a small glass wall between the shower head and the bathroom floor, so the water easily escapes causing the floor to be wet after a single use. That’s more so a design and installation issue. The downstairs bathroom shower had the same design but the glass wall was longer so no water was escaping to the floor. If the upstairs shower glass wall can be replaced to a longer one, there would really be no issue with this rental. But overall, great experience! Host communicated well with me.

It had everything we needed, and the hosts were very responsive whenever we had questions or needed recommendations. They were also flexible with early check-in once the place was cleaned. Overall, we loved both the condo and the peaceful, well-kept community it’s in—right across from a beautiful beach.

Everything was easy and amazing. Location was great! Condo was updated and very clean. Stocked with everything you need for cooking and outings to the pool or beach! There is some construction currently going on, but it wasn’t loud or bothersome, just limited parking spots a little.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! We had a great stay! Bedding was comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Beach accessories were perfect and really came in handy. Parking on site was easy and ample. The beach is just across the street. We saw a couple turtles while wading in the water there! There are shops and restaurants about a 15 minute walk. The only downside was the internet connection and cellular service in the unit. You have to signup for marketing to gain WiFi access and it can be kinda weak on the second level. Overall, it was a great stay and we would probably book again.

Enjoyed the location, place and amenities in the house. Walking distance from the beach and depending on how fit you are, you can walk to the main area where there are food trucks, shopping and dining places.

Amazing guest! This was perfect for our large group. The location was conveniently located to shops, restaurants, supermarkets and beaches. The kitchen was large only drawback for us were the pans, not the best for our liking. We loved the extras like beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. We had a nice view of the pool from balcony. We loved our stay here.

Amazing guest! Great little spot! Very clean bathroom and Kitchen! Good communication, great host. Beach equipments available to borrow and use. Near restaurants and little shops. Pool available to use. 10/10 recommend. Would come here again :)

Amazing guest! The location is close to the beach with turtles and pretty good reefs for snorkeling. Most restaurants and bars are also not far away though not at a walkable distance. The apartment is clean and pretty much as described on the airbnb website. The third bedroom is small and doesn't have an exterior window. The supply of everything from the toilet paper and paper towels to shampoo and wash detergent was limited for 1 day use, so count that you might need to buy all of these for a longer stay.

Amazing guest! We live on Maui and really enjoyed a family staycation! This newly remolded condo was beautiful and we loved the pool and fully stalked closet full of beach chairs and floaties! It was big enough and comfortable for our whole family. The washer and dryer in the unit was perfect too!! Thank you. We’ll never book anywhere else and will recommend this place to friends visiting .

Amazing guest! This place is a great place to stay if you are traveling with a large family. It’s roomy enough to have your own space with a great kitchen for quick meals and laundry to wash clothes if you have too inside. This places looks just like the pictures posted. The general location of this property is a great place to be with 2 pools and great beach’s across the streets and restaurants and grocery stores minutes away, it makes this a great place to be and enjoy exploring the Kihei area. I would definitely come back and stay here again.

Amazing guest! Overall we enjoyed our stay here. Convenient location and contained all the amenities described. Host was great and very responsive to any questions. The complex itself is a little older and parking was sometimes a challenge as others have mentioned. If I had to nitpick anything, the couch looked a bit dirty and I was a little hesitant to sit on it. Otherwise the unit was functional, clean, and met our needs.
