Stunning Sunsets Our family loves this Seaside Salvation. It has an elevator for my 96-year old mother and an amazing view. The upstairs living area accommodates our whole family comfortably and gives us a chance to play games or build puzzles. It is a short walk to downtown Duck and great shops and restaurants. The bathrooms and kitchen are a bit dated, but they have all that we needed and were comfortable.

Seaside Salvation We loved this house! The only reason I didn't rate it excellent is because it is quite a long walk to the beach. But the views of sunsets over the sound, along with the proximity to great shops and restaurants, made up for those long, hot walks. The main living area is spacious with big windows, and the deck has lots of comfortable chairs.The elevator was helpful when unloading suitcases and groceries. I highly recommend this house!

Sunsets We LOVED watching the gorgeous sunsets over the sound at Seaside Salvation! Our house was incredibly clean!

Seaside salvation Stayed with friends. Location was close to shops yet off the main drag. Enjoyed walking the boardwalk on the sound. Would definitely stay again. Elevator was a definite plus for us olders. Even on rainy day when we stayed in, it was nice. Upper deck was wonderful.

Great Stay My family and I had a great time at this house. The kitchen/common area overlooked the sound and the sunsets were amazing. The north facing windows offered excellent views of the sound and the the north part of Duck. We loved how we could all gather at the dining table and play dominos for hours. We could walk to the restaurants and bars in town. One thing we did take advantage of was the upper deck. We sat in the Adirondack chairs and star gazed late into the night. We spent our days at the beach and would haul our gear down with the car to make it easier. My mother is 94 years old and the elevator made it an excellent place for her. She could join us at any level of the house in just a short time. The elevator also made it easier to haul groceries and coolers to the kitchen area. We loved this place and are looking at it for dates next year. We highly recommend this house for any family.

Sunsets and Art We stayed for a month. Loved this house. Top floor had an amazing deck, decently equipped deck, and some legit local art. Master was more than spacious, but sort of an en-suite bath. Downside: There is only one covered parking spot. The very clean and new gas grill is awkwardly chained up in a place I didn’t want to grill. Heavy exterior security camera presence. King beds need a re-fresh. Overall, excellent stay!

Family Vacation To End The Summer Vacation before we dropped daughter off at school in NC. Walking distance to everything in Duck “downtown”. Fantastic location. Perfect 3rd floor deck to view sunsets. Walking distance to beach. Cooked in almost every night. We would highly recommend and would love to visit again.

Excellent We had a great stay at this house. Beautiful views from the top deck and a very short walk into town and to the beach. The house is clean, spacious and well designed for a family vacation. We got great use out of the grill and the elevator is very helpful.

Wonderful views! The house was really comfortable and well designed. Master bedroom was great. Sound views are excellent - not just a little glimpse through some trees! Easy access to the boardwalk, and not too far to walk to the beach. Great sunsets and star-gazing from the large deck.

Sunset Heaven Don't let the dated flowered wall paper and sofa get in the way of you renting this home -- it has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. It's clean and simple. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and the main-level open floor plan creates an ideal place for family gatherings. The highlight is the western facing, third level deck that is the most picturesque location to watch the sunset. The outdoor shower, garage and elevator all come in handy for easy vacation living. Loved our stay and plan to return.
