Love This Condo This is our second stay at Sea Sights and we are hoping for a third! The condo is well-equipped and spacious. Furniture is comfy, and I love the bar-height table and chairs on the living room balcony. The view is wonderful! Plenty of space in the kitchen, I was able chop up ingredients and make soup, even. This is second-floor which saves two extra flights of stairs. Colony By The Sea is conveniently located, an easy walk to Duck Road, and boardwalk and shops.<br /> The actual condo complex, Colony By The Sea, could do with freshening the paint on the lines and numbers in the parking lot, and adding streetlights in the parking areas, it&#39;s very hard to see. But that is the whole complex and nothing to do with Sea Sights!

Shorter than we wanted! Our stay at 3196 Sea Sights was perfect. Beds were comfortable. Lots of kitchen utensils and cookware. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Unfortunately; because of the incoming Nor&rsquo;easter we decided to leave early. The steps to enter the condo - 32 steps gave us a good workout!

Great Only issues were the dead bolt needs repaired. Unusable. Kitchen sink drained slowly.<br /> <br /> Would definitely come again!

Relaxing stay! Sea Sights was exactly as pictured. The condo was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and the views from both balconies are fantastic. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to make meals and snacks. I&rsquo;m typically not a fan of units that have keys instead of electronic locks, but this was a very minor issue and it was easy to swing by the Powells Point office to pick up the keys on the way into the area. Check out was easy, done through the app, with no need to return the keys to Powells Point. Overall, it was a great pre-Memorial Day stay!

Wonderful condo This was our 4th stay at Colony By The Sea, in a different unit each time. This was the best one we&#39;ve had! Very roomy, loved the ocean view and being able to hear the ocean constantly. We had everything we needed for meal prep, which was a plus. Couch was comfy! Thanks for the instructions for the TV&#39;s, very helpful! The owners were very generous in allowing us to add a day to our stay. We would love to return next year, maybe two weeks!!

Vacation To who my concern This was a first time in Duck NC , it was a pleasant stay very relax vacation. I will be back , beautiful beaches and restaurants too . Thank you for a lovely vacation

Special trip My wife loved teapots and tea cups She collected them as well as had formal tea parties. Sadly she passed away Oct 14, 2023. She loved the Outer Banks and we vacationed there almost every year. She loved sunsets and sunrises and often got up early to watch the sunrise on the ocean. We planned a memorial trip this year on the anniversary of her passing and stayed in our favorite condo in Duck.. On the morning of oct 14 2024 we got up to watch the sunrise and was amazed at the beautiful teapot clouds. We will never forget our special trip to the Outer Banks this year.

Wonderful ocean views The condo is in a great location, with two balconies overlooking the ocean and just steps to the beach. It was also within walking distance of the shops and restaurants in Duck. Inside, it was spacious, clean and well-maintained, with comfortable furniture. Everything we needed

Great spot in Duck I loved this two bedroom spot - plenty of room for a friend and I to enjoy one last week at the beach. The ocean view from the balcony is great with high chairs to really take it in. Kitchen is small but standard in this community and certainly manageable for 2ppl. Location is perfect: I loved biking to shops, coffee, fish market, etc. Will definitely try to stay here again!

Great stay in Duck I've stayed in this community before, which I love for its location both in terms of proximity to the beach and its accessibility to shops in town. This was my first stay in this particular property; we really liked the 2-bedroom layout versus 1-bedroom. Things felt updated in the kitchen and bathrooms, and we were really glad to see high chairs on the balcony to really take advantage of the ocean view. Two things that were minor speed bumps along the way -- first, we communicated originally through VRBO regarding an early check-in (which was confirmed) to then be told it wasn't available. We worked this out, but it added some stress in a non-refundable situation since that was a non-negotiable for us that we thought we had confirmed. (Thanks for getting that arranged for us!) Second, we wanted that early check-in because we were already going to be on the Outer Banks only to find out that the rental office where actual physical keys (instead of a modern keypad) was located ACROSS the bridge. That's a pretty big deal on turn day. Luckily, the office was able to accommodate an early pick-up of the keys so we didn't have to cross the bridge multiple times. So everything worked out, but we hope that next year we can iron these details out ahead of time. :)

Duck darlin Excellently decorated &amp; appointed. A few items for the owners to note&hellip;. One of the bedroom deck (white) chairs is broken, need bathroom soap dishes, how to use the tv instructions would be helpful. Great spot, we will be back! Thanks

Amazing view The apartment was very cozy and private . we had everything we needed .The views from both balconies were amazing and it was quiet&hellip;you mainly heard the sound of the waves . The master bath was not draining properly and we needed quarters to use the community&rsquo;s washer and dryer .These were the only downsides of the rental .

Nice view, nice place! I was impressed with the view , and enjoyed sitting on the balcony with the higher chairs, It met our criteria, I wanted to hear and see the waves. I was happy! Condo is nicely decorated and the kitchen was updated and modern. It&#39;s just a short walk down the steps, past the pool and you are at the beach.

Excellent room and view The room was exactly what we were hoping for. It was clean, up to date, and had a great view.

Fabulous Unit for a GREAT vacation! This unit has everything a family of four needs to have an amazing vacation. The oceanfront views and balconies are awesome for relaxing in the morning and evening while hearing the waves crashing on the beach. It is super close to the pool -- you can view it from the balcony and check out how full it is before you decide to go or not. The walk to the ocean is quick and easy. The unit itself was super clean and has plenty of glasses, dishes, and cooking items to use. We all had plenty of room in the living area with a huge sofa, chair, and a table for four. We loved this place and thank the owners for giving us a great unit for a fantastic week at the beach!

Lovely Oceanfront Condominium This is a perfect oceanfront condominium unit for a small family. It features a two bedrooms, a full kitchen, two decks, and ocean views from the family room and master bedroom. The atmosphere is peaceful, and you will be just steps away from the beach and community pool.

Excellent Loved the condo.. very clean and the view was awesome !! Family friendly
