Perfect Spot for Small Families!! My husband, 4 year old son, and I stayed at the Gathering Place for our week in OBX. The condo was perfect for our needs- we were able to see the ocean from our balcony, we could relax as a family in the main room, and we cooked most of our meals in the well-appointed kitchen. It is very clear this condo is well cared for- the appliances were up-to-date and functioned well, and both bathrooms were nicely updated. The kitchen had the best selection and quality of cooking utensils we've seen in our 6+ years of renting various homes in OBX. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and hop in the pool after. It was centrally located to the shops in Duck- we rode bikes to pick up donuts almost every morning. The building had a communal washer and dryer, which could be paid for using coins or using a QR code to pay by card. You will not regret renting The Gathering Place!!!!

My husband and I had a great time in Duck North Carolina. This condo was in a great location, and it was in close proximity to shopping and restaurants. It also had a great view of the ocean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Adorable condo on the beach!! We had the best time!! Our condo was adorable and clean!!

Excellent Loved this condo. Nicely decorated and comfortable. It would have been nice to have a couple of cleaning supplies, especially for the cook top. Also, a dustpan would have been helpful.

Immaculate, cozy condo This condo was immaculate! The condo is in a great location and had everything we needed.

Very Good The location of this place can't be beat! Waking up to ocean views on the balcony were amazing. The unit was clean, and I loved the updated kitchen and living space. The bed and bath spaces could use a little sprucing up/updating to set this place apart from others. Overall - we'd stay here again.

Clean and comfortable The decor was very pleasant and all accommodations were clean and comfortable. Just wish there was an elevator!
