Comfortable Condo with an Ocean View My spouse and I wanted to get away to the Outer Banks for our anniversary. Chapman was just what we needed. It’s perfect for couples or small families. Comfortable bed, functional kitchen, and a wonderful view of the ocean from the covered deck. The condo complex (Colony by the Sea) has a large oceanfront outdoor pool. It’s walkable to Duck and convenient to anywhere from Corolla to Nags Head. We would definitely rent it again.
Very Good We enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to coming back soon. Only criticism was the fridge made noise. However a very pleasant stay! Loved the view everyday. Can't wait to come back The realty staff was extremely helpful and a pleasure to speak with.
Just What I Needed The Chapman unit is clean and basic. The unit could use some updating. It needs a screen door on the sliders so you can open the door and hear the ocean waves without letting the bugs in. However, it was very clean, everything worked, and we had what we needed. Perfect location. I would rent it again.
