We really enjoyed the location and it’s close proximity to the Vanderbilt campus. Having two full bathrooms meant I got my own with a shower while my wife enjoyed her own with a bathtub! She also enjoyed the ample space in the fitness center. Melissa was a very attentive and helpful host.
Great stay and really nice area. The Mexican restaurant downstairs is very convenient and the park close by was very nice.
Melissa was a fantastic host! She checked in regularly, responded to questions quickly, and provided a lot of helpful information. The condo was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The location was unbeatable - close to the airport and downtown Nashville, along with being in an area that had a park, multiple restaurants, etc. The parking garage was another bonus. We look forward to returning to Nashville for another visit and would definitely choose Melissa's place again!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this unit! It was so clean, spacious and in a great location! My teenage boys really enjoyed having their space to lounge and play their video games. I really enjoyed the Tito’s restaurant being on the 1st floor! That was so convenient and the food was exceptional. Melissa did a wonderful job checking in with us to make sure we were pleased. She was always available if I had any questions! We will definitely book this unit again when we come back to Nashville!
A+ trip to Nashville! Quiet setting away from downtown. Easy rideshare to Broadway. Love the amenities ( washer/ dryer, etc)! Had groceries delivered easily and felt so comfortable! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Second bathroom is not connected (or close) to second bedroom. It’s beside the master (across the kitchen) which was inconvenient for the guest staying in that room. Also, we had issues with the living room tv not working. Melissa kept saying she was “escalating” the issue but we ultimately had to troubleshoot ourselves by flicking random switches and we got it to work. Also, there were only 3 washcloths. We use them with every shower. She was not able to provide us new ones and told us to “wash” the 3 washcloths we had amongst two people. Other than that, the stay was great. I think if the power issue wasn’t there and we had more washcloths (or there was a resolution beside us doing more work on our vacation), we would’ve given 5 stars for our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. Accommodations were perfect had to take Lyft or Uber to downtown, however it was a lot cheaper than I thought it would end up being. Would definitely stay here again in the future.
Our stay at this Airbnb was excellent. The place was very clean, organized, and exactly as described in the listing. Communication with the host was fast and very friendly at all times. Very nice place, in a convenient quiet location. Parking was easy and plentiful. Great location relative to the elevator. Large selection of restaurants and fast food near by. Perfectly fit all of our needs. Melissa provided clear concise instructions every step along the way. Really could not have asked for anything more. Should we find ourselves in need of a place to stay in the area again, this without a doubt will be our first choice.

My sisters and I stayed here for a sisters trip and it was fantastic. The unit was absolutely gorgeous and was impeccably clean. The location was perfect and a short uber drive to downtown Broadway. The beds were super comfortable! Melissa was so responsive to our questions and her responses were so timely! We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Nashville!

This is a great West End location close to the Parthenon, Vanderbilt, and restaurants. There is ample space, a nice kitchen, and roomy bathrooms. Questions are answered quickly by helpful people. I stayed by myself and felt perfectly safe.

Perfect condo in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood and close to Centennial Park. Great restaurant on the first floor. Pool and gym were perfect. We drove or took an uber when going to midtown or downtown.

Great apartment and complex in walking distance to centennial park. Super comfortable big beds, huge brand new tvs balcony and new kitchen. Great Mexican restaurant in the lobby of the building. Everything you could ask for in an Airbnb. On top of that , the customer support I received from this team was amazing. Quick to respond and always ready to help. One of the best units I’ve stayed in the Nashville area. Highly recommend

This was a wonderful place to stay! The host was friendly, helpful and quickly responsive to my questions. The unit has a very good layout and the kitchen has everything we could have asked for. Fun decor, the beds and pillows are super comfortable, and the location right off of West End is convenient.
