Melissa was very responsive prior to arrival, and her place was all as advertised. The location is easily walkable to restaurants and nightlife in The Gulch and downtown Nashville. Great unit and fantastic view from the porch. No problems at all and would stay here again!

Positive: I have wanted to go to Nashville FOREVER. Apartment was so spacious and clean. The pool was great. Building was very secure. Negative: Nothing. It was perfect for what we needed
Plenty of emails before we there there but when it was time for the critical email with the link with access at check in, we didn’t receive. Not in Spam and took a lot of effort to get checked in. The Door app is OK but you have to use it for every door. The location is challenging because of the homeless shelter and all of the activity there. It’s risky to walk to the Gulch so be prepared to UBER everywhere. The unit is fine but the noise is pretty bad. Thankfully the host provided a jar with a lot of ear plugs.
We were so pleased with our stay here for my son's 21st birthday weekend! The location was very convenient for walking to Broadway and other attractions and had a great view and amenities (coffee, comfortable beds and pillows, laundry, parking, etc.). We would absolutely stay here again when visiting Nashville!

Melissa was very available to all of my needs, place was great, would definitely visit again. Had a great time. The lock situation was a little hard to figure out at first but the young lady at the desk I believe her name was Lauren was awesome with that. She was very friendly and approachable.
Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gemütlich und genau wie beschrieben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeberin war unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

We stayed at the Modern Muse: Stylish City Retreat w/ Balcony&Pool. The place was better than the pics. Easy check in and out. Host had all the amenities. It was super clean and smelled fresh. Walking distance to downtown. 5 star all the way.
My wife and I previously stayed at Melissa’s place.. We absolutely enjoyed ourselves.. We enjoyed ourselves so much, we stayed two extra nights.. When I look for a place to stay, I take two things very seriously.. My safety and cleanliness.. And Melissa place gave me both.. I felt very secure and safe and the place was absolutely spotless.. I give this place a 10 out of 10… We had zero problems during our stay… And if we ever decide toto return to Nashville, we will be staying here again..

Very nice place and owner was very responsive. I would just keep in mind the walls are thin and lots of homeless people in the area.
Great location, lots to walk to or a quick uber ride. Place was well furnished with glasses, plates, cooking items, etc.
