My daughters and I attended our first concert at History and wanted to stay nearby. This place was perfect— great communication with the host, included off-street parking, nearby good food and public transportation. The host acknowledged that the public transit may be noisy and provided ear plugs for all of us, but the noise was minimal. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at this apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location—close enough to enjoy Toronto without being right in the busy downtown core. It was a perfect fit for our needs, especially with an infant. Bonus points for having parking! Ryan was very responsive to my questions, checked in and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was a great choice and we’d stay again!

Ryan, the host was perfect. He guided us from very beginning. Some unexpected problem happeneded to the heating system and they did their best to resolve and compensate. Although it says parking is not guaranteed, we could always use the free parking of the neighbour's property. My son left his t-shirt there and stayed the other day to deliver it to me in person. The staircase has around 20 steps, so make sure that you are OK with that. Otherwise everything was excellent.

Love this hidden away gem! It was close to fine dining and coffee shops which is always a must for us when we visit TO. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always replying back very quickly.

Positive: Excellent location for the venue we were attending. Nice , clean apartment with beautiful beds and lots of space with living room and full kitchen. Gorgeous bathroom and shower. Everyone in our group is pinning it to favourites for this area of Toronto. Great value too. !

Great stay at the Casa hotel. My friends and I visited Toronto for the weekend, and finding this hidden gem location was one of the highlights of the trip. Spotless suite with all necessary amenities and a great living room space and balcony for having guests. Ryan has been a great host, responsive and flexible. I have Casa Hotel bookmarked for the next time when I am in Toronto. Thanks for a great stay.

Great place, with great communication and service. Everything was as expected or better. They went above and beyond after hearing it was one of our birthdays. There's really nothing I can imagine they could improve on after staying there. Kitchen and amenities had everything we could ask for on the cooking end of things

I had a great stay at this Casa Hotel! The neighborhood Leslieville is a great location near all kinds of shops and restaurants. It was very convenient for me because I was traveling for work and it was very close to where I had to be. For the price, it was really great- I loved winding down in the cozy living room after work with the fireplace and TV. The apartment had all the basic needs- coffee maker and coffee pods, cooking utensils, shampoo conditioner etc, comfy bed linens and robes available. I will say the mattress was quite hard but otherwise a very comfortable bedroom. Thank you to the host for communicating well and adjusting when I arrived 30 minutes early. Would definitely stay here again if I need to be in this area of Toronto!

A fantastic and surprisingly spacious property. The area is great with lots of nice restaurants. The beaches are worth a walk.

This place was in the absolute best location for everything in Toronto. The bus line was quite literally right outside the door. The hosts thought of everything. There are plenty of hooks for anything you might need to hang, which sounds small but makes a huge difference. Would absolutely stay here again.

The place was perfect for our stay in Toronto. We attended a show at History which was an easy walk to the venue. Such a nice venue! The apartment is very nicely decorated and clean. Our host Ryan made everything seamless and always replied quickly to our questions. There are many great restaurants and local shops within walking distance. We enjoyed walking around Leslieville, and exploring the other nearby neighborhood called The Beaches. There is a really nice 3.5 km boardwalk stretching along Lake Ontario that you can access from Woodbine Avenue in The Beaches neighborhood. There is public transit nearby but we frequently grabbed a Lyft to get around the city since there was 3 of us. We had a great time exploring all over Toronto!

Stayed here on a last minute trip to the city. Ryan and hosts were nothing short of amazing and responsive to all inquiries and follow up. Not only did we have amazing support but they were also flexible with our check in and out. 10/10 would recommend and come back

The fire place was nice even though it was electric. The bed was comfortable.The floor in the hallway felt like I was going to fall through.There are dressers in the bedrooms, but are unusable. All the storage spaces are filled with linens and whatnot.The staircase is very narrow.It snowed while I was there, like 15cm or so, there was no snow removal. The parking lot is also shared be quite a few properties.

Had a fantastic stay while in Toronto for live music. Lake Ontario is a must see. The trails around the beach are lovely. Walkable neighborhood. Apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Perfect for our needs.

We absolutely loved our stay! The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, making arrival completely stress-free. The property was very clean, comfortable, and had such a warm, welcoming feel from the moment we walked in. The team was fast, reliable, and was extremely quick to answer, and check-on us! The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower pressure was excellent, and having a safe, dedicated parking spot was a huge bonus. The location was perfect — within walking distance to the History venue — and we felt very safe in the area throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed every part of our visit and will definitely be staying here anytime we’re back in the city. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Casa Hotels. We went for a concert and our venue was HISTORY. Perfect location and a easy walk to the venue. Some great restaurants and pubs also near by. The apartment is adorable, very nicely decorated! It was also very clean. Our host Ryan was very friendly and communicative the whole time. They also had their page that is easy to navigate the apps with everything from check in instructions, to house rules, local recommendations etc. When I go back to Toronto we will be staying with Casa Hotels again!! :)

Cozy and comfy spot walking distance to lots of great restaurants and shops. Very comfy beds. The host was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. We would stay here again!

This place was absolutely wonderful. Immaculately clean! We felt so welcome from the moment we arrived. The kitchen was fully equipped and made cooking easy and enjoyable, which we really appreciated. The space itself was warm and cozy, with a nice fireplace that added such a comforting touch. Communication with the host was absolutely effortless and incredibly fast, which made us feel secure, comfortable and completely at ease throughout our stay. An 11 out of 10 experience if that were an option. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We stayed in Unit 1 for a long weekend. It was everything we needed and more. The location is fantastic and the apartment is very stylish and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

Appartement très bien agencé, propre et pratique. Accès au centre de Toronto en bus facile. Légèrement bruyant dû aux Tramways mais très supportable. Je recommande vivement que ce soit pour séjour d’une nuit comme pour plusieurs jours !

The host is very warm and responsive. The room is clean, odorless, and fully equipped with everything I need.

The team at Casa were very quick to respond to questions and help. They had mentioned neighborhood noise but we expected it since we were on an active street and the were kind enough to supply ear plugs if needed. We didn’t need them but a nice thought.

Casa hotel was a wonderful place to stay! It was easy to get to, and within walking distance to our venue & lots of cute cafes! The parking spot was a bonus & Ryan the co-host was very responsive, accommodating & friendly! The place was pristine & comfy! We will definitely be back next time we are in the area!!!

Finding this listing was a blessing as I needed a place to stay very last minute. Communication was outstanding and place was neat and nicely decorated.

It's been a long while since I stayed at a Airbb type property, got tired of paying for cleaning fees and then asked to clean the place before we leave.The host had been great with Q&A before our arrival.When we opened the front door the communal hallway and I asked myself " have I booked another sh*thole again?once we went inside the flat, the answer was an emphatic no, the flat was well decorated, clean, pleasant and smelt lovely, I can only presume the grease and dirt was from the BBQ shop and KFC on either side.The flat was well equipped and the beds were comfortable.The host Ryan, was friendly and always on the other end of the line if you ever needed any assistance.The flat is situated on a busy road so if you are from a quiet environment, you may take time getting use to the noise.

We had a wonderful stay in Leslieville! The apartment is spacious and spotless with lots of lovely touches including cosy bathrobes, toiletries, and earplugs. Great location with a number of lovely cafes within walking distance and super easy access to downtown via the streetcar that stops just steps away. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. Overall highly recommended--we would love to return!

The cohost was amazing and consistently checking to make sure everything went smoothly. Check-in and Check-out were super simple. The place was stocked and furnished well. Would definitely recommend.

Had a great time in this property. Overall a really positive experience and everything was as described and well maintained. They were able to flex a little on out check in and check out times, which was really helpful. Leslieville is a good location, with lots of local shops, cafes and bars. Trams on the doorstep take you into downtown Toronto. It’s also worth checking out The Beaches which is a little further out of town for more eating and drinking options, park, beach and boardwalk.

This place was perfect for a brief stay. The instructions for entry were helpful, the place was clean, and there was a tv in both bedrooms AND the living room. Cute, private, outdoor patio.

I would 100% recommend Casa Hotels' Greenwood location. The amenities were modern, updated and worked perfectly. The decor was beautiful and had everything we needed. There was easy access to all the nearby hot spots - parks, restaurant, etc. Most notably, the hosts had fantastic communication, responded to our inquiries within minutes and were proactive with all of the check-in and checkout details. Would 100% stay here again!

Would stay again Positive: Great place to stay! Location was easy to get to and very close to History so we could walk to and from the concert we were attending. Suite was clean and spacious and beds very comfortable. Price seemed a little much but I think comparable to most Toronto spots and certainly no complaints about the suite itself or the staff.

We were very happy with this stay. I think I will go back!
