Nor'easter Stay Picked a week when Mother Nature decided not to cooperate fully. Found condo to be clean and comfortable. A little investment in upgrading the couch and table and chairs might be a good idea. Water in both bathrooms were plumbed backwards with “hot on right and Cold on left” was confusing at 1st but we were able to overcome small detail. Location was great and convenient to dining and shopping.

Perfect for a small group This property was an excellent stay for a small group. We usually rent a private house every year but this year we only had a party of 5(3 adults and 2 children). It was a private ocean view condo with a private beach access pretty much right out the front door. We paid extra for early check in and it was ready by 12:30 on the day of arrival. The place was immaculate and suited all of our needs. Definitely will look into this property again when do have a small group. 5 star rating!

Colony by the Sea Love Duck and Colony By The Sea. Location is GREAT, beach is right there. Condo was very spacious.

Week in Duck We had the absolute best time on our vacation! This condo is prime real estate ! Excellent restaurants shopping and activities so close ! And the pool and beach being side by side was such a fun time for the kids! The condo is nice updated and clean ! While they provide linens and towels I would recommend bringing extra shower towels if you are staying for a full week and blankets/ pillowcases for the master . A blanket is provided but it’s definitely a summer blanket! There are plenty of extra pillows but you will need to bring pillow cases for them. It was clean and bright and had books and games ! We will def be back !

Beautiful seaside respite! Light, airy and updated space. Well appointed except for things like salt & pepper and, surprisingly, no blender or blowdryer!

Love OBX Seabbatical was just as described. Great location. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. And the weather was perfect.
