We loved our vacation and hope to be back!

While the weather didn't cooperate, the place was in a great location with easy access to the beach and a nice pool to enjoy as well.It was a little tight for our family of two parents and a tall teen, but we made it work.The balcony with its view of the ocean was great, and the location in Duck was right in the middle of things on the north end of the Outer Banks.

Great Value! This is a wonderful condo for a small family on a budget. It’s a short walk to the beach and pool and just a quick bike ride to all of the shops in Duck. I was really impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was with everything I could possibly need to cook dinner for my family! We also enjoyed the ocean view from the balcony. Colony by the Sea condos are definitely on the older end of what we typically rent but the complex has been well-maintained and everything was in working order while we were there. We will definitely book again in the future!

Nice Condo on the Beach This condo community is a nice place for families to stay. Upon our arrival, the condo was extremely clean, kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies, and it had a very nice view. Check in/out was very simple with the Happy Stays app. The condo is very close to the beach, so that was a major draw for us. The only thing I would recommend is making it clear in your description that there is no elevator access. Even though the condo is on the 2nd floor, there are 4 flights of 8 steps to go up. I don't have the best knees, so carrying up luggage and groceries was a challenge, but we made it work. Overall the condo was gorgeous and would recommend this place for young families!

Lois Atlantic Resort The condo was lovely and well appointed. The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of pots, pans,utensils & Dishes. I was quite surprised to find spces in the cabinet. That was so thoughtful. The view from the deck was spectacular. Myonly concern was there was no was no hand soap for the bathroom. I don't mind purchasing soap for my stay.i just felt there should be something for you to use upon arrival. The condo was clean, light and airy. The bed & furniture were very comtable.Thank you again we had a lovely time. Laraine & Carl.

Great stay, great location Really great location right on the beach, perfect for our family. The only thing negative I would say is the sofa bed is very uncomfortable but everything else was great and I would stay here again.

Condo was perfect for us! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at your lovely condo. This was our first trip to the Outer Banks and we found our home away from home to be well equipped for convenient and comfortable living. We had no problem relaxing and enjoying our stay for the week. It was so nice to find the cleanliness of the condo was sufficiently tended to prior to our arrival and we sincerely appreciated that bedding and towels were all provided with the rental. We also appreciated the comfort of the bed and having two bathrooms to use. Even though the condo is not ocean front the view of the ocean from the balcony is really quite beautiful! We were so thankful to have had a beautiful week weather wise for early October which allowed for us to enjoy some wonderful walks on the beach, finding a few nice seashells along the way, and seeing some beautiful sunrises and sunsets!

Comfy and cozy condo As the title says it was very comfy and cozy. Having two bathrooms was a great feature. It’s only a couple minutes walk to the beach. The deck was our favorite place to sit, relax and eat our meals. Living room is well decorated and well lit for reading. All in all perfect for a couple. The kitchen is well equipped but a little crowded for more than one cook. Although my wife and I like lots of elbow room while preparing our food. We highly recommend staying there!!

Great unit. We have stayed at Colony by the Sea probably 10 times over the last 20+ years. The units are really hit or miss. This was probably the best one we have ever had. Clean, well equipped, well maintained and the AC worked amazing. Yes, this is one of the further units from the beach, but worth the extra steps. Would absolutely stay in this one again.

Excellent Perfect place for our family of 3. We loved it! Comfy beds and enough space with quick access to the pool and beach. Will definitely be back!

Restful Retreat 2955-Dean met our expectations for a condo. Found everything in working order and it provided the right space for my family to refresh after play at the beach. Check in and check out so easy! Everyone should do a keyless entry and automated phone check out.

Excellent The Dean was amazing. I'll be honest this was my 1st time not using a hotel on vacation and was skeptical as I didn't know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised as soon as opened the door. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. I am so happy that I booked for next year the same day I checked out. The condo is within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. Perfect vacation.
