Perfect Place for a Small Family Beach Vacation Great place for a small family, short walk to the beach, nice walk to shops in Duck and relatively close to Corolla and Kill Devils Hill. Great communication from rental company with property information and what is provided and what is needed. ( not clear with previous rental )
Good but needs updates to plumbing. Toilet in master bedroom runs alot. Sofa bed is awful. Handle to balcony broke. Queen and bunk beds mattresses very comfortable. Nicely decorated. Furniture very comfortable. Balcony and furniture are very nice.<br /> Very musty smell upon entering each time but didn’t bother our stay. If able the kitchen needs updated badly.
Love the view from the deck . Easy walk to the beach
Very Good Our stay was wonderful! the property was fabulous, amazing views, great beach access, friendly neighbors, wonderful pool, and great location. This location is the perfect distance from town to have privacy and not be surrounded by the partiers on vacation in town yet close enough to restaurants and activities to not make the location inconvenient. The ONLY complaint we had was that the microwave didn't work fully without unplugging it and plugging it back in every 45-60 seconds, but because we were planning to eat out most of the time (and it gave us more excuse to explore and try new restaurants), it didn't have a negative effect on our overall vacation. (I also didn't take the time to call about the problem, but upon turning in the keys, I let the office know and I'm sure the problem has been fixed by now). Next year we will definitely be staying longer (because one week just isn't enough and we had such a great time), but overall, if you love the beach, this is a great place to stay!
