Hard to beat Everything was amazing, top quality cooking utensils, appliances, elevator was clutch for our older guests, pool and outdoor area were perfect, cinema room was a big hit at night, easy walk to beach and shops/restaurants of Duck. Everything was new and built with very high end quality. Truly a fabulous house.

Winner! This rental is top notch. All of the amenities you could imagine, including a fully stocked kitchen. I appreciated the labeling on the kitchen cabinets, the fact that almost every bedroom had its own bathroom, the proximity to “town” so that we could walk back and forth, plenty of outdoor seating both on the porches and around the pool, lots of games, I could go on and on. Would definitely rent here again.

Beautiful House We stayed at Seas The Day over Spring Break 2026 - the nicest house we have ever stayed in over 20 years of coming to the Outer Banks! The house is beautiful, a huge, perfectly appointed kitchen with high end appliances and every possible thing you could need for your vacation. Coffee bar and beverage station near sleeping rooms, wine fridges upstairs, a mini fridge near the bedrooms, and a full fridge near the pool. The furniture is gorgeous and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Just a short private walk from the beach and it was also nice to walk to the Waterfront Shops and restaurants in the quaint town of Duck too! The pool and hot tub area is as nice as the inside with plenty of seating for everyone. There is a terrific game room with arcade games, the bowling game got the best of us! Everything a family would need for fun in the sun. Would highly recommend a stay at this property - we will return for sure.

Exceeded Expectations We stayed at Seas the Day over Easter week and it exceeded expectations across the board. The house sits in a sweet spot, walkable to the beach and with sound views right from the property. You get the best of both sides of the Outer Banks without any compromise. Getting there is easy. ORF airport is about an hour out and the drive down is straightforward. The pool, hot tub, theater room, and game room each find a way to claim your time. You never have to think about what to do next. The house itself is immaculate, clean and well-maintained with an aesthetic that feels elevated without being precious. Six bedrooms and multiple common areas meant we never felt crowded. Duck is the right call over the more crowded Outer Banks towns. Quieter, walkable, and charming without being sleepy. Seas the Day is the right base for it. Would come back without hesitation.

By far one of the best properties we have ever experienced Beautiful, newly outfitted home with all the spaces you could hope for and every inch thoughtfully designed. The owners thought of everything - and there is honestly not a single item they left out in any space. The floors are quiet and the rooms are well insulated. Absolutely the best!
