Super convenient beach access and great pool

Wonderful House - Pool & Hot Tub Not Maintained Properly You're on the beach! While the house is a bit older, it has everything necessary for a lovely beachfront vacation with the whole family. We really enjoyed our stay, but the pool and hot tub did not appear to be serviced on our check in day as was stated in the emails. Wednesday morning the pool was not in a condition to be swam in and when they came to service it, it took all afternoon to clean it to a usable state. Then when they checked on the hot tub, they drained it and refilled it. I doubt that would have been necessary if it was properly serviced on Sunday. So, we loved the house, but the pool servicing was a disappointment and cost us a full day of pool and hot tub enjoyment.

Soooo Close To The Beach This house provided exactly what we were looking for, and that is a very short walk to the beach for a reasonable price. Other notable positives: the hot tub was huge and looked brand new, the cookware and small kitchen appliances were also in like new condition, house was clean and beds/furniture were comfortable. Less than positive notes: house layout is a little odd- one must enter thru a bedroom after using the hot tub, the foosball table is alot of fun, but its VERY loud to those in the living room (maybe a door to the gameroom would help), and the over/range is a bit dated and had trouble maintaining temperature. but these conditions were minor and would not prevent us from staying here again.

Lighthouse The home itself is in a wonderful location.However it could use fresh paint and updated carpets... but we had a wonderful time. The pool and hot tub were so much fun! Saw dolphins everyday. Loved the privacy and not having to share the pool.Its perfect other then dirty walls that need a fresh coat of paint!

Great House We really enjoyed everything about this house. It had a great ocean view, big pool, and the layout/decorating was perfect for the beach. You could tell the owners took time to think about all the little details of the property to make it great. We hope to return soon.

Lighthouse, oceanfront Duck, Outer Banks Our first visit to Lighthouse was in 2014,we make it back as often as we can. Beautiful house, oceanfront, great views, private pool and Jacuzzi, has all the Amenities you need. Construction and layout of the house was well thought out. We love it.

A very clean and comfortable property This was the first house we have stayed at in the OBX that was clean on both the inside and the outside was clean. It was nice to be outside and not be bothered by cobwebs

Excellent Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Lighthouse. It was everything we expected and more. We were just steps away from the beach and a short bike ride to shops and stores. The house was spacious and the beds were comfortable. We would love to rent this home again. Our week ended on 8/21/22.

Very Good All things considered(Covid) House was very clean and we were very happy with it. this is the 6th year we've rented it, and always enjoy it.
