Back home again! Cobb Station is our home away from home in the Outer Banks. We’ve probably stayed here 15 times over the last 35 years. It’s always homey . Debra does a super job improving things and we are always comfortable here. Love the views and the easy walk to the beach.

Great Views, lots of Tupperware! This house had amazing views of both the ocean and the sound. It was within minutes of walking to the beach with excellent beach access and a lovely quiet neighborhood close to amenities in Duck. The house was very clean and accurately depicted in pictures. The beds were comfortable, but not amazing. There was plenty of hot water. The house itself had a bit of a strong musty odor so our kids did not want to sleep on the downstairs level where the bunk beds are located. It’s a bit cluttered with random decor and furniture. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and an entire cupboard of washed out leftover containers (we made use of them in the sand!) There are no beach accessories, no chairs or anything of that nature. The deck has great views and lots of chairs but it probably needs replaced soon. Overall, it’s an older house and that’s what you should expect. It suited our needs just fine and we had a great trip.

Duck Delight Our family had a nice stay. The layout worked well, especially the kitchen and living area. Kitchen was well outfitted with plenty of glasses, utensils and cooking pots and pans. Tore my meniscus prior to coming so the stairs were a problem for me but that would have been an issue anywhere I stayed. All in all, although an older home, it was done nicely and we would definitely stay again. Only downside was the smell when we first arrived, a very strong odor, which I think was maybe rug cleaner. Stayed with us for a couple of days and then diminished. The queen bedroom's mattress needs to be replaced. My husband and I kept rolling to the center of the bed. View was nice, we could see both the ocean and the sound from the upper level.
Our favorite Outer Banks beach rental — Cobb Station! We love coming back every year to our favorite beach rental — Cobb Station. The location just can’t be beat! And Resort Realty always takes great care of the details. They communicate well and are so responsive to any questions we have. We will continue to come back year after year!
Beautiful Views Very cozy home. Beds were very comfortable. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water for multiple showers. The views were the best we have had in OBX. The walk to the sounds and ocean were so close.
Awesome view The house is an older one - but well maintained and well equipped. What makes this house very special are the incredible views of both the sound and the ocean. I have been vacationing in this area for 30+ years in all sorts of houses - from condos to mini-mansions - the view from this house is one of the best.
Excellent place Beautiful home sits perfect for sunrise and sunset viewing. Not too far from the ocean or access to shops. The homeowners have an interesting story about the place too. Had a good time.
