Very Good
Have stayed here several times. Love the oceanfront views, hot tub,and private beach access. Note that it's difficult for anyone with knee issues to access the beach as the outdoor stairs only go so far then it meets built-up deep/steep sand at the end, but public access one house over is doable. Kitchen is well stocked (appliances, dishes, bake ware). Some beds have updated mattresses as well as updated cushions in living room. Gas grill was a great addition from previous stays. Also appreciated the welcome bag from Resort Realty this year!
A Carolina Dream
We really enjoyed our family vacation at Carolina Dreamin'. The ocean view is amazing morning, noon, and night. We loved being just steps from the beach. The large open concept kitchen/great room kept us engaged together throughout our stay. The kitchen had everything to cook for a large group. The bathrooms were all new and clean, and made great use of the limited footprint. The 2nd fridge came in handy. We loved Carolina Dreamin' !
A Dream
We had a wonderful family vacation. The view is awesome morning noon and night. We loved being steps from the beach. The open concept kitchen/great room is great, making it fun to make meals together. The kitchen is well appointed to cook for a group. The bathrooms look new and make great use of a small footprint. The downstairs serving fridge was very useful. Keyless entry made checkin and checkout seamless. Thanks for the memories.

It was everything we needed for our trip to the Outer Banks. We’re wanting to plan a trip back with friends!
Fantastic Old School Beach House
My friends and I loved this house! A group of 5 of us stayed here for a long weekend in November and walked on the beach, soaked in the hot tub, toured the Wild Horse Preserve and ate out too.The realty company was friendly and responsive.
Quiet place to stay in Duck!
Great place to stay, all picture are accurate on this location. Wonderful views, easy driving distance to Duck. Great for a family vacation or just a couple looking for a nice place on the beach. Will definitely book this location again!
Week on OBX
The property is located directly on the sand in a location and area that cannot be beat. Overall, the house is great with a large kitchen and open concept, dining and living room. The bathrooms on the main level are very small and it is an awkward layout because each of them have two doors so you are always hitting your elbow on a door knob There is new flooring throughout the main level
