Best Vacation Ever! The house was very comfortable and spacious for the whole family. The beds are very comfortable. We loved that we all had our own bathrooms. This vacation was a 10 out of 10! The beach was right in our backyard and the large size pool really made our vacation.

Great stay, great view House was in a great location . Great pool, easy beach access. Some of the pots and pans need updating. The grill was hit or miss. Bunk beds were uncomfortable. Otherwise we are excited to come back!

Seascape living Home was very nicely laid out with rooms and bathrooms for everyone. Kitchen nicely equipped. Pool was huge. Kiddie pool was a blessing. Easy access to beach. Beautiful views. Definitely would recommend

Very Nice New mattress’s all around would be great for guests. Well stocked kitchen and the pool area provided much needed relief from the heat.

OBX 2022 Seascape did not disappoint! This is our 3rd trip to this house and our first with Resort Realty managing the property. 14 of us stayed - 7 bedrooms and the best part is they all have their own bathroom - game changer for us as we are 3 combined families. The place was immaculate. So well cleaned and ready before the 4 o'clock check in. Since we were all driving from Buffalo, NY (13 hours) we were glad to get in as soon as we could. The app makes check in and out incredibly easy. We cooked family meals for 14 people every night and the kitchen had everything we needed. 2 dishwashers makes a huge difference and having a pool was so fun with 20 somethings and teenagers. The views from every porch facing the ocean were incredible. Those of us that are early risers enjoyed coffee every morning on the porch just off the kitchen where we watched the beach come alive and the ocean rhythmically roll in. In past years - this porch was unusable because of spiders and bugs - this year it was perfect. We had a couple maintenance issues which were addressed immediately and without disrupting our days. Not sure exactly when since our kids are getting older now...but we will be back..and I cannot wait! Beth P.

Seascape in Duck Our extended family of 14 gathered for our usual reunion and agree that the oversized swimming pool with the waterfall was the best ever!! All the décor was thoughtfully and tastefully chosen; the kitchen equipment was abundant and complete; the panoramic view of the ocean seen from the living & dining space was majestic. The one issue was the beach access buried in sand. No steps or rails were available to assist our older guests to complete the steep descent or ascent. Perhaps next year?

Great Vacation Relaxing family vacation for these first timers. House in a great place on beach. Loved it!
