Spectacular views from the top deck of the ocean and the sound! Our stay in Duck was fabulous and very relaxing! Very close to the beach and great restaurants! Perfect Vacation We had a wonderful stay at this great house. Terrific accommodations, a beautiful house, close to the beach, couldn’t ask for better. The views of the sound from the top floor were breathtaking. We’ll def be back!

We had a great stay! The house is beautifully decorated and having 3 bathrooms was a bonus! It’s roomy and well-equipped. The decks are amazing and we were able to find shady spots to read and relax if sunbathing became too much. The house is a bit dated but the positives far outweigh any style issues. One big concern, however, was the carpeting, which could be problematic for those with allergies!

Great House House is great. Beds are comfortable. Awesome views of both the sound and the beach. Unfortunately we had to leave a day early as the AC stopped working in 90 degree temps with 85% humidity. It stopped working overnight on Thursday and we were scheduled to leave Saturday morning. Also, be prepared for a tough walk up a big hill on your way back from the beach. The house sits at the highest point of the hill on Wood Duck Rd hence the great views. Incredible sunsets.

Beautiful and easy stay! We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful home! It was comfortable and nicely decorated. The A/C was fantastic! Actually had 2 separate systems to adjust lower living from the top level. The layout was perfect and greatly appreciated the extra baby gates to help corral our small dogs when needed. We could see the ocean from the top and had a great view of the sound water. Watching the occasional storms roll in was amazing. Highly recommend staying here.

wonderful house This house has everything you need for a family gathering. Love the open upper floor for everyone to gather and enjoy. Kitchen is also very well equipped, lots of pots, pans, dishes and silverware. The view up on the hill is to die for as well, with views of both the ocean and sound with beautiful sunsets and sunrises. This is a repeat visit for my family because everyone enjoys the space and location of this house.

PERFECT VACAY!!! We had a great stay in this home in August 2024. The house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the location to the beach was ideal. There is a slight hill to and from the beach, but nothing major. The free beach gear was a nice touch and it allowed us to rent bikes and boogie boards. Local Pickleball courts are about a 15 minute drive to Pine Island where you can play for $10 in Corolla. Better courts are located at the Dare County Recreational Facility that’s about a 30 minute drive and you can play for free. The house had plenty of games to occupy free time. The only minor downside was the water pressure in the bathroom showers was low. We would definitely stay here again! Beautiful home and thank you for sharing it with us!

Stunning views and perfect location Nicely sized home only a short walk from beach entrance. The home is very spacious and the views from the main living floor are quite stunning. Lots of outdoor deck space to enjoy them as well. Great vibe.

Very nice house We came for the Thanksgiving holiday and the improvements made our stay wonderful. The upgraded kitchen appliances made cooking and serving meals perfect! Lots of dishes, glasses, silverware and pots/pans. There are wonderful views of the sound and ocean from this house and its location near the town of Duck is nice. Hopefully we can return next fall.

SunDancer is AMAZING Phenomenal house rental in Duck! 5 minute walk to the beach, and with the home situated at the top of the hill, you have views of the water in ALL DIRECTIONS! So comfortable - we had 7 staying (2 couples, one single adult, and 2 kids under 12) - everyone had privacy, but it was also just the right size for us all to gather upstairs and watch the sunset, play cards, cook, etc... It was our first time in the Outer Banks, and we felt like we hit the jackpot with this rental home.

Enjoyable stay in Carolina Dunes The house was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated having 3 full bathrooms on the second floor in addition to the half bath and outdoor shower. The views from the deck were beautiful and we very much enjoyed our week!

Great Fun! The house was perfectly situated between the beach and sound and on hill to provide beautiful views. We went the last week in August with our dog and kids and granddaughter and it was especially fun. The home was very clean and neat.

Great views and lots of room This house has great sound and ocean views. It is also the most well equipped kitchen, love, love the pantry! The open concept top floor has lots of room for everyone with a huge TV. Most of all we could bring our dogs. Highly recommend especially for off season rental.

Wonderful Visit! We had the best week staying in Duck at the Sundance.The house was very bright and clean. A clean house is at the top of my priority list and I had no complaints at all! The views from the decks were amazing.... loved being able to see the water while sitting in the Adirondack chairs and enjoying a drink and the breeze. We would love to return next year.

Relaxing and beautiful Relaxing and not complicated- so quiet and relaxing!!!

Fond memories at Subdancer We had a great time at Sundancer. The only problem we had was the AC was not cooling for a couple of days. The resort maintenance installed 2 window units and installed a new AC unit for the upper floor the next day. We had good weather all week, rained only on our way home. The house was well equipped. Thank you so much! Beautiful memories were created here...❤️❤️❤️
