Excellent Our stay at Waters Edge was amazing!

great location and view This house is clean, and located in a great very quiet neighborhood, perfect for walking the dog in the morning or local to shopping in Duck. Beach location oceanfront can't be beat with your own walkway over the dune, as well as beautiful deck to enjoy your view, especially in the evening with numerous Adirondack chairs provided for seating. The air works well and kitchen has enough cookware to make meals. There are however some wish list items for a house like this that I feel should be standard, King size beds in the main bedrooms, (queen now) are not the most comfortable, as well would request flat screen TVs of normal size in both main bedrooms, only one bedroom has a tv, and it fairly small. It is pet friendly and also has Sunday turnover with early or late check in check out, which are also positive notes when staying at Waters Edge.

Fantastic views from the house and close proximity to beach. Quiet neighborhood

great location I have stayed in many towns up and down the OBX, this is probably the nicest location in my opinion and one of the nicer homes, and I would definitely return. The home is clean, quiet and spacious for the 4 adults who were on this trip. The central air was more than adequate and kept the house nice and cool, the kitchen provisions were standard for a rental, even a blender for those mixed drinks, the appliances were newer and functioned well. The view is fantastic, and the neighborhood was great for walking the dog, far off the main road and shaded in some areas. As with any house you stay at, there are a few things that could use improvement. The outlets could use an upgrade, there are not many available and a few may not be working (the smaller bathroom downstairs, one in a bedroom) There are only 2 TV's, the living room has a nice size tv set and is a smart tv which was appreciated, and we used to sign in on our streaming sites. Only one bedroom had a very small tv that did not have cable or possibly was not a smart tv, but we used a firestick that we brought. The two 'adult" bedrooms had queen beds with ok mattresses, that would be nicer if upgraded to king size. There is a stacking washer dryer, they did function as they should, but the washer is a relatively small size, and the dryer is pretty noisy. Overall, this was a great house, and we do plan to return-
