Peaceful retreat yet close to everything! Feels like home with lots of amenities. House had everything you need with simple check in/check out process. Will definitely be back!

Overall a great stay and my friends and I had a great time in the cabin. The only reason for the 4 stays is upon our arrival, there was no hot water at all throughout the house. The hosts were quick to schedule a maintenance response for someone to come out the next day but after reading another review about there not being any hot water, this is something that should've definitely been fixed before our arrival or hosting another guest. The other reason for the 4 stars is the driveway entrance was completely torn up with a deep crater. Had we not had a truck and an AWD subaru, there's no way we would've been able to make it up the driveway. We struggled to get up the driveway especially when it was raining. Any normal sedan would not be able to make it to the house. Other than that and once the hot water was fixed, the stay was great. The house was fun and there were plenty of activities for us to do

We had a great bachelor party stay here. Great views of the mountains and lots of space to hang out and relax.

I’ve never had to write a bad review on an Airbnb, but our experience was quite bad. Even more frustrating was the way that the host dealt with the issues that we had. The biggest issue was that the hot water was not working. We communicated this to the host who had us check a few things such as the circuit breaker and valves. On the second day with no solution in sight and not wanting to spend our vacation troubleshooting someone’s plumbing we decided to leave. Also, there were numerous things that were unsafe for small children, such as a large rock at the end of a slide on a small playground on the property, an electrical outlet that did not have a face plate next to a bunkbed and a ceiling fan hung too low over a bunkbed, which hit my child in the head. There are rodents in the attic, the main floor shower leaks water on the floor, the staircase from the second to third floor is incredibly steep and the basement smells. Weeks later and we have had no refund or apology from the host

Great Airbnb for a group. Multiple private bedrooms, bunk beds, and couches made for ample sleeping arrangements. Check-in was a breeze with keypadded locks. 15 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from downtown Asheville, and close by to businesses in Arden made it a great location. Response times from host were fast. Great spot for the reasonable price!

Feels like you’re in seclusion in the mountains, but only minutes to great grocery stores, restaurants, and coffee shops, and just a short drive to downtown Asheville. The house was super clean, comfy, and well equipped with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!!

Lovely home, great set-up for dining, relaxing and kids playing outside. Lots of nice amenities indoors too, such as Sonos sound system throughout the house. The hosts were proactive in communication and we had a great time as two families over a long weekend at this peaceful home with great views!

The view is beautiful and the game room is fun for kids. The hosts were responsive when we had some minor inconveniences. The driveway is ultra steep and has some erosion towards the bottom, so make sure your tires/car can handle that. Our dog liked the dog bed!

We had such an amazing stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, cozy, and so well put together. You can really tell the hosts put a lot of thought into making sure guests feel comfortable and at home. The space itself was beautiful, peaceful, and exactly what we needed to relax and unwind. Every detail was just right, and it made our stay that much more enjoyable. The hosts were absolutely wonderful—so kind, responsive, and accommodating. We truly appreciated the extra hospitality and how easy they made everything for us. We would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, relaxing, and welcoming place to stay!

great place to spend a relaxing weekend with the kids. this place was extremely kids friendly. our kids are very sensory and there wasnt a bunch of things for them to grab and break. loved how the bunk room was straight across from the master.

Kyle and Nicole’s home had all the right touches. They were super attentive in messaging back quickly to help us with anything we needed. The game room was a blast.

The house was absolutely great! Very well equipped and with lots of entertainment. It was spacious, clean, and organized. They always communicated with us and even accommodated us with a date change a couple of days before our initial reservation due to the snow storm and extreme weather. I would love to be back and definitely recommend the place to anyone interested.

View was great. Hosts responded to msgs quickly. Grandkids loved the playground, arcade, games, and hot tub. Kitchen appliances were top of the line and worked well. However several items needed maintenance. Grill's flame was mostly in pipes near the gas control knobs making it almost impossible to grill. The kitchen level shower leaked water profusely onto floor. The kitchen level gas fireplace didn't work and the top level shower didn't drain well. We stayed for a week in mid January. The instructions stated not to set thermostat above 68 F - it was too cool for us. Price paid was >$240 more than airbnb advertised. While Kyle and Nicole were very responsive to messages, no follow-up occurred during our stay. Grandkids would have rated house as 5 stars - adults 2.5 stars - so I settled on 3 stars. If the above listed items were fixed and thermostat max temperature was 74, I would rate this offering as 5 stars.

Fantastic location with plenty of things to do if you decide to stay in.

My family had a great time spending our Christmas at this house. Everything was as description, and the hosts kept checking to see if everything was to our liking, thank you Kyle and Nicole.

My family and I spent a week at Kyle and Nicole’s property and we had an amazing time. It was so easy to communicate with the host about anything. The property was clean, fun, had a bunch of amenities, the kitchen had all necessities, and overall everything was just great. It is located in a great area close to so many things. Beautiful home

I really enjoyed my stay. The property was very nice, peaceful, and had a beautiful view. It was the perfect environment to relax and unwind. The host was very communicative and helpful throughout the entire stay, and also flexible when needed, which I truly appreciated. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend staying here!

We had an absolutely wonderful weekend in the mountains! The cabin was beautiful, cozy, and perfectly set up for a relaxing getaway with friends. The fall leaves had just changed, making the views stunning in every direction. We loved spending evenings around the fire pit and playing the many games provided inside. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked. It truly felt like a home away from home. We can’t wait to come back!

Great Views with fun amenities for the kids.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was perfect for having our dogs and kids play and have a great outdoor space. We hope to go back someday and really enjoyed it!

What a beautiful property—and a perfect set up for a family with kids (except for the fact that they barely wanted to leave the house to explore the area!). Well stocked, clean, quiet, comfortable…all the things we’d hoped for—and still fairly close to the fun of downtown Asheville. Owners were responsive and friendly. The only thing to note is that it is a very steep gravel driveway with a sharp right turn into it if you are coming from down the hill. We were in a 12 passenger transit van, and it was a little dicey—especially as there were some pretty big potholes left from previous storms. Once you’re up, there’s plenty of flat space to park and turn around, but prepare yourself for the ascent ;-). Could be improved by widening the bottom of the drive and paving, but I know that’s a hefty expense. Smaller cars likely not a problem.

I would not stay at this place again if it was the last place on earth. The communication with the management company took 6 days to get responses. The hot tub had a tarp like cover on it and filled with rain water and had some sort of parasites in it. The downstairs where the arcade games, pool table, ping pong and 2nd living room are flooded with sewage. We were not able to use showers or toilets for 2 days in the house. Unflushable toilets in a rental is illegal, by the way! We spent 2 days dealing with different plumbers and a restoration company coming and going. We were not offered a new place until later in the 2nd day. We had kids over and no way to use the bathroom for 2 days. Thank goodness for local fast food restaurants with bathrooms! We were told to throw away anything that had been in the downstairs including three pairs of new shoes. The house and outdoors smelled so bad like sewage, especially after they came to pump the septic tank that hadn't been pumped in many, many years according to one plumber! We finally had to move after the 2nd day of this and had to move all of our groceries and personal items across town that night where we were given a new place but had to be out by 10 the next morning. This was a nightmare of a trip and all that was done, was one night was reimbursed, minus the fees from Vrbo. Apparently this place has "bad juju" according to the manager. Do yourself a favor if you want to enjoy your vacation and stay somewhere else!

We had an amazing time! In town visiting family and this was the perfect place to be able to stay with a large group so we could enjoy each others company, have plenty of activities and entertainment, without having to constantly navigate restaurants and other activities out of the house that can be tough with a large group. The 1 year old through grandparents all loved this house!

Wonderful home for a getaway - exactly as advertised! Beautifully and comfortably designed on the interior, the games were a ton of fun.

Home nestled away atop a hill with a beautiful view! Lots of outdoor space, plenty of beds, and just a ~20 min drive to downtown Asheville.

The house was in a great location and was exactly as listed. Our kids loved all the games in the house and we loved how close it was to hiking, playgrounds, breweries and restaurants. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful with local recommendations.

Excellent Host for our Bachelor Weekend

Very beautiful home, just felt like the kids stuff didn’t really live up to the photos, most definitely recommend a gate around the place set. Also, lots of dog hair on the orange couch, felt like the cleaning fee was overpriced for “how clean the house was when we arrived” very dusty and the floors needed to be swept” Other than that, it was a great stay. Just felt like the over all experience for the price didn’t meet my expectations.

We had a great time here. The house was very clean and cozy. Plenty to do if you want to hang out. It was really peaceful with birds singing and the breeze in the trees. It felt very private.

Kyle and Nicole were very communicative from rental confirmation to our check out. The house was just as good as advertised.

Great House for Multiple Couples We stayed here with 2 other couples. There's plenty of room and we enjoyed the games. We had questions regarding the area following hurricane damage and the host was very timely and helpful in answering questions and allowing us to determine if we should come as scheduled or cancel. We would stay here again if we ever return to the area.

Their home is spectacular and made our Christmas in Arden so special and memorable that we couldn't be more happier with our stay!! I HIGHLY recommend ANYONE wanting an amazing home in the Asheville area to SERIOUSLY consider their home as you will NOT get a more accommodating and helpful host like Kyle & Nicole!! Really considering booking their home again for the spring as it's THAT AMAZING!!!!

House decor was beautiful and well stocked. Was able to get Uber’s easily. Just a warning, drive up to the house and driveway was very steep.

We and our family really enjoyed our stay. My grandchildren loved the place. Lots to do for them without leaving the house. Hot tub & fire pit were big hits for all. Small winding roads were a bit difficult for us but not for our family. Lots of praise for hosts. Very helpful & friendly.

We had an amazing family stay at this beautiful home in the NC mountains! The house was spacious and well-laid out, perfect for our group of grandparents, parents, and two kids. Everyone had room to relax, and the peaceful surroundings made it easy to unwind. The amenities were fantastic—we specifically loved the ping pong table, and we all enjoyed the hot tub after our day trips to nearby attractions (like the Biltmore Estate). The home was well-equipped and comfortable, making it a perfect spot for family bonding and relaxation. We can't wait to come back! Highly recommend! :)

The house was great for a bachelor party of 9 guys wanting to explore Asheville. Everything listed was accurate and host is very responsive. House is in good condition and plenty of activities to do at the house.

Our stay was nothing short of perfect! The home had everything to keep the kids occupied and happy between all of the outdoor activities and games downstairs. The home is close to a bunch of good breweries and restaurants as well as a quick drive into Ashville. I could keep going on and on but the best part was the views of the sunrise behind the mountains every morning. This is a must stay when visiting Ashville with a family!

Great for large families! Positive: We had 2 families together for this trip, and we absolutely loved this house! We did have an issue with water leaking from a pipe and one of the doors not watersealed super well for the rainstorm we got, but the owner was super quick to respond and send someone out to fix the issue. My kids also LOVED the arcade so they never wanted to leave. We would absolutely stay here again!

We loved our stay- Abigail was extremely accommodating and responsive, and the house was amazing. Such a cool vibe and so much to do just at the property alone. Everyone in my bachelorette party kept saying how impressed they were with the decor and amenities. I already want to go back!

Great for families This property was the perfect spot for our two families, which included a 11, 8, and 2 year old. It was exceptionally clean when we arrived. This spot is a great central location to be able to travel to Sliding Rock, Lake Lure, downtown Asheville, Black Mountain, and other locations. It also provided a ton of privacy for being 20 minutes from the city. Everything in the home seemed relatively new and there were even brand new baby gates available for usage. 10/10 would recommend to anyone traveling with young children as there was plenty of on property entertainment to keep them busy when we were not out exploring. The hosts were reachable and responsive whenever we had any questions. I don't think we could have chosen a more enjoyable experience and we hope to be back again in the future!

We loved this house! It had everything we needed and more. My kids loved the game room, hot tub and mini golf and they stayed entertained the entire trip. The location was perfect. It was quiet and peaceful and just a short drive to downtown Asheville and the Biltmore plus lots of stores and restaurants close by. The house had everything you could want or need plus more and was comfortable. My kids are already planning a repeat visit!
