This was our first vacation as a family of 4 and it was incredible!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect for our family getaway with super easy access to the pool and beach tram. The house was super clean and we didn’t have a single issue. I would highly recommend this lovely home and we will definitely be booking again in the near future!

Family girl trip Great place to stay. Perfect location.

Nice place; hard to get answers from Scenic Stays This is the second year we have stayed at this house. The house is very nice for the right size group. Last year 4 adults and 2 kids, no bathroom issues. This year with 6 adults and 2 kids; legs were squeezed and showers were delayed sometimes. The location is a nice compromise between several desires. The lagoon pool is an easy walk. The shops are an easy walk. With grandkids, it is not on the busiest streets. We have enjoyed bike riding around the neighborhood and in the larger area both years. Last year we booked through VRBO and paid a larger fee. This year, knowing the location management group, we booked directly (I think I saved money). Unfortunately, twice this year I emailed (or called and left a voicemail) asking questions and got no response. The first time, a later call was answered and my request to extend our stay was quickly approved. I did have to ask them to send a confirmation days later. The second time, I never got a call back (are bikes provided like last year?), but decided to just find out when I arrived, knowing we could rent down the street, if not. However, the online pre-check-in, check-in, and check-out instructions are very good. All the information you need is there (and not a bunch of superfluous information and ads).

Great new property! This is our 4th time staying in Seacrest Beach and this house was great. The rooms and bathrooms were really spacious and the beds were comfortable. Pillows weren’t the best, but we managed! Wish there was better front porch furniture (Adirondack chairs!) and a sectional couch for the family to lounge on in the living room, but overall really enjoyed this rental and would recommend!

Summer trip 2022 Rosemary Beach and the surrounding communities are perfect! Lots to do within walking distance. Dog friendly neighborhood. House was perfect for our family of four and two dogs. Will plan a trip back in the future.

Very nice, but could have been better We were so looking forward to this nice getaway for our family. Communication prior to our stay was phenomenal. The location of this property was great. The community and amenities were very pretty and enjoyable. The inside of the property was mostly clean, but the baseboards and behind the washer dryer were not. The outside looked like it had not been cleaned in months. We struggled to communicate with the property management multiple times, and most of our issues were not taken care of. It was too hot in the property at night and we were unable to decrease the temperature on the thermostat. A ceiling fan was not working when we arrived and was never fixed, so our boys did not sleep well the whole time. The outside remained dirty the entire stay, even after we were told somebody would come and clean it. There were unfinished trim pieces and the tub and shower faucets were difficult to figure out. The hot water wasn't hot enough to take a nice bath. The closets had building materials in them, making it seem less inviting. The cleaning person came 20 minutes before check out and parked her large truck in the driveway, making our exit stressful. All in all, it was a lovely place, but our stay could have been much better if things had been better taken care of. It felt as if our stay was not appreciated or of real concern. We would hesitate to use Scenic Stays again.

Easy to take it all in This home is well updated and has everything you need to enjoy your time. The pots and pans are actually even good. We had 5 adults and 2 little kids and it was a great house for that. We rented bikes which I recommend. Be sure to call in when you get there to get the wristbands.

Average stay! The place and location was amazing and walking distance to everything. But wish they had comfortable Sofa’s at sitting area. Me and wife got back ache’s a few days later as the sofa’s had no support. We were out most of day but at evening was not comfortable sitting any watching TV

Decent price and ok for one couple and maybe two young children This is a newly remodeled home, but the cabinets and furnishings are sub-par quality. I believe many of them came from IKEA. The home itself offers spacious rooms and an open feeling for the size of it. The living room could use more comfortable seating and lamps instead of overhead lights. The kitchen is lacking slightly in some cooking appliances, and the bathrooms which offer a lot of storage, could use more towel hooks and probably some attention to the bathroom shower fixtures. Upon arriving, the inside of the house looked clean, but the floors turned out to be filthy. The outside of the house, especially around the front porch, does not look very inviting. However, you can't go wrong with all that Seascrest Beach, Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach have to offer within walking distance.

Perfect Stay! The home was beautiful, well appointed, and comfortable for 3 couples. Amenities including the tram service to the beach and community pool were wonderful as well. I highly recommend this home!

Awesome beach house This wonderful beach bungalow made for a fantastic family and friends spring break. The location is great. The house was wonderful and I hope to come back.

Perfect Stay This home was pristine, spacious for three couples, and well appointed. The community amenities including the pool and tram felt like resort-level perks. Our stay was dreamy and relaxing, I could not recommend this home more!

Enjoyed the modern beach bungalow! My sister and I rented this for a sister 10-day trip with our two dogs. We loved the house! It was very clean, and the size of the bedrooms/bathrooms was perfect! The mattresses were super comfortable as well. The location is in the back of the neighborhood, but there is a sidewalk near the house that goes straight to the pool. Such easy access! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and keeping this house in mind for future stays.

We had the best time here! the house was beautiful and the amenities in the neighborhood and village around it couldn't have been better. We brought 5 teenagers and they were never bored. From the pool to the beach to the walkable village with the shops and stores we couldn't have asked for more!

Wonderful property I loved this property. It was modern and clean, the beds were very comfortable, and it was in a safe/great location. Love the access to the team for the beach. I gave four stars because of the lack of important information given ahead of time regarding supplies. For a house that sleeps 10, they only provide 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, two trash bags, no hand soap, little kitchen ware, etc. Just make a note to pack those things if you decide to book. Additionally, the ceiling fan remotes don’t work/weren’t there. Lastly, make note that the door code activates at 4pm on the dot even if cleaning is done early. Overall, it is FABULOUS property and I highly recommend and would love to return.

Race weekend We were in town for a half marathon. The house served us well. Great location, walkable to so much. We will definitely be back to 30A!

Excellent house, excellent location The property was great, very clean and better even than it looks online. We rented bikes and this is a VERY bike friendly area for cruising around; not road biking. First time to the area, we checked out all the other hot spots and towns and have to say that we think this is the best neighborhood for what we wanted. Plenty to do/restaurants. Beaches are very busy so rent chairs weeks in advance.

Wonderful stay!!! This house is gorgeous!! Is perfectly clean and located in a quiet part of the Neighbour hood , close to the pool. It is not easy to find a single story house, and this one is spacious and very comfortable. We I’ll certainly come back to this house next time!

248 Beach Bike Way Beautiful spot, second time we've stayed here. Unfortunately there is a new build next door and they put to portable toilet right next to the Poarch so the opposite of quiet and relaxing, between that and the saws going, the front Poarch was unusable. It also used to come with 3 bikes and they weren't there this year and that really made it fun. Well be staying in the area just not this property again.

Great House and Location House was very nicely decorated and clean upon our arrival. Host was very efficient to respond and answer any concerns. Location is great and you can walk the pool, beach, the horse shoe area or Rosemary Main St. There was construction next door but it was not a big issue. They should be done in a couple months.

Nice little tucked away ranch My only complaint is that it is missing some basic amenities. No beach towels, no beach chairs, no spices (not even salt/pepper), only a few garbage bags, no bikes, only a few spoons, etc. Also, ScenicStays does not respond to any text messages.

Review The house was so cute and very clean. The guest service was exceptional and very attentive. My only review would be that since construction is currently going on just feet away, maybe include that in the description. We had workers using the port a potty which was feet from the front porch while we sat there in the mornings. It was slightly uncomfortable. We were at the beach most of the day but when at the house it was not very quiet or relaxing.

Lovely home with construction next door. Overall, the house was nice, clean and recently updated. The kitchen and master bath are lovely. Unfortunately there was construction on the lot next door with a port-a-pot very close to the front porch where surrounding construction workers would come and use. FYI-the contractor told me construction will last through May. The den could use more comfortable chair seating and a coffee table. The bunk bedroom was extremely hot no matter what time of day with poor air ventilation. The lighting in the house was all overhead. Needs a couple of lamps in the den. They need to replace the front porch high-top table and chairs with adirondack chairs and small table in between.

Great house My only complaint is that we were not informed of the construction going on next-door. There were cement trucks and other vehicles parked in front of our house with constant noise. There was also debris from the construction and a Port-a-John out in front of our place. The house was absolutely lovely, except for the neighboring construction. I feel that we should have been forewarned.

Cleanliness Upon arrival, I noticed the counters and table dirty. The borders on the floor were dirty. I literally had to come in and clean prior to me putting anything on the counters. The pots/ pans/ utensils were also dirty. The house was beautiful but the cleaning service had not done their job as it was dirty.

Absolutely perfect stay! We loved every minute of our stay in this home. It was fresh and clean and felt like they just renovated. Everything is brand new and gorgeous. Plenty of space and great location at the back of the neighborhood (backs up to nature space). Most homes in the neighborhood and community are piled on top of one another. This one feels like it\'s all alone and very private. Excellent communication and processes to make the stay very enjoyable!

Great vacation home The house is just like it is in pictures. It’s spacious, clean, nicely decorated and the best stocked rental kitchen we seen yet. We all felt very comfortable and at home away from home. The beach is just a tram ride away and pool is close by. We liked the more secluded feeling of not being that close to all the other houses. Overall, a great stay! Thank you!
