2310 - Aegean Breeze — Guest Reviews

Lovely homr We loved the location and pool and the whole house. Close walk to the beach. We only had 4 people but this house would be excellent for our immediate family. So much room and there would be fun things for our grandchild to do with supervision. We enjoyed our stay very much. Lots of pots and pans. I could have used some sharper knives but everything was fabulous.

Very Good Great family vacation at 2310 Aegean Breeze. Spacious home. Plenty of room for everyone to gather together. Beach access was within walking distance. Game room and private pool and hot tub on the deck. Very nice neighborhood and lots of little pathways to go for a nice walk. There's a Food Lion and nice shops nearby.

Happy stay! All good!!!!!!!! The house was exactly as the pictures, great selection of dishes, beds, spacious and clean… a little issue with bugs in the pool but we took care of that easily! You have a family of 11 happy faces as guests from all ages between 17 and 80 (me the grandma) The location couldn’t be more convenient ! Last summer we stayed Nextdoor at the yellow house “Full House “ We love Pine Island❤️🙏🏻❤️

Great location and amazing house. We had a great time staying and spending time at the beach and in the pool at the house.

Very walkable to the ocean We paid for the pool to be heated and it was fully heated upon arrival House was set up well for larger group

The property was excellent! Resort Realty was a great host! Very proactive in their communications and responsive to my inquiries. The property was excellent! I’d do it all again.

Beautiful home! This house was amazing. The house was spacious, clean, fully stocked kitchen, and great amenities. We made some great memories with our family here in this beautiful home.

Excellent The House and Resort Realty were great!

Great week Very comfortable house. Clean and well equipped(some more forks would be nice though.) We paid to heat the pool which was worth every penny as everyone used it. Great neighborhood and a short walk to the beach.

Nice house, great neighborhood, easy walk to the beach! My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our week at Aegean Breeze. The house was clean and relatively updated and stocked nicely. Only real complaint would be the old, hard beds in every room...these definitely need an upgrade. Pool and hot tub were nice amenities and a slight problem with the pool was handled swiftly by Ocean Realty. Beach is very close and easy to get to and the beach gear credit was a nice bonus! Overall a solid 8 out of 10. Thanks!

Excellent House Great house with tons of space. Very easy to get to the beach and a nice neighborhood. Lots of little extras like the kids play area off the swimming pool. We splurged and paid to heat the pool which was terrific and well worth it.

Very Good We stayed at Aegean Breeze in Sept 2022. The location is perfect, it is very close to the beach and also shops and restaurants. The house was perfect for 12 adults and 1 child. We were very comfortable, the pool and game room was a big hit. The house is definitely lived in, it could use some updating, especially the sliding doors. We would stay here again.

Aegean Breeze My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will look to rent the same house again next summer! The proximity to the beach, hot tub, pool, cleanliness & spaciousness were awesome. My only complaint is while there were plenty of lounge chairs by the pool, they were uncomfortable without any cushions.

July 2022 We have been coming to the outer banks since 2011. This is by far the best house we have ever rented. It had everything we needed, plenty of space, plenty of parking and the ocean was a few yards away. We look forward to coming again!

Aegean breeze Great house, close to the beach, seems well taken care of. Pool is nice and has lots of room for everyone. Not a huge fan of the kids room having a door outside to the deck is my only complaint. But other than that it's a perfect house to vacation in

Awesome week We've been coming to the Outer Banks for 35 years. We obviously love it there. Aegean Breeze was a happy surprise, in that it was probably the nicest home we've rented. It was everything we could have hoped for. Exceptionally well cared for, very well stocked kitchen, everything worked (we've had some "fun" experiences over the years). The attention to detail here was so very much appreciated! We had an amazing family vacation that we'll all remember for a long time. A shout out for Resort Realty: We've probably rented from every rental company over the years. This was our absolute best experience by far. We will most definitely rent from them again and again. Thank you to the owners, and thank you to Resort Realty!

5 Stars: Paradise on the OBX We felt like we had our own mini resort while staying at the Aegean Breeze for our vacation! The beach was literally steps away! The board walk path made the short walk even better. The pool area was SO beautiful, we actually spent more time at the pool than at the beach! We had 9 teenagers from ages 15-19 and they loved the game room area. Shopping, restaurants, mini golf, etc were so close. We never heard “we are board” once while we were there. The only reason that we may not be renting again next year, is because we talked so much about it that we have 2 more families that want to join us!! Thank you to the owners for sharing their beautiful home with us!

Great Vacation Everything you could want in a vacation home. Clean, up to date, close to the beach. Amenities are wonderful (ie garbage pick up pool cleaning, etc) Plenty of space, would definitely rent again.

Great Stay at Robins' Nest Our whole family really enjoyed Robins' Nest. The house is a great place to stay. The beach is very close to the house and easy to get to. The pool is a great added benefit, as is the whirlpool. The family is buzzing about how much fun they had.

Vacation The home was good for our large group and was able to allow us to separate and everyone do their own thing when needed.
