Great stay! We really enjoyed our stay at High Spirits! It was an easy walk to the beach and the accommodations were great! Would stay here again

Great stay! We had a great stay at High Spirits! Convenient walkway to the public beach access and multiple other community access points if the public beach area is crowded. The house was spacious, clean, and very well stocked with both kitchen and beach items. We enjoyed being able to lounge by the pool at the house, and the nearby community tennis court, pool, and playground were an added bonus. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Excellent The house was perfect for our group! We had an amazing time. It was great to be so close to the beach and have a pool right on the property. Also amazing access to nearby souvenir, coffee, and taco shop!

Wonderful Week! We had an amazing family vacation at High Spirits. We love Pine Island and the walkway out to the beach entrance is great. Great location! We enjoyed the many new or updated items in the house like the updated and well stocked kitchen, the new couches, the updated master bath, etc. We did have one family member with mobility issues that struggled with the stairs and walking over the sand to the beach, just something to be aware of. The beach access is part of the public beach access so it can be a bit crowded at times; however if you walk down the beach to the right or left you will find lots of open space and uncrowded beach! The house has some typical wear and tear (carpets and paint that should probably be updated soon), but overall the house was wonderful. Beautiful landscaping. We would rent here again.

Great Location and Great House! Highly Recommend! Sight unseen can be dicey; but not with this house. It was clean, had nice amenities and large space. All the decks give a sense of privacy; loved the pool and hot tub. We would all highly recommend this house. The only small negative is that it doesn't have a game room or any outdoor game areas. A pool table in the bottom floor sitting room area would be a plus! Or possibly shuffleboard outside somewhere or ....
