We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Joshua’s place worked great for my family. It was across from the beach we watched sunsets every night. Close to really good food trucks and centrally located on the island so it wasn’t a long drive anywhere.

The location was perfect, just steps away from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the ocean. The house was very clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommend!

Upon entry, it was very easy to enter with our automated code and the place is a right across from the beach. Location is a good walk between many restaurants, markets, and the kid’s shaved ice. We requested for the couch to be set as a sleeping space and appreciated that Joshua’s team laid out the sheets and pillows upon our arrival. Overall, a nice place to stay.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Unfortunately, I would not stay here. We encountered cockroaches/bugs in the property as soon as we got their, and there were numerous bug traps placed on the kitchen countertops and other areas. When I raised the issue, I was told this was "normal," but I believe prospective guests should be informed of an ongoing pest issue before booking. Cleanliness was also disappointing. The property appeared to have received only a very superficial cleaning, with several areas feeling dirty and poorly maintained. Overall, the condition of the home did not match my expectations based on the listing.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Joshua was such a great host! Place was right next to the beach and he was so responsive to any questions I had. Check in and check out instructions were very clear and easy to do. Only small issue we had was the sighting of a few bugs, but the instructions on the fridge did mention of the bugs and how to keep them away. Overall, I will choose this lovely place in Kihei again when I visit for fun or for work, even. Mahalo, Joshua!

Our unit was dealing with low voltage where most of the appliances stopped working so we had to switch units and Joshua helped us with all of that. Swapping back and forth was hard with a baby and my mother in law but nothing that Joshua could have prevented and also because we had to swap units, I had to cancel our snorkeling trip which I lost out on. I noticed the unit wasn’t the cleanest upon arrival but again nothing crazy. There’s a lot of road work happening in front and down the street so it was a daily struggle getting in and out of the unit but nothing Joshua could’ve prevented.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Great location! Literally few steps to the beach that felt very peaceful and private. Unit AC’s in each rooms and the living room. Very clean kitchen and with lots of amenities. Bath towels, beach towels, boogie boards, and beach chairs provided. The location is so close to great restaurants, grocery stores, and pretty much everything!!! Only problems we encountered were there were gnats due to the recent heavy rain (Owner Joshua messaged us in advance and provided fly papers) and there was a water shutoff that we didn’t know about after we came home from snorkeling so we couldn’t shower right away. Other than that, we loved our stay and would love to go back again. Highly recommended airbnb stay! The sunset from the lanai was gorgeous, overlooking in front of the beach.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! We had a great time at Joshua's place. It's clean, and filled with amenities that we all can use especially travelling with three kids. The AC is really loud in the kids rooms but we just left it off. We were really worried about the floods but it was all cleaned up and Joshua was great at communicating with us letting us know the situation.

The property was in great condition overall, and although there was some minor flooding in the parking lot, it never affected access to the unit or our plans. The condo was clean, comfortable, and worked well for our family. It met our kids’ needs easily, giving everyone enough space to settle in after long beach days. The host was incredibly responsive—when we ran into a laundry issue, they addressed it right away and had the units replaced much faster than expected, which made a big difference during our stay. The single pool on the property was very clean and became a favorite spot for the kids. The location was convenient and made it simple to get around while still feeling relaxed and quiet.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! We were here during the huge Kona Storm that knocked out the power for 3 days and had flooding everywhere but these condos. Unfortunately there were no backup lanterns or lights in case of this rare emergency. Great AC in the unit to keep cool when needed (when there’s electricity!). Great beach toys and equipment provided. This place is clearly just setup as a full time airbnb rental unit. Most of the units around it are the same. This is on the 3rd floor. Great location. There was a beach right in front of it but it got altered from the storm. Other better beaches are a 5 -20 minute drive. Grocery store about a 10 minute drive. Worked great for our needs with 3 small boys.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! This property was really amazing. I have stayed in Kihei times Now and this is my favorite place. It is new, clean, and recently remodeled. There is a secluded turtle pool, also called a fish pond, which is within walking distance from the property, protected from the waves and is essentially a walled in area which protects it from the surf therefore it provides clearer water, and if you go anytime in the morning there are a ton of sea turtles both in the water for snorkeling and also just resting on the rocks. The entire space “fishpond” is I guess no more than chest deep for me and I am 5 foot 3 inches. My unit was so nice and when I wanted a later checkout (a much much later check out) the host was very accommodating and the price to stay from 10:00 AM until 5:00 PM was incredibly reasonable. We had no issues - it was such a nice, clean, newly remodeled place. They had beach chairs and boogie boards and everything available. Again, host was soo quick to respond and helpful!

Perfect location near beaches and restaurants, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

Directly across the street from the beach and it was so nice to walk over and watch the sunset and having light weight beach chairs to use. Sitting on the patio was so nice and added extra space for guests. Kitchen was very stocked and functional. Beds were the most comfortable we have experienced in a rental in a while. Convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. Owner was very helpful and offered an early check in for a small fee. We will certainly be back and would love to stay here. Rates are the best you will get for location and a modern 2 bedroom stay in Maui!

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! We stayed here for a week in December 2025, and had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Parking, check-in, and entry instructions were clear and provided in advance, making arrival easy and stress-free. The suite is beautifully renovated, spotless, and well equipped with modern appliances. Enjoying morning coffee on the large, ocean-facing balcony while listening to the birds was a perfect way to start each day! We traveled with two boys under 10, so having beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and boogie boards available was a huge bonus. On windier days, the pool and hot tub were a great alternative and kept the vacation vibe going. Overall, our stay was phenomenal. We’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Maui who wants comfortable, homey accommodations instead of a typical resort

The only minor complaint was the paint peeling off on one of the walls. Loved our stay and will definitely be booking again. The pool was very clean and nice.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! They were very responsive and had all the stuff we needed to ensure our 1 year olds first vacation was smooth! Definitely recommend if you are traveling with a little one and also if you just want a great place to stay.

It’s definitely close by to a lot of places, a mile or 2 down is where you’ll find a lot of restaurants. We did have a hard time finding the place on Google Maps but reached out to the host which was helpful. It was also hard to get into the place since the door was a bit difficult but once we got in the place was great and definitely is upgraded compared to all the other units there. We did encounter ants which we were told is common in Maui so it wasn’t the end of the world. There are of course roosters around so they can be a bit loud early in the morning. We did randomly find a baby lizard in our bathroom the last night but that could’ve been when the door was open. Overall great location if you’re looking for a local location rather than in a tourist spot.

Very clean and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Living room furniture is a little tired and could use an upgrade. The screen on the sliding glass door needs replacing. Those are very small things for the host to consider as overall everything was very good. The only major problem had nothing to do with the apartment itself or the hosts..... it was a very loud rooster who decided to start crowing around 3-4am and didn't stop for hours. Sounded like it was right outside the bedroom windows and was so loud. I guess some might consider it part of the charming landscape but I was exhausted the next day

Very nice Appartement, really good equipped. Clean and good size. Unfortunately there was a rooster which crowed every day from 3-6pm, many times. But this a general problem of Maui and not specific for this Appartement. I can definitely recommend this location and would book it again, for sure!

We had a wonderful week staying at this property! It was perfect for my husband and I and our toddler. Location was nice and central to everything, check-in and checkout went smooth, and the property had its own parking lot. The unit had beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, toddler floaty, and cooler that came in handy! AC worked great in every room and beds were comfy!

Beach is literally right across the street and the pool is only feet away. Definitely can’t wait to go back again.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! The condo was cute, clean, and perfect for our family of 6. It came equipped with beach equipment, pack n play and basic necessities. Location was near many beaches, hiking trails, the aquarium, airport and less than a 5 min. walk to the Isana restaurant. We utilized the pool on our relax day. Check-in/check-out was easy. Clear instructions were given in email and posted in the rental. The host was quick to respond to messages. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place to stay with my family for our vacation in Maui – centrally located on the Northern end of Kihei it allowed us to visit beaches in Wailea, Kihea and Ka'anapali – all up and down South and West Maui – with ease and short drives. The pool with gas BBQ grill was fantastic – cooked 4 meals there while others swam. The condo was very clean and had all of the necessary kitchen equipment and beach gear – chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards – to make our stay lovely and easy. Utilized the laundry to avoid overpacking and to do some laundry ahead of our travels home. Wonderful stay. Would return in a minute! And very responsive host!

It was only about a 10 minute drive to all the restaurants and grocery stores; it was across the street from the water. We were only about 2 minute drive away from Ululani’s Shave Ice, Sugar Beach Bakery, and the ABC store. There is an AC unit in each room - it made it nice because everyone liked their room a different temperature. The primary bedroom’s mattress was very comfortable!

It was very clean, nice view from the balcony, pretty much any amenity you would need, responsive and helpful hosts, easy access to great beach for walking and sunbathing. We enjoyed it's central location on the island and it's close proximity to restaurants that served wholesome foods at reasonable prices. At least while we were there though, the water at that beach wasn't clean enough to swim (we assume from silt coming from runoff nearby). Also, if you are one to require complete silence to sleep, you won't get it. The A/C unit is pretty loud and because of roosters all over the island, keeping the windows open lets their noise in. One other item, if you have difficulty navigating stairs, this is a second floor condo without an elevator, just keep that in mind.

Comes with everything you need like amenities, washer dryer, and additional things like boogie boards, chairs, towels, etc. Really well put together place and well up kept. Would definitely stay again. Very close to some really good shopping centers with super good food (only 10 mins away), and pretty close to the airport.

Great açaí bowls and fruit at the farmers market next to ABC store a mile or so away plus a fantastic bakery. We had 4 adults and 3 children in the unit…per our reservation ….but only 6 bath towels. Only other thing it was lacking was a wine bottle opener.

Unit was just as described and Vaca Maui was super responsive if we had any questions. Everything you need in a rental was provided. Place was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We had a problem with ants in one bedroom, but Vaca Maui was super responsive and immediately sent two people to address and we didn’t have a problem after that. The area had a storm a week before so some of the roads were blocked off. Would recommend renting a car as the area is walkable, but very residential and not many businesses to explore. The rooster reviews are legit haha but nothing the a/c or fan couldn’t fix to drown the noise. Would certainly stay again!

Our family loved staying at Kihei Holiday. The house was furnished really well and we loved all of the beach toys. The complex where the condo is at is really nice and we also loved using the pool. It's in a good location on the island easily accessible to everything we wanted to do. We would stay here again!
