Paradise Found delivers... Just spent a wonderful week in Corolla at "Paradise Found". It was very clean, had just about anything and everything we needed. The house was large, and very roomy for our group. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, and an elevator made getting luggage and groceries upstairs, much more pleasant a task. Incredible views from the crow's nest! Pool and hot tub were thoroughly enjoyed! Outdoor foot shower and full body showers were helpful in keeping the sand to a minimum. If I had to come up with something close to a negative it would be getting acquainted with the house. Had to stop a couple times to remember what was where...1st world problems.Would encourage any large family to enjoy this home!

Paradise Found 8/3-8/10/24 We very much enjoyed our stay here. House is clean and well kept. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking items and dishes. Appliances are very nice. The bedrooms were perfect for our family of 7. The beach walk was closer than we thought. We were able to leave our wagon safely at the access which made it easy to take 5 kiddos to the beach. Even with rain there were things to do near by. We went mini golfing, shopping, spa, pedicures and dinners out. Very close to stores for groceries. Feedback: The bottom floor was a bit cold and not able to adjust the temp. Would love to see the pool area updated with cutting back the weeds/brush (we had frogs & snakes ending up in the pool) and adding umbrellas. All in all would rebook. Thanks for all the memories!!

Wonderful house We were pleasantly surprised with this house. Our original choice was cancelled 60 days prior to our scheduled date and the Resort Realty included this house in a list and recommended it based on the fact there were many recent updates. Our party consists of 6 adults and 5 children, ages 4-12. The house has an open concept main floor with bump outs for additional chairs and dining which we found quite spacious for all of us. A nice big table for all of us and a nice kitchen area with updated appliances and cooktop. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms for us all with comfortable beds. The house is very spacious, our first couple days, the kids actually made a couple wrong turns coming up and down the stairs! The walk to the beach was not too bad, the public access is at the end of the road. This is a gated community so street traffic is very limited which is nice. We spent mornings at the beach, afternoons in the pool. The pool is quite nice, larger than a lot of others we have experienced. There is full sun in the pool area most of the day. I would recommend adding a table/umbrella or at least free standing umbrellas around the pool to provide shade during the hot afternoons. We improvised by using bungee cords to tie our beach umbrellas to the fence. Furniture around the pool and decks is very nice, the heavier sturdier variety. Lots of deck space although summer temps kept us from enjoying it more. The screened in portion is really nice to keep out bugs but again, a little too warm to fully enjoy. The roof top deck provides a nice scenic view! We’ve been coming to the OBX for over 25 yrs and we always like to try different houses so we have had various housing experiences to learn from. The entire family enjoyed this house. My wife and I are getting older so the elevator is a great feature, especially for hauling bags, boxes, groceries etc. Things beyond you’re control: Saturday traffic up the road to Carolla, the further walk to the beach (but the house is priced accordingly to take that into account.) Overall, very nice house with many nice features. Definitely worth considering a repeat visit which we have never done!

Enjoyed our stay! We had a great time and enjoyed the house. It was clear that parts had been recently renovated and it was spacious and decorated beautifully! The pool was a great size and we loved being out there, although there was no shade anywhere to sit on the patio. An umbrella or canopy by the pool would have made a huge difference for a few of our guests. Also, the room updates with king beds worked great for us, however each room only had sheer curtains. The minute the sun came up, our rooms were extremely bright and woke us. The kitchen was equipped with tons of pots, pans, and cooking utensils. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely return to this home.
