We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! The location is really close to the airport. The house was really nice and clean. We barely spent time at the residence just because we were there for a wedding and had a lot to do. Lahaina and Kihei are about 30-45 minutes away. Lost of restaurants and grocery stores around the area. A fridge upstairs and one downstairs. Sink upstairs and one down stairs. Kitchen is upstairs. The master is upstairs along the room with the bunk bed just fyi. Great place for a large family and or two families to have some privacy. Parking spaced for max 4 cars. We were pleased overall. Just beware of the local roaches that like the drift rood near the beach haha.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! This was a great location for our group. The view was amazing. The inside was incredibly spacious and very comfortable. I will definitely rent here again with a larger group.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! This home suited exactly what we needed for our stay as a mixed family! Wonderful to have 2 whole separate living and kitchen spaces with outdoor steps. Host was an extremely thorough communicator. House was extremely clean and it was wonderful to hear the ocean everywhere in the house. This house was stocked with the bare minimum and bedrooms just weren’t too comfortable. Very cheap sheets that didn’t even have a fitted sheet on the bed so the bedding came completely undone every night, pillows uncomfortable, mattresses were pretty rough. Just enough bath towels for each person to have 1. Extremely basic kitchen supplies. Only a couple rolls of TP provided While extremely convenient to explore Maui, was definitely one of the roughest neighborhoods we saw in the island. A lot of homeless people up the road. The driveway had a massive strip of concrete cut out with plywood not even tap conned down to cover and stakes sticking up. Super dangerous for older ones we had

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Beautiful location and just what the family needed. We enjoyed walking the beach and waking up to sounds of the ocean. The split floor plan, although, originally a little bit of a concern ended up creating a nice separation for the family. We did encounter an issue with the house that was not our fault or the fault of the house owners/property manager. It was just something that happened during our stay. We notified Joshua right away and he not only responded right away but had the issue diagnosed and corrected super quick and kept us updated throughout the repair. Without the prompt attention by Joshua this was an issue that could have derailed our stay significantly. All in all we would definitely stay there again and would recommend this location to friends and family. Thanks for the amazing hospitality, Joshua!

The place was very clean and well-maintained, and it had everything we needed for our extended visit of over five days. The location was convenient, especially for the price, and made getting around easy. We especially appreciated having access to a washer and dryer during our stay made a big difference. Overall, it was a comfortable, hassle-free experience, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

Our host Josh was very friendly and accommodating. The house is nice and we spent a lot of time sitting out on the back lanai watching the sunrise and sunsets. Highly recommend.

Stunning view! So roomy for our family of 6. We loved the two separate areas. Beds were so comfortable and house was very clean and well equipped. Each room had its own AC unit which was nice too. Wish we had another day so we could have enjoyed the house more.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! We really enjoyed our stay. The house and the view were perfect. Plenty of room for our party of 8. We appreciated the privacy and being so close to the beach. We had an issue with a bedroom mini-split and the host were very quick to respond.

This was a disappointing stay. We made it very clear that we can only have up to 8 people on site at a time. They threw a big party and the cops got called.

As soon as we got there we wanted to just stay there and forget about all our other activities. We felt right at home and had enough room for a party of 6. The Host was very kind and responsive, checks in on us making sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything else. We definitely recommend booking with this Host!

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! 1층 마스터 베드룸 에어콘이 고장나서 다음날 고치는 사람이 왔는데 여전히 부속이 없어서 7일 내내 사용을 하지 못해서 불편했습니다. 침대 매트리스 가 불편했고 소리가 많이 났습니다. 주방시설은 좋았습니다. 집앞에 있는 바다 너무 좋았습니다. 하지만 주변에 낚시하는 사람들이 있어서 조금 무서웠습니다.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Great host. The downstairs TV broke, they fixed it the same day. We never felt unsafe with the locals in the park next door. They were always nice and courteous. Beds were cozy. AC worked great. Kitchen was equipped to cook full meals all week.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this cozy home. I was happy to find a place where my whole family could stay for our trip. It’s clean, quiet and the view is amazing! My favorite part is the downstairs area which has a very large kitchenette and an exit to a grassy area so you can have a picnic. The ocean breeze can be a bit strong, but not bothersome. You will not regret renting from vacaMaui. Their response time is unbeatable.

The home was a beautiful place for our team to meet and plan the year as well as relax. It provided wonderful space to gather insight and outside the home and the kitchens upstairs and downstairs were a great bonus. Beds were very comfortable and the AC worked very well when it got warm. We would definitely recommend this property. Owner was very communicative whenever we had any issues.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! We had a wonderful stay in Kahului and the host was extremely communicative, transparent, and flexible. We had the most minor of inconveniences with a tripped breaker and they were able to get it fixed next morning quickly and discretely and do not impact our stay whatsoever. Highly recommend this pace for larger parties visiting Maui as the space was more than enough for our party of eight and provided a great relax after frequenting beaches, shops, and restaurants all day!

The beds were seriously comfy, and you can’t beat that beautiful oceanfront view. We spent so much time just hanging out and soaking it all in. Communication with the host was easy and fast. They were really great to work with. The dryer took a little longer than expected, but we let the host know and they were super cool and responsive about it. All around, a great spot and we’d definitely stay here again!

It’s tucked into a peaceful, local-feeling neighborhood that gave us a true sense of Maui—far from the crowded resorts and tourist chaos. It felt like we were immersed in real island life. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and perfectly set up for relaxing with our family. We spent mornings sipping coffee with ocean views, and evenings walking the beach just steps away. It was quiet, breezy, and just what we needed to reset. One of our favorite moments was watching our kids—the only ones on a stunning stretch of beach—playing near the ocean swing, while surfers and fishermen carried on nearby. It was magical and something we’ll never forget. If you're looking for a relaxing, off-the-beaten-path experience with local charm and plenty of breathing room, this place is perfect.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Location of home great directly on the ocean. Enjoyed sitting outside watching & listening to the waves. Home was a good size for our group of 8. Awesome to have 2 living areas. There are nicer neighborhoods on Maui. This was more local with lots of cars, people walking around and homes not quite as nice. We didn’t have issues stay there but some folks might. What I did not care for is walking in and one of the first things I see in the kitchen is a large roach trap on the floor. There were a few bugs to kill during our stay. I live in a southern climate as well and that is not an excuse for bugs. The ownership indeed put lots of money in to refurbish with big tvs and nice furniture but needs to maintain with better pest control company & cleaning. I still gave 4 stars as we still enjoyed our stay at the home overall with a fabulous view and lots of space, but expected a bit better.

We are already planning our next trip to stay here again! The sound of the waves right in the backyard is so peaceful. Mahalo for having us and for serving aloha always! The house was nice in a great location. We met the neighbors and everyone was very nice. We did not realize it was 2 separate living spaces. To get upstairs, you had to go outside. It was fine for us but we did feel separated from the other 2 families

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! I loved the view out the window, ocean front property. It is not private, however, locals fish and hang out very near the property line. The location made me feel like I was in the hood. We passed numerous abandoned vehicles and homeless camp outs very near the property. Several streets away, however, the houses make me feel like I'm in the rich part of town, so the area is very much mixed. The main thing that I didn't like is that the top and bottom level are separated and can only be reached through the outside stairway. The inside of the house is pristine and very comfortable, and the doors lock automatically, so we felt very safe inside.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Amazing house in a beautiful location. The beach is rocky but you can walk up to a sandy area easily. There is a super gorgeous tree swing in the park nextdoor that our kids loved walking to. We loved the neighborhood cat, Buddy, and watching the locals fishing out front.

Great property. Beautiful ocean breeze and was a good fit for our family. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy at first, but it was perfectly safe and a good location for seeing the sights. !! Screens on windows would be nice

It was nice that it was by the beach, unfortunately we didnʻt get to use due to a lot of activity during the day. Overall, both units were client, but the downstairs unit had a really bad lingering fish smell from the last guests, it was really bad. But the owner let me know, and contacted someone to come and assist, it helped a little but it was already on our 2nd day and we had everything edible in the refrigerator upstairs which made it inconvenient for us to go up and down especially for my older parents. All in all, it was a great place to stay with our family and it was accommodating for what we needed.

Luca tried multiple tactics to get a refund including sending us 7 pictures of the inside of our exterior garbage can. right on pebble beach and sleep with ocean waves. House comes with two individual units, downstairs and upstairs.

It was a very quick inter island trip for us so we didn't get to explore, but it was a perfect place to relax for the evening and watch the sunrise in the morning. There was some difficulty with the internet but the host was very responsive and we got it sorted out. The views are amazing and listening to the waves throughout the night was fantastic. Will definitely be looking for this property to be available again on future trips!

My adult sons had a great time in the water there as there were not many surfers as So CAL. Actual house was set up well for maximum privacy. It is in excellent shape. Good kitchen with proper equipment. Variety of knives. Washing machine and dryer are large and in good shape. Bed mattresses were very comfortable. area Bathroom were well designed Master shower was spacious. The HVAC worked really well. The shoreline was rock but had a couple places with sand for kids to play in. Would I rent the place again. YES. Only negative is the neighborhood not great for walking around other houses not as nice as the rental. Felt safe and people friendly.

Sunrise, coral everywhere, surfers, and access to amazing food everywhere. - Would come back in a heartbeat. Nice amenities. What a spot❤️
