We had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, and a great fit for our group of 13. The entire process went smoothly. Dyan was great- very prompt and responsive with any questions we had. We’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville!

Great location to explore Nashville nightlife and attractions for a 16 person Bachelorette. Loved having bathrooms in each bedroom. The houses were clean and spacious enough for our group to get ready together and debrief each night. Be prepared for some stairs with your luggage though! House was conveniently located a 10-15 minute uber from all of the action.

We had a great stay! Houses were beautiful, perfect for our combination bachelor and bachelorette parties. Everything was clean and as pictured. The only surprise was that the townhouses were not connected, which was unexpected as they are listed together.

We had a great time in Nashville and felt right at home, thanks to Dyan and her hospitality! The place was beautiful, cozy, and a short Uber ride to downtown. This place had everything we needed and more. Dyan was also very helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend if you’re traveling to Nashville with a big group!

These units were perfect for our family stay! A quick drive to everything we needed; would absolutely recommend!

Great host, excellent communication, highly recommend.

We had 17 of us down for a 50th birthday party! Having 2 separate living spaces for all of us was perfect! Everyone had a bedroom and the rooftop areas were perfect for morning coffee! Uber trips downtown were super easy and reasonably priced. We would definitely stay again!

Dyan was a great host, the place was excellent for a large group of people. Along the way we had some questions and Dyan clarified and answered them within minutes. If I were to go back to Nashville id love to book this house again! Thank you
