Positive: Nothing. Don't do it. The general location wasn't terrible as it was closer to yhe parks than most but you can tell it was in a run down area noone truly kept up on or cared for anymore. Negative: Everything! Roaches and feces on the walls of our room. The hotel staff wouldn't assist bc apparently they didn't host our rooms it was a third party that hosted our rooms even though that wasn't in the description. When I reread it though I DID notice that they only described the location and didn't use yhe hotel name Sky Lounge Hotel. Listen, from the weird smells in the hall to not having clean linens or dishwasher (smelled like heated rotten food) it was a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Even a fire broke out in the hotel. Smh. Just don't do it!!! (They offered a refund once the other unit they tried to accommodate us with had poop and blood in it too! What are the odds.. BOTH Units?!?!!) SMH. No on-site staff for us and my kids slept with white towelettes the 1st night as blankets. Augh. Never again.

PESIMA ESTANCIA Positive: Pesimo servicio, en recepcion no me podian ayudar en nada, les pedi toallas y cobijas adicionales y no me la suministraron porque supuestamente era una habitacion privada. Tardaron en darme la llave porque no estaba pagado un deposito de $100 de seguridad que no estuvo establecido cuando reserve, y unos dias antes los habia pagado con una tarjeta American Express. Cuando estoy retirando la llave volvi hacer el pago porque no lo habian recibido, la tarjeta no pasaba, realice mas 5 intentos con mi tarjeta American Express y gracias a otro huesped que se dio cuenta de lo yo y mi Familia estabamos pasando me dijo que utilizara una tarjeta Visa, que tambien le habia pasado lo mismo y asi fue que pude resolver despues de mucho tiempo, estuve a punto de buscar otro lugar para quedarme con mi Familia porque el personal de recepcion no podian hacer nada. NO RECOMIENDO ESTE HOTEL PARA NADA 100% PESIMO. Negative: La atencion de la recepcion, la limpieza del baño, las camas tenian como huecos, me imagino de lo viejas que son, dormimos todos encorbados y amaneciamos como si no hubieramos descansado, estuvimos 5 personas en el hotel y habian 2 camas mas 1 sofa cama y tuvimos que pegar las camas porque no se podia dormir en el sofa cama. NO RECOMIENDO ESTE HOTEL 100% PESIMO.

When I advised the host and gave permission to enter while I was out they must've come in with some type of spray for the roaches because that smell did not leave and it was strong. I literally had my daughter go stay with another teammates family because of the smell

Along with quick and polite service amongst the staff; I enjoyed excellent location with everything I needed for a place to stay while working.

The condo was centrally located in Orlando to the Convention Center and everything we needed. Very clean and exactly as described.

Great location to explore Orlando, for the price paid it was OK. Laundry services were very useful. We only got the impression that the carpet was a little bit dusty.

El departamento y ubicación son muy cómodos que están cerca a muchos servicios y ubicaciones claves para hacer turismo y compras. En el edificio, como tal hubieron algunos inconvenientes que estuvieron fuera de control de Thalita; lo cual es comprensible. En líneas generales, puedo decir que la pasamos bien.

Never again No Positive: First night my floor flooded and ended up getting moved to another room next day , this caused us to delay our day of activities we had planned delayed missing one of our activities soo lost money on the place I had to be at that I put money on deposit non refundable because I had ti wait for issue with room at facility not happy honestly and I definitely would not recommend or come back to this facility Negative: The floor flooding. And no compensation given

Positive: Si esta en una ubicacion buena, instalaciones no en el maximo estado pero la atencion al cliente muy buena nos cambiaron de habitacion y respondio siempre muy rapido asi que lo recomiendo Negative: No pudimos usar el Gym por que estaba siendo resteucturado. Instalaciones viejas, alfombras de las habitaciones viejas y no da sensacion de limpieza por el resto estuvo todo bien

Nuestra estadia fue excelente. Habiamos leido algunas reseñas anteriores sobre un supuesto olor a humedad. Pero dejenme decirles que todo estuvo en optimas condiciones. Sin lugar a dudas volveremos!

O local é maravilhoso, fica do ladinho da International Drive. O prédio também conta como uma piscina que faz toda a diferença. O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos, encontramos tudo limpinho. Tivemos uma hospedagem maravilhosa, sem barulho, camas confortáveis. Agrademos imensamente todo cuidado que tiveram com nós! Nos sentimos em casa. Com certeza quando retornamos nos hospedarmos novamente com vocês!

STAY AWAY! Positive: Location was the only accurate thing Negative: This unit is not equipped for 6 people, there was no sheets, pillows or conforter for the sofa bed, there was 1 dinner plate and 4 dining chairs. No oven, no spatula, no bowls for salad. 2 burner stove so small I couldn't fit 2 pans. No shampoo, conditioner or soap in bath. Host is unresponsive, took severals calls from my cell cause phones in the unit don't work to get anyone to answer and when they did they couldn't help. We had to go to Walmart to buy sheets, pillows and conforter. The lobby had dirty carpets, hallways were hot and most times there was no one at the reception desk. This place felt like I was In the projects. So bad.

Buen lugar pero muchos problemas Positive: La ubicación y que algunas habitaciones tienen cocina pero ojo que no son todas, el anuncio no es completamente real. Negative: Que es una empresa externa la que arrienda por lo tanto, si necesitaba algo o para hacer el checkin más temprano tenía que comunicarme a través de mensajes con la empresa externa y no respondían a la brevedad. Lo otro que no me gustó es que el anuncio decía un apartamento de 50mts2 con cocina y al llegar solo era una habitación pequeña de hotel sin cocina, reclamé, y me hicieron el cambio pero después de 4 horas por lo tanto me tuvieron esperando por una respuesta y perdí todo el día. Luego la nueva habitación tenía el lavamanos tapado pero después de unos días lo arreglaron. El personal es pésimo, en recepción hay un hombre muy pesado y con cero ganas de ayudar o brindar información. Para rematar me cobraron el depósito de garantía por error y me hicieron el cobro a mi tarjeta de crédito, tuve que pagarlo y luego dicen que me devolverán el dinero.

Location was the only thing we benefited from. Saturday they were drilling and making extreme renovations, wasn’t able to sleep because of drilling noise. No blankets or pillows for pull out couch. When I called 4 times, no one answered. Then I received a text saying they were on the other line like 30 min later. I already went and purchased my own blanket from Walgreens. I would not stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. We will be back! Host were responsive and friendly! Positive: It fit us all comfortably, and was quiet! Negative: The traffic getting to and from the parks was a bad but had nothing to with the property itself!
