Enjoyed the location, good value for money Positive: Great location, easy walk to restaurants, quiet & good value for money. Apartment was clean & spacious. My grandson enjoyed the pool & basketball. Negative: Didn’t realise when booking that it was a private let, so we were on the ground floor & couldn’t change. It was a bit dark & could do with a bit updating. Also pool area could do with better chairs/sunbeds.
This place was infested with cockroaches. I did let them know and only offered to come and do cleaning. They switched out a toaster and there still continued to be roaches in the bathrooms behind all chairs and all over kitchen appliances. Disgusted couldn’t even leave my luggage inside the unit. Would not recommend.

El edificio y ubicación favorece la movilización en la zona. Las camas son cómodas, pero las instalaciones del apartamento no son las mejores. La estufa funcionaba por momentos, la cocina con pocos utensilios, encontramos cucharachas pequeñas en la cocina y el olor no era el mejor. Definitivamente tienen que invertir el mantenimiento de este apartamento, porque las imágenes, aunque sean de refenecia, no es con lo que realmente se puede encontrar. La luz natural y artificial son escasas.
Luis fue un anfitrión excelente siempre atento a cuando uno le hacía una consulta , a veces se tardaba un poquito al responder pero dentro de la normalidad , el lugar excelente, tranquilo y lo más importante tiene las cosas básicas para hacer un buen desayuno, tal vez como cortesía podría dejar algo siempre como un salero un aceite para cocinar algo pequeño , ya que uno llega cansado o tarde mientras va al supermercado a comprar lo indispensable se pierde tiempo , otra sugerencia señor Luis es que cambie el Coffee Maker realmente no sirve aparte que no hay filtros disponibles y el tostador nunca lo pudimos usar no servía, son cosas mínimas que creo se pueden mejorar , por lo demás todo perfecto y la atención del señor Luis es muy afable y amigable !!

With all due respect to the very kind and helpful owners, our stay was disappointing. The room didn’t feel clean — there were stains on the carpet and bugs in the shower. During our stay, the entire hotel was undergoing renovations, which added to the overall messiness. We only stayed one night and were ready to leave as early as possible the next morning. Again, the owners were wonderful, but the photos in the listing did not accurately reflect the condition of the room we stayed in. I would not recommend this listing to anyone.
Lindos días en Orlando. Positive: Dpto cómodo, con cosas básicas como para salir del paso. Las instalaciones están bien, se puede usar la pileta y te proveen de toallas en la recepción. Todo ok No usamos mucho las instalaciones ya que estábamos casi siempre en los parques.
Horrible Positive: Nada Negative: Suciedad, lleno de cucarachas, olor en la alfombra, humedad por varios lados.
