Kyle and Nicole’s cabin is now on repeat for our stay list! The location is perfectly tucked back away from it all yet accessible to both Ellijay or Blue Ridge in under 15 mins! The home is so clean with comfortable beds amazing views and large porches for relaxing! Kitchen Bathrooms and Laundry are fully stocked with more than just a start up kit! Driving in is a breeze even in the dark paved access and a well lit driveway take away the guessing game! Our family trip was a success and we are thankful to have stayed in this awesome place! We highly recommend!

We stayed here for 5 days as a family of 5 and absolutely loved it! The home was spotless, and the rooms were spacious with drawers for our clothes, which made settling in so easy. The kitchen had everything we needed, and having a TV in every room (plus one on each outdoor level) was a nice touch. The views were beautiful. I loved waking up each morning and soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. The location was great too. We enjoyed exploring downtown Ellijay and downtown Blue Ridge, and Copperhill, TN is just a short 30 to 35 minute drive away. Communication with the hosts was excellent from start to finish. We're so happy we chose this place and would definitely recommend it!

The Overlook at Ellijay was absolutely beautiful!! The views were stunning!! Lots of room for our 3 families!! Equipped with everything in the pictures & hosts, Kyle & Nicole, were attentive & wonderful! 5 star recommendation. I would happily stay here again!! 🥰 Only one complaint or wish for the future… I wish there were blinds on the 3 bedroom windows facing the balconies. Even though the view is gorgeous to wake up to, it’s not very private when children or others wake up early. Other than this, we had so much fun & enjoyed ourselves immensely at this FABULOUS mountain cabin!!!!❤️

Such a great place to unplug and relax. Plenty of space to spread out and we so enjoyed all of the fireplaces throughout the property. From the hot tub, to grilling on the blackstone, we truly had the best time here! Also that view..wow the pictures don’t do it justice. The beds and furniture were top notch and we always had a hard time getting out of bed in the morning! One thing to be mindful of if you have any allergy is that there was a tiny bit of a hornet presence throughout the property, but obviously some bugs are to be expected. Still had a fantastic time!

We had an amazing stay at this cabin! It was absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and exactly as pictured in the listing. The mountain views and quiet surroundings made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. One thing we especially appreciated was the location. It felt like a true mountain getaway, yet it was only a short drive to grocery stores, restaurants, and anything else we needed. It was the perfect balance of seclusion and convenience. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing mountain escape in Georgia!

The Good: The host was communicative, and the interior was beautifully decorated with lovely mountain views. The back porches were comfortable for our children, and the location offered convenient access to local activities. The Bad: Our stay was severely impacted by an unresolved plumbing issue. Early on, raw sewage and foul-smelling wastewater surfaced beneath the outdoor fire pit and play areas whenever any indoor water was used. The host took 2.5 days to attempt a fix. On our final day, a promised plumber ran late and possibly didn’t show up at all. We reached out for confirmation from the host, but received no extra info. Consequently, we navigated an unsanitary health hazard. Every time we flushed a toilet or took a shower, contaminated wastewater flowed across the fire pit area, rendering the outdoor amenities completely unusable. We feel a responsibility to warn other travelers to protect future families. We recommend confirming this septic issue is resolved before booking

my family and I wanted to stay forever,the view was epic! it was quite peaceful and Beautiful. My 91 yr old Mom loved it so much we will try to return again. Kyle and Nicole did an amazing job hosting their beautiful home!

The cabin overall was nice . I would recommend privacy blinds . While it was nice to wake up to the view , the bedrooms should have some type of option to have curtains or shades to cover the windows . Everything else was great. Showers were awesome . Beds were comfortable .

This house was amazing, beautifully decorated, everything we needed for our family of 9, lots of space, we spent most of our time on the back porch which was amazing! 10 out of 10! Hosts were fantastic!

The cabin is beautiful, well appointed kitchen, clean, and almost new. There is a lot of outdoor space to have fun and enjoy the fireplaces, cooking area and lounge seating. Our only negative comment is the small indoor communal area for visiting and eating. Living room seating for seven. Four can sit at the countertop to eat. No indoor dining room table. It was great for six adults even with the unseasonable cold and windy weather. Had we had more staying in the cabin it would have been uncomfortable with the relatively small living room.

Amazing stay!! We stayed there for a wedding we had just down the road at Falls at Blue Ridge. Spotless home with amazing views and amenities. Outdoor grill / TV /hot tub area was amazing. Great hosts!!

Stop looking and just book this place! The views from the deck are even better in person. We had 6 kids with us and they loved the game room area and the bunk beds. The house is super clean, bright, and has everything you could possibly need. We loved being so close to downtown Ellijay and Blue Ridge for lunch and dinner but still feeling like we were tucked away in the mountains. The outdoor balcony was our favorite spot to hang out at night. 10/10 experience!

This house is beautiful! Love there is a private bath with each bedroom. The twin bunk beds are definitely adult size and comfortable!! The 2 outdoor seating areas with gas fireplaces are the perfect place to relax😊. We loved the large high top table by the grill…. Great for playing games. The hosts were so attentive and quick responses to a couple questions. Wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely book this again!! Morris &friends March 22-25

Spring Break with our best friends and all our kiddos was so enjoyable! We had tons of space to spread out, but the well thought out communal spaces also allowed us to enjoy a relaxing time together, undoubtedly making core memories. If issues or questions arose, Kyle and Nicole were extremely responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our time so much, our last night was spent pondering what dates we could return. :)

This place was absolutely beautiful! The peace you get with just the surrounding alone will put you at ease. The house was CLEAN and decor was beautiful . The host was very responsive and pretty quick as well! For the price it was worth it . My son absolutely loved it for his birthday. It truly did fit all 10 of us plus kid friendly house for my 2 year old .

The pictures of this home don’t do it justice. This home was super clean, well equipped, nicely decorated with a breathtaking view. The property is close to everything including wineries and Starbucks😂. We had a fun yet relaxing stay as went from the pool table to the hot tub. We’d definitely stay here again. Thanks Kyle and Nicol for a wonderful experience.

Where do I begin. Kylie was awesome! Very responsive. Had a couple of issues due to bad weather & my guest not being able to get to the cabin. But Kylie was awesome and helped us get in to another location with no problems at all. Both homes were super clean and very comfy. We would definitely rent with them again. Thank you so much for always checking up on us making sure we were always happy. Thank you for going out your way to keep up happy and comfortable!
