About this property

Ski Mt. Hood all day, then sink into a bubbling hot tub under snowy firs with your whole crew right next door!

• Two homes side by side, sleeps 22
• 7 bedrooms, 6 full baths
• Two hot tubs and two fire pits
• Garage sauna and gear mudroom
• Board games and arcade fun
• Short walk to slopes and dinner

Picture snow drifting past tall windows, the whole crew swapping ski stories across two homes sitting side by side in Government Camp, right on Mt. Hood!

The main house is the gathering hub. Soaring ceilings and a Juliet balcony look down over the living room, where big leather sofas circle a 70" smart TV. The open kitchen has stainless appliances and a large island made for pancake breakfasts and late-night snacks. Next door, House B has its own fully stocked kitchen, a crackling fireplace, and a deck right off the living room.

Sleeping arrangements:

- Main house -
• Bedroom 1: King bed
• Bedroom 2: 2 queen beds, ensuite bath
• Bedroom 3: Queen bed
• Bedroom 4: 2 twin-over-queen bunk beds, smart TV

- House #2 -
• Bedroom 5: Queen-over-twin XL bunk bed, smart TV, workspace
• Bedroom 6: Queen bed
• Bedroom 7: Queen-over-twin XL bunk bed, smart TV

Six full bathrooms keep mornings moving: four in the main house, two in House B.

Outdoor fun: Each home has its own hot tub and fire pit, so there’s always a spot to soak or roast marshmallows. Fire up the BBQ and gather around the patio dining at House B. Coming in from the mountain? Peel off wet layers in the garage mudroom, then thaw out in the sauna!

Game time: Board games, video games, and arcade games keep everyone busy on snowy nights.

Who it’s for: Big families, reunions, and multi-family ski trips. The main house deck has limited seating, so most outdoor meals happen over at House B.

Our local team is just a message away throughout your stay, so all you have to do is decide who gets the first soak!

The area

You’re right in the heart of Government Camp, the classic little ski village on Mt. Hood, and so much is within walking distance!

Skiing & snow: A short walk to the nearest ski area, plus about 10 to 15 minutes by car to the historic lodge higher up the mountain for year-round skiing and gorgeous views.

Summer fun: Alpine slides, ziplines, and mountain biking are a quick walk away when the snow melts. A popular lakeside trailhead is just minutes from the house, and a stunning alpine lake for paddling and picnics is about 10 minutes away.

Food & drink: Cozy pubs, pizza, a local brewpub, and a beloved breakfast spot famous for huckleberry pancakes are all an easy stroll from the door.

Bigger trips: Portland is about 75 minutes away, and Hood River is roughly an hour.

“Really nice accommodations for a large group. Everything in the houses seemed brand new and worked well. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Both places are very nice, new, and well decorated for a large group. The host were very responsive time. When we had a question we had an answer and a solution in about 20 minutes. We will definitely be back anytime. The space is available and we are headed this way.”

“This place was probably the cleanest and nicest airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. It was the coziest setting for our Friendsgiving weekend. Both houses were incredibly well stocked with everything you need. The situation with the two houses was also very convenient. All the activity was happening in the main house but if people wanted to take a break from activities or take a nap in quiet, they could retreat to the second house. Both houses had hot tubs and saunas. We even went for a loop hike directly from the house. While we had to walk a very small portion of the hike on the side of the highway (which is never great), it was really nice to be able to do something nearby without taking cars. Finally, the hosts were very responsive and accommodating. All in all, we had an amazing stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place that can accommodate a large group.”
