A great place for those wanting not to spend too much money on a hotel. ICON park is walking distance away and the pool/hot tub was fantastic! Stayed here for Megacon 2026 and I would highly recommend any one to stay here

Very conveniently located. Priced fairly for what you get. Bed was comfortable. Furniture was a tad dated but it didn’t affect our stay at all. Would return again.

Decepcionante! Positive: Localização! Negative: Primeiramente as regras dizem que devemos fazer um bloqueio de USD 100 no cartão de crédito, mas nenhum cartão funciona no link enviado. Chegamos muito tarde e não existe máquina para pagamento na recepção, nem pode ser pago em dinheiro. Ficamos horas na recepção e só fomos liberados depois de pagar os USD 100 no DEBITO. Depois de horas na recepção, entramos no quarto e o mesmo não havia sido limpo, camas bagunçadas, louça suja, etc... A recepção disse que não poderia fazer nada pois não havia ninguém da limpeza neste horário, e eu deveria de novo ligar para um número e falar com um call center indiano para resolver. Era tarde, 2AM, crianças, tinha uma cama arrumada, então resolvi dormir assim mesmo enquanto o administrador resolvia o problemas. A estadia foi longa (15 dias) os administradores não fazem uma limpeza ou trocam as toalhas. Para que houvesse troca das toalhas, gastei horas com os administradores via mensagem pois não há uma única alma que possa ajudar no hotel, tudo deve ser feito via mensagem ou telefone. Na regra diz que entre 7 e 10 dias úteis seria feito o estorno do valor pago, mas se passou o prazo e o dinheiro não retornou. Só recebi o dinheiro depois de ficar dias trocando mensagens. Além disso, tem pessoas muito mal encaradas no hotel, parece que são moradores, não me senti segura. Enfim, não vale a pena.

Really good stay but really dusty or dirty Positive: The location is perfect and really good with how much it cost Negative: Majority of my family got congested. Maybe the air ducts or filters being dusty or just the room being dusty

I enjoyed my 3 week stay at the apartment. It felt like home. It was very comfortable, close to shopping areas, grocery, restaurants, Universal and Disney. They had basic cookware, laundry services available, cable tv and a/c. Looking forward to come back here again.

Easy check in, clean room, and comfortable. Host was very helpful and quick to respond to messages. Definitely would recommend and book again ourselves.

Great location! The host responded very quickly and was very helpful. Everything was extremely clean and well organized, and we had excellent service during our stay. The room is perfect and very comfortable. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Well the only thing that I can say is that you pay for what you’re receiving I like it the pool and hot tub was nice is some thing that needs to be upgrade but the rest is not bad

This place does not look anything like the photos. It was dark and dirty. The sofa and bed were well used and gross. The shower was nasty. The air conditioner did not work. On the plus side, we only saw a few bugs and they weren’t cockroaches or bed bugs.

Very quick and easy to find and just close enough to all recommended locations!

Estadía Positive: Tiene muy buena ubicación, esta serca de las atracciones del lugar, mall y supermercados. Negative: Tuvimos un tema con la habitación y tuvimos que esperar para que nos la cambiaran.

Good stay but the way they managed the unexpected issues was not ok. Positive: Front desk works 24hours and it was easy to pick up the keys, the apartment location is very good, near the Universal parks and other attractions. Parking is easy and free. Negative: Very mixed feelings. We had to change rooms due to an urgent maintenance and I didn't like that they entered the apartment without notice while we were out and on the checkout day, someone just entered the apartment again while we were sleeping way before checkout time and they came again about 40 min before time to rush us out. I notified the host/owner about the issues and he just told me that would check what happened but I never got any explanation back. The building looks a little dated and there were renovations going on during the stay. The apartment itself was well equipped but with a mix of new and old stuff. While the fridge and kitchen looked up to date, the bathroom had some issues on the shower, the drain was a little clogged and the sofa bed was kind of broken.

Fair enough Positive: The apartment is great, big enough and comfortable and clean. The pool most of the time clean The location is great nearby most restaurants and markets Negative: The property managed by different company from what the reception are. So the reception helpless and any issues you have to call the property manager and they don’t have staff working on night shifts For example the elevator and apartment electric went off and we asked the reception and they told us it’s not there problem you need to talk to the property management and we talk to them and they said talk to the reception!

Positive: De locatie was ideaal. Negative: De dame bij de receptie was heel erg onvriendelijk. Dit viel erg tegen!
