Very Good The house was very nice, easy walk to the beach and fit our family nicely. The kitchen was big and having several of each appliance helped make cooking a breeze. The views were amazing watching dolphins and schools of fish all week. The only complaint would be the mattresses were not comfortable, they could use an upgrade. Several of us bought mattress toppers to try and help. Also the spiders need sprayed inside and out. We couldn’t use the decks at night due to the amount of spiders that came out to feed.

Salt spray The place was beautiful. Beds were a little hard. We were there in 2013 and everything seem to be the same. Wish there was some kind of cleaning stuff to wipe down the the counters etc.. our family had a great time !!

Good Salt Spray house is always clean all things working and each something is improved or upgraded…decking, ice machine. Had a great time see you next year hopefully.

Super Salt Spray! I have 5 children, and altogether, 10 grandchildren. They don't all stay with us during our week at the beach, rather, they come and go. the little cousins enjoy playing (and let's be honest....sometimes arguing with one another.) I absolutely LOVE that we can all sit at the same table to each lunch or dinner! The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and appliances. My only complaint is that the "foot-wash" spigot had less and less water pressure as our week went on. But that, in no way, lessened the value of our time together! I love Salt Spray and have already pre-reserved for next summer.

great stay great place to stay for 15 people. Easy parking and access to beach/ocean. Had slight issue with water heater but maintenance came right out to repair.

Very Good Dish washers need to be replaced. As always the house was very clean ands we had a great time. Checking in and out was easy. And as always the ice making machine didnt work well. Hopefully we'll see you next year!

Love the location and the house

Perfect Vacation! My family has been vacationing on the Outer Banks for 35 years. We've been in 4 or 5 houses (and realtors) over the years as our family has grown. Salt Spray was WONDERFUL! It was the best equipped rental home we've rented in years! We loved how all the kitchen cabinets and drawers were labeled; it helped us put everything back where it belonged. One of our party has (and continues to have) joint replacements. Once inside the home, the only steps to navigate were to get onto the actual beach. It also felt gloriously spacious!

The Perfect House! But needs new mattresses... We have vacationed in the OBX for twenty years and this is the first time we stayed in Corolla. I did not have high expectations coming into it because we are so used to having things right at our fingertips in Nags Head. Corolla stole my heart! The sunrises were breathtaking and picture perfect. The beaches were wide as could be and we found multiple FULL conch shells! Seashell hunting was the best, we caught young sharks while fishing (made for a nervous mama right here!) and built an entire sand village with our kids. This was by far, the best house we have stayed in (minus the mattresses!) and would 1000% come back (if they are replaced). The kitchen was amazing and had literally every single thing you could think of! The middle island is ideal for food prep and serving buffet style, the two dishwashers are a must! The ice maker came in handy on a daily basis and we were so happy to have it:) We would love to see another full size fridge as we did keep some foods in our large cooler (we stayed a week) and there was not enough room in the one fridge for everything. The layout is fantastic and the bedrooms secluded enough to provide privacy for multiple families. Each room having its own bathroom was incredible and there was never anyone waiting to get into a shower! The bedrooms were spacious and carpet was clean as could be. The mattresses really need to be replaced. This was our only complaint as they were very uncomfortable and lumpy (the mattress tags showed them to be quite old). I would be rating this as excellent if I could, but the house is in need of all new mattresses.

Great stay at Salt Spray Our family of 13 stayed for the week and had more than we needed. Everyone, from ages 3 to 75, was very impressed.

Great house!! We love staying in the Salt Spray house! The location is great, the size is great for our family, the kitchen is well stocked and it is great having two microwaves, two ovens and two dishwashers! It would be nice to have two refrigerators but the one there is new and the additional ice maker keeps you from going to the store every day for ice for coolers! The sunrises from the upper bedrooms cannot be beaten! This was the 4th time I have stayed here and we are staying in this house again next year.

Very Goo The house had a beautiful well equipped kitchen with double ovens and double microwaves. The ice maker was an added bonus. Plenty of space for the entire family. Loved the views from the living room and bedrooms and the gazebo.

Excellent House was clean and in good condition. Had a small issue with rear door and service person came immediately.

Beautiful Views The home has the best views of the ocean. Every bedroom but one has an ocean view. The view of the ocean inside and out made this property magical! There are some home improvements that need to be made but for the view and space to spread out, you can't beat it.

Great October Vacation We were sold with the ocean view from the gazebo! Awesome home with excellent ocean views from all over. Quiet, pristine, and uncrowded beach. Kitchen was completely stocked with any utensil you could ever need. Ice machine and two dishwashers was definitely a plus. Conveniently located between two grocery stores and many restaurants. (We ate out only a couple of times). Spent our time family bonding and enjoying the beach! Will definitely return!!

Great Home Beautiful spacious house that our family has enjoyed over the years. Great access to the beach and gorgeous ocean views. My kids were much younger the last time we booked Salt Spray and we really enjoyed going back. Will book again

Our stay was fantastic because of the great weather Your Check-in process has improved greatly. The phone notification and the electronic password made it easy and convenient. Resort Realty people were always nice, polite and helpful especially in the check.out. The house as always was clean and ready to go, Thanks and see you next year!!

Wonderful vacation retreat!! We have stayed at Salt Spray for 3 years in a row! It is a wonderful house! My only recommendation would be the possibility of a garbage disposal and maybe a 2nd full refrigerator on the first floor for overflow of food and drinks during the week. Otherwise, I think that it is perfect!!

Oceanfront experience We loved the house and view was breathtaking from every room. Wonderful planning with 2 microwaves, 2 ovens, and an ICE MAKER!!! I would encourage the updating of bedding.

1922 ocean spray Beautifully home breathtaking views of the ocean was our favorite thing! We enjoyed the large table for dinner and we were amazed at the enormous kitchen! The short walk to reach the beach was exactly what we wanted along with everyone being happy having their own room with ocean views

Home was so clean. We decided last week to take our yearly vacation after all and booked it Friday and the house was still in superb shape! We're glad we did let the craziness in the world right now stop us from taking our vacation! We would definitely stay in this house again if available when we our able to have our vacation next year.

Very reasonable price for an oceanfront house! This older home was great for our family and friends! The oceanfront home is great for being able to pop back up to the house during the day for lunch or naps for the little ones. We will definitely rent this house again!

Salt Spray We had a beautiful week in a beautiful house! The family always looks forward to spending time together here.House was lovely as always and service from Resort Realty was excellent.

Check in and check out has become really easy saving time on both ends. The house is always clean and everything works, add some nice weather and you have a perfect Family vacation as we did.

Everything we needed! We had a wonderful Spring Break on the Outer Banks. Thanks in large part to our rental home, Saltspray. Steps away from a wide stretch of beach. On the deck we had enough space, tables and chairs for our large group. Every bedroom was a generous size and had it’s own full bath. We took advantage of every inch of space. We ( unfortunately) had work to do so the large office came in handy. The upstairs loft was perfect for family games and puzzles. The huge oceanfront windows offered an amazing view and 5 bedrooms opened onto the decks for more ocean viewing. The large open main floor was perfect for our group. Massive table could seat everyone. Two large islands in the kitchen made meal time easy. I had packed 3 boxes from home with kitchen items. I wasn’t sure what they would have. Well I could of saved space in my car. They had everything I needed. Actually doubles of most everything. Also 2 microwaves, 2 ovens and two dishwashers. Very happy with our stay and would rent again.

Easily, one of the best oceanfront homes Some people, such as myself, like to try someplace new every year. This may be a repeat for next visit. The whole home is comfortable from bedding to furniture to air circulation. All appliances worked as they should. A well stocked kitchen and room layout makes this house wonderful. We didn't need to report anything to maintenance, a first for us. This home is well deserved to be in the best of the best, no compromises. After trying out about 15 homes for a week at a time, this one is right up top.

Great location This is our 3rd year staying at this house. Location is fantastic and management company is really great and easy to communicate with. Harold the maintenance man, takes great pride in taking care of this property. We have seen him every year that we have come here. Our only issue was the quality of the mattresses. After the 1st night, we went and bought air mattresses and took the regular ones off the beds. We have so many great memories here. We are several families enjoying the time together
