Beautiful house Loved the house. Didn't like the gas stove, it kept making noises and had us all worried about an explosion. Not enough oven space for the amount of people to cook for. Pool was great but we should've paid for the heat. Lol. Nice walk to the beach, not too far. Very nice. First time in Corolla. Not a whole lot to do in that area.

Great Home We loved that every bedroom has its own bathroom. With two refrigerators and two dishwashers, the kitchen was designed to accommodate the 20+ people that the house sleeps. The microwave also doubles as a second conventional oven. And we could all sit together for meals at the oversized, well-made dining table. The ice maker is a great feature….would be great to have one in the kitchen, too. Location is great…just a short walk to the beach. And the parking area accommodated the nine cars our group brought. Our family has been coming to OBX for 30 years. And everyone agreed it is the best beach house we’ve rented. One suggested improvement would be to add some shade around the pool…and some pool floats. All in all, a great beach house!

Awesome Property Our visit to Captain's Corner in Corolla was a place for my kids and grandkids to get together and enjoy each other's company; unwind, play, sing, laugh and enjoy good food. The home was clean, well appointed, and located close to the beach. My wife, kids and grandkids had a blast! I couldn't have asked for anything better

Beautiful Home Our family reunion group was very happy at Captain’s Corner for the most part. The house was very clean and the kitchen had most of the items we would need. The beds are firm, very firm which made half of our guests happy and half of our guests uncomfortable. The pool was perfect for our mixed group as the 3 year old could happily play in the shallow end while the older kids were in the deep end. The side yard was plenty of room for our yard games and the walk to the ocean was easy and manageable for everyone. There is plenty of parking as well for multiple vehicles and the area was quiet. The linens and towels were fine, though for the guests flying in beach towels would have been convenient. We expected to bring our own toiletries but had not planned on hand soap for the 11 bathrooms. We had two small maintenance issues were fixed very quickly by helpful knowledgeable people, and that was greatly appreciated. Overall, we were happy with our accommodations.

Excellent We had a fabulous time at Captains Corners. We had our family of 28 and it wasn’t crowed everyone loved there was a bathroom with each bedroom. 2 dishwashers and fridges was key as well. Elevator was great to bring our luggage and groceries to the required places. Pool was great. The place was clean and spacious. The only downfall was both propane tanks for the barbecues were empty. We exchanged one and were re embersed.

Stayed here for a big family vacation - loved the location and the amount of rooms and comfort. Any questions or concerns we may have had were answered during business hours & very helpful. Looking forward to book this location for future family vacations!

Perfect for our group of 22 We loved staying at Captains Corner! 9 master suits fit the bill. Plenty of fridge space and storage. A well thought out house for large groups. Plenty of space for all ages. Thank you!

Amazing house We celebrated my 50th birthday with 24 people ranging from 12-85. House was perfect. First time we had a house with a separate ice machine.That was majorly convenient. What an amazing experience.

Excellent We had a wonderful time at your beautiful home. Every detail was perfect Our family, adults and grandchildren all had one of their best vacations ever. “ It is just so peaceful here and wonderful to be all together in the house” was the comments all week. Everything was so clean and well cared for, including the whole home and pool area Location was very convenient to the beach and any shops we may need. We hope to be back again!

Wonderful stay with an easy walk to the beach! Had a ladies weekend here and it was out of the world! The house was beautiful and clean. The beds were so nice and each were made. I loved how many bathrooms we had too. The views were incredible and the beach was so close. The kitchen was so phenomenal and had a decent amount of kitchen equipment. We were able to easily cook and feed 14 ladies. The hot tub was very enjoyable and the ladies loved that and the theatre room. The elevator was very helpful for bringing luggage up and down the floors and the temperature in the house was great. I would most definitely come back and bring friends and family!

Beautiful place to stay This house is a beautiful place to stay. There is so much to do just in the house. We were snowed in from the February storm however we were not board ( movies, pool table, air hockey and other games).

Absolutely Amazing Captain's Corner is a beautiful, quality built home, built in 2022. The owners thought of everything. Our family gathered for a 3-night family reunion and loved every minute of our stay. We wish we could've stayed longer. We would recommend this house in a heartbeat.

Perfect Beach House! Our family of 26 had an amazing vacation at Captain’s Corner. The layout was perfect - especially the main level. It was large enough to accommodate us all at once without feeling crowded. The home was cleaned and well-maintained. We will definitely book this house again web we return to OBX in 2 years.

Excellent This house was AMAZING! We’ve been coming to OBX for 20 years, this was definitely our best house. The main floor was so nice and roomy for our large group. The pool area was great! The walk to the beach was very manageable. We would definitely consider renting this house again.

Excellent We have been vacationing at the Outer Banks for over 20 years and this was our favorite house so far. Resort Realty was wonderful as well!

Amazing Time We do a annual OBX trip every year with a group of friends. I have to say this home was simple amazing. From the outside to the inside. It fit our group perfectly. We went in March, so it wasn't pool season, but will be coming back to get the full effect of the home. This home had everything we needed, everyone was comfortable and it was enough space for everyone to breath. I look forward to adding this property to my rental travel plans again.

Excellent The house was perfect for our girls getaway! Since the house is new, everything was in good condition. Bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy & everyone had a place to enjoy. We loved the ice machine, but it would have been nice to have one on the kitchen level. The theater room was a plus! All in all it was a fantastic weekend!

BEST HOUSE BY FAR!!!!!!!!! This house was absolutely perfect in every way! We loved the house and the pool area so much we only went to the beach one day AND we did our family photos on the beautiful front steps for a change! We played Bocce, Volleyball, Cornhole and did chalk drawings in the driveway before the rain. The adults AND kids enjoyed multiple movies and sporting events in the Theater Room, the sound system through out the house is superb, and the upstairs living space is welcoming for everyone! Our group went from 4 - 58 and we all had a wonderful time. For the first time in 15 years of Outer Banks Vacations, EVERYONE has agreed, THS IS THE HOUSE FOR US!!! We will be back next year for sure!

Excellent Captains Corner was a wonderful beach house for our large extended family!! It had everything we needed and beautifully appointed!!

Captains Corner We spent last week of June in this house, all agree it was an amazing property. The house was spotless when we arrived, plenty of room for our group of 22. There were so many little items that we liked, pool table, air hockey, loved the volleyball court set up in the front. The furniture was new and quite comfortable, the giant refrigerator as well as 2 dishwashers was perfect. The walk to the beach was literally just several minutes and amazingly was never crowded. I give this property an A++. Thanks! george Durko
