Great fit for our group Our second time staying at this home and it was such a great fit and we especially loved the upgrades of the new decks and new roof. Volleyball net was in great shape. Hot tub functioned great. Perfect distance from the beach for a group who can't afford oceanfront but have little kids who need to make the trek. Great appliance space and seating was perfect.

A house to return to! Perfect location to the beach - wonderful pool area and outdoor activities. The large number of King masters was key for our group! Would love one more room with bunk beds but air mattresses worked fine! Well maintained home. Well stocked kitchen. Very friendly and responsive owner!

Very Good Unit "1915-Reach the Beach" proved to be everything my family wanted for an OBX vacation home. The house was clean, well-cared for, provided close proximity to the beach, a large sunny (with shaded areas) pool, and plenty of deck space. The top floor open concept provided the ability for a large group to gather and not feel crowded. The homeowners' personal touches including the coozie drawer and large selection of DVD's made our visit seamless. The home has a well-stocked kitchen and efficient parking. We were very happy with our stay and the homeowners care for the details that make a vacation so much more enjoyable.

Top Quality Vacation Home We have been staying at Reach The Beach for 7 years now. Needless to say, we love the home, the amenities, the location, etc. The owners genuinely care about their home and put money back into it. The pool and hot tub are both oversized and provide plenty of room for our 15+ crowd and it’s only 3 houses from the beach. Fantastic home.

Excellent - Great layout for families This house has a perfect layout for larger families while still offering privacy for each guest. Bathrooms in every bedroom! We have been coming to this house for years and it's impeccably maintained. Kitchen is stocked with everything we need for big family meals. We've booked again for next year!

Excellent Of all the many houses we've rented in the OBX, Reach the Beach is by far our favorite. The easy access to the beach coupled with a thoughtful and well-stocked kitchen make this home the perfect beach house! Upon arrival, the house was immaculately clean! Two maintenance issues were immediately tended to by Resort Realty. Lastly, the close proximity of Harris Teeter is the icing on the cake!

Wonderful Stay We've been renting homes in Corolla for over 15 years, sometimes twice a year and this was one of our favorites. Reach the beach was well organized, fully stocked, has a great layout, has a nice pool, and a short walk to the beach!

AMAZING We loved every single thing about this house! Super clean!!! Two refrigerators, two dishwashers, separate ice makes and amazing proximity to the beach! The owner checked in on us and asked if there was anything we needed! Will definitely rent again!!!

Perfect Vacation House! This house was a sanity saver during our vacation week when the weather decided NOT to be very beachy - the volleyball court, pool, and hot tub area combined with the media room was amazing. The kitchen is excellently stocked and the personal touches throughout the home truly makes it a "home away from home".

Simply, perfection We have visited the outer banks for since 2012, choosing a new house every year. This house is simply perfection. Perfect location, perfectly stocked with everything you would need (and more!), perfect hosts (they left us a personal welcome note with a Harris Teeter GC, so appreciated!) Quality around every corner. We have found our forever home, no need to look any further, it is simply the best.

Amazing home Our family had an awesome time last week there even though the rain came a few days the home was perfect for those rainy days it had everything and Amy an Jay the owners made sure of it the my even called an said if we needed anything or questions to call them we did ask Amy a question about the horses an she got right back with us she was very helpful an nice. This home was everything we was looking for an more thanks Amy an Jay for opening up your home an being so nice. And Resort Realty was awesome to book through very easy an helpful.

Wonderful beach home Everything about this house is beautiful. It is incredibly well maintained with extra touches you don't normally find in rentals. The beach access is very easy and the home is simply lovely. We plan on booking it again.

Consistently a great house to rent Has all the amenities you could need for a relaxing week at the beach. Every year there are updates and things added to make the stay more comfortable. Always clean and looking fresh. We’ve rented other places that start off nice but don’t age well. This one just keeps getting better.

A great house! We've stayed at Reach the Beach for five straight years, and already booked again for next year. Our crew loves the house, the pool, hot tub, the short walk to the beach, and how well stocked and thought out everything is. We pack in 10 kids and 8 adults and we never feel crowded. The pool is nice and big, the kids love watching movies in the media room, and the week always goes way too fast.

Another Great OBX Vacation! This house was absolutely PERFECT! Everything about it suited our needs. We've been coming to the OBX for 20+ years and this house is now one of our favorites! The owners have thought of everything! There were 17 of us...9 adults and 8 kids and we had plenty of room. The amenities this house has are amazing, great for all ages. The theater room and pool area were incredible! The house was stocked with plenty of beach, pool and outside activity necessities. The proximity to the beach was an easy walk. We loved everything about this house and can't wait to book it again next year! I think we have found our go to home!

Fantastic Vacation Home Loved this home! Less than a 100 yard walk to the beach and great amenities. Plenty of well decorated space and the pool is amazing. We have stayed in homes from Topsail to Hatteras to all over the OBX. This was our favorite of all of them. We have already booked for next year in case someone reads this review.

Great layout with short walk to beach! My family and I have been going to the beach for years. It's always hard to find a house that fits the adult to child ratio and decide who's getting the master suite versus the shared bathroom. This house has a perfect layout with each room having its own bathroom and one bunk room with two other rooms that work for children or adults. The walk to the beach is short and we loved the fact there was a life guard on our section of the beach. The double refrigerators make it easy to keep food separate from the ?beverages?. The house is meticulously maintained and the pool was a great size. Much bigger than most. Highly recommend!
