Phyrst is the best ! Our entire family 6 adults & 6 kids all enjoyed staying at the Phyrst. There was room for everyone and the 4 bathrooms worked out well. It’s a short and pleasant walk to the beach . It is a quiet location in the middle of Corolla with lots to do . Grocery store is 3 minutes away. All the decks were enjoyed as well as the view of the ocean from the upper deck. Highly recommend this rental and the family is already talking about returning.
A great surprise This was the cleanest rental I've ever stayed it. The views were spectacular. The bathrooms were very nice. The beds slept great. The ac was great. The kitchen was very well stocked. Smooth walk to the beach. Had a nice walkway. Location of the house was perfect. Very close to stores and the 4x4 to drive on the beach. Highly recommend!
Great House This was our family’s first time staying at The Phyrst. It exceeded our expectations! Easy walk to the beach. The view from the top deck was amazing..so much so you could watch the sunrise and I loved having my coffee on the tall blue chairs! We did have some maintenance issues..the shower curtain liner and hooks in the shared master bath needed replaced and they responded right away to replace them. The coffee maker leaked water..again they responded in a very timely manner and brought a new one. The air conditioning on the top floor stopped working..but again it was fixed in a timely manner. The furniture in the great room wasn’t very comfortable. But overall we would definitely stay here again! Also we were pleasantly surprised to find a paddle board, surf board and skim board on the property…my kids definitely put all of those to good use the whole week!
Loved the Phyrst! Exceptional view from the upper deck! Really like the floorplan and the condition of the home. Kitchen is tight but functional. Coffee maker is difficult as it leaks like crazy. A screened porch would be a worthwhile addition. Best surprise was the paddle board and surfboard at the house - AWESOME!

Great vacation house! Such a wonderful place to stay. We had five adults and four kids. A short walk to the beach (killer steps because of the dunes). The house was nicely decorated and very roomy. Amazing views and lots of windows to let the light in. We really enjoyed our stay here!
