Very Good Property location is perfect! Very nice deck, kitchen, and a great size for our large group. Some walked to the beach, enjoyed the pool, and we also could shoot up to the 4x4 beach with ease. The house is nice but a little dated. No issues with any of the operating necessities but could use a refresher in some areas. We would stay again though!

Love this House Our 3rd year staying here and no complaints whatsoever. This is the perfect house for kids and families. You can’t beat the view. Less than 3 minute walk to the beach. House is always well cared for and there is always something new in the house every year showing the owners care about the house. We’ll be back next year for sure!

Better than Excellent This ranks one of the best or the best place we have rented. Very clean, spacious, great distance to the beach, as well as a super pool/bar area. We will definitely plan on returning here when we come back to the Outerbanks.

Great Vacay Loved this house. Perfect for families with small children. Beach access is fantastic and we enjoyed the view off the porch. Will be back!

Very Good The home seems much improved since our visit. Unit was very clean, fencing around pool was added. Kitchen contents is lacking but otherwise the house is very nice.

Excellent place for large family! We have been vacationing at OBX for many years, but this was our first time staying at Beau's Sandcastle. We enjoyed it very much! Three master bedrooms made it a great choice as we had my mother and also a married daughter with us. And there was still plenty of room for the rest of the family and friends! Furnishings were great, kitchen well stocked, pool was nice. Proximity to the beach is great. The hot tub was broken so the young people were disappointed, but the owners are adding other amenities next year to accommodate for that. Our only complaint, and this isn't a game-changer, was the VERY slow Wi-Fi!

LOVED THIS PLACE!! Our group loved this place! I was spacious and clean. The views from The deck and the sound of the ocean made for very relaxing evenings!

Repeat Renter for 10 Years We have visited this house for over ten years and have loved it! We are hoping to return again!

Great House! Very nice house, comfortable beds, nice washer and dryer, comfortable furniture in the living room. Very nice outdoor shower compared to other houses we've stayed in. We also really liked the pool and loved the bench in the deep end. The pool does get deep pretty quick, so parents with small children be warned that there isn't much of a shallow end. We have older kids that can swim, so it wasn't a big issue. We would stay here again. The house could use some new pots, pans and cookie sheets, but other than that it is perfect.

Home away from home! We appreciate how clean the property was. We also appreciate the new deck chairs!
