We've stayed in many houses over the years and dealt with different property managers in the outer banks and I will tell you that Resort Realty is by far the best. They are professional, responsive and went truly above and beyond. We had an emergency maintenance issue and they took care of it quickly. Every interaction with their staff was pleasant. Very impressive.

Great location but had some issues during our stay This pet-friendly house is located very close to the beach access which was wonderful for our senior dog. Loved the big screen tv in main living area, furniture was very comfortable. Some Improvements have been made to this property, but we did have some issues during our stay. Bedroom on main floor has a four poster bed, not ideal for a beach house. We weren’t able to use the tv in that room because we could only log in using owner’s name and password. Hot tub cover was disintegrating, made it very hard to take cover on and off and it left styrofoam in the water. During a heavy rain storm water poured in through two windows in the living area. Vegetation is very overgrown. All fixable things but made our stay less enjoyable. Management company was very responsive. We made the best of it but will look for another home for our next stay in Corolla.

Very Good Great location and clean home close to beach. Hot tub was amazing. The only reason it was not excellent is due to cosmetic updates needed with drywall, etc. Yard is also disappointing as a dog owner (had to walk down the street). Overall great stay!

Really Nice Beach House This house was just as advertised and was a great property to enjoy a week in Corolla. Everything inside the house was really nice, well kept and very clean when we arrived. Our VaKay Gear was there and ready to use. This is a pet friendly home (which is a MUST for us) so we were wondering how clean it would be - again, very nice upon arrival. Beach access was also as described and was easy to get to and come back as needed. The house does not have much yard access for pets but a short walk toward that community pool area provides a lot of space for dog play in addition to the beach early in the morning or evening. The house had a really nice hot tub that was very clean upon arrival. There is no pool at this house so use of the community pool was convenient from this particular house location. The community pool and surrounding area was very clean and an enjoyable experience. Overall this is an Excellent house, location and layout. We did miss having a yard for our dogs to play as we have experienced in other locations stayed (Corolla, Nags Head). For the price including pet fee, the value of this rental for our family was really good and would recommend this rental. This is our second rental through Resort Reality and they have been awesome to work with. A big Thank You to Gigi and Marilyn for making the experience GREAT.
