Lilly Pad We’ve always had a wonderful time at the Lilly Pad over the years, this our fifth time staying there and our final time as it becomes a no pet home. End of an era for us maybe we will find another but the Lilly Pad was always our favorite. Great house for sure. Thank you for the memories.

Very enjoyable stay! The Lilly Pad was a comfortable and welcoming place to stay for 2 small families. It’s close to the beach and the pool was a great addition for the kids and adults to enjoy a night time swim. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay at the lillypad We had an awesome stay at LillyPad! The heated pool was well worth it, the hot tub was ready to use when we arrived, and the grill and tiki bar made evenings so much fun. Great location and an easy walk to the beach.

Had an amazing vacation at The Lily Pad. It was really close to the beach and was spacious enough for our family to spread out and relax. It was very clean and quiet. Will be staying here again.

Very comfortable and roomy

Wonderful stay! This is one of our favorite family homes. So comfortable and perfect for a family with young kids. Something about the living room area is so cozy, and it feels like home. The beds are very comfortable, and the house was nice and clean upon check-in. The area is wooded and very private. Neighbors are kind and friendly. Quiet little street. The pool is the very best we've ever had at any of the houses we've rented over the years! Great size (bigger than most!) and well worth it to pay the extra for the pool heat if visiting in the spring or summer. The whole outdoor space with the hot tub and tiki bar are perfect. You can hear the ocean waves from the house - so nice while sitting on the deck with your coffee in the mornings. This was our second stay at the Lilly Pad, and it was even better than the first - we noticed some upgrades from the last time. :) Lots of care is put into this home. We highly recommend this home, and we hope to return again!

Great location and easy access to the beach! The short walk to the beach was amazing! Foodlion and a lot of other shopping is just a 5 min drive down the road.

Staff is so friendly. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub so much!

Very nice house Once we arrived it was easy to see the owner of The Lilly Pad takes great care and has great pride and love for his vacation home. New updates to the dining room area with new windows and doors. Recent updates to the deck. The house is lovely throughout. The pool area in the back of the house is fantastic! The pool lighting and Tiki bar were such a hit with my family. The path to the road behind the house really shortens the trips to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay at the Lilly Pad. This home is very comfortable and is one of the nicest homes we have stayed at in OBX.

Amazing stay The house was amazing and just what this family of 11 - 6 adults and 5 kids under 10 - needed for our first trip to OBX. House was a short drive to grocery stores and other needs. Beach access was a lot of steps but we made it work. Rental company responded to every request very quickly. We will be back.

Wonderful house for families This house was absolutely wonderful. Very thoughtfully decorated and cared for. We had teenagers to toddlers and it was perfect. Baby gates were already in the home to block off the stairs for our toddler. Our teenager had a whole floor with a private bathroom to himself as well. The outdoor space and living room space were by far our favorites. The pool is great (paying for the heated pool was well worth it for the cool weather) and the hot tub was perfect. Even the little signs everywhere were charming (my 7 year old thought the monkey sign outside was the best!). Family pictures made it feel so welcoming and it was really nice to see the family that put so much love into the home. Kitchen is updated and clean. Living room was spacious and very comfortable. Beds were nice. Crows nest on top of the house - you can see a bit of the ocean between houses! Frogs and toads everywhere at night, which the kids loved! Very peaceful area, nice neighbors. Very short walk to the ocean which we did a few times easily with a stroller. Our son spent a majority of his time fishing in the pond a street over. The property is right in between the two town grocery stores - Food Lion and Harris Teeter, so very convenient to run out for groceries or food. We really didn't have much of a reason to leave with pool and the hot tub though! Pool and hot tub were serviced mid-week. Felt so comfortable there and a big thank you to the owners for opening up your home for others to stay!

Great stay We do a yearly girls trip for my birthday and the house had everything that we needed. It was in a great location, close to necessities. Only minor issue was a drawer In the kitchen had a lose front and part of the trim of the wood floor had been broken off but all Minor issues that can be fixed easily. The pool and hot tub were perfect and great for relaxing in the sun. We had a great birthday trip to relax and not Worry about anything!

Comfortable, CLEAN, just what we needed Loved that we were right by the back woods path to the beach!! There are some hefty steps to tackle for beach access. Pool and hot tub were perfect, very well taken care of, and clean. House beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were clean and well taken care of. Kitchen had most everything we needed, well stocked. Beautiful open family room. LOVED the crows nest, tiki bar and family photos. Had both grills which was great, charcoal and propane. Frogs were everywhere, but the house is called the lily pad, didnt bother us one bit. Despite having woods in the back, i didnt get attacked by mosquitos either. We stayed for labor day week, and although there were delays with trash pickup due to the holiday, that was the only issue we had.

Wonderful Place Great place with all the amenities needed. Very comfortable and located near everything you needed. Awesome pool and hot tub and not to mention very pet friendly. Definitely returned again!

The Most Wonderful Experience Everything was excellent! Our family absolutely loved the swing on the second floor. :) The home decor was absolutely beautiful and I loved the personal touch with all the pictures displayed. It was the most wonderful experience for my family and I. This was the first house rental we ever did. I would like to personally thank the owners for the great accommodations. :)

Resort Realty is great! Hot tub and pool were great. Location was great.
